My bike always gets the best treatment with service at Motorhead. This time I needed a major repair, though. The repairs/upgrades were made but the magic happened when they tuned it on the dyno. My 21yo bike runs better than it ever has! Always Friendly, and willing to explain your service before and after the work. His Prices are Fair, and We Usually get Our Bikes Back Fairly Quickly.The Owner (Andy) and His Guys are Terrific. MotorHead is Easy to get to Right Off of Rte. 9w in Stony Point Located just Behind ShopRite Shopping Center. Would Definitely Recommend...

Inspected my Harley, did an oil change, we're super knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me info for a few events along with a very detailed map of great riding routes accompanied by great eateries and other cool stops along the way.

Just wanted to share my experience working with Andy the owner of this shop. I initially came in for a mount and balance on a set of wheels, and after completion of work, noticed that my rear rim was damaged during the process. Andy took full ownership of the issue, and ordered a brand new rim to replace the damaged one. It's extremely rare for shops or shop owners to take responsibility for their mistakes yet Andy was professional, took ownership and remediated the issue. I have no problem recommending these guys to work on your bikes, and anything else you might need. Support local businesses and support a good owner that stands by his work and service.Service: Tires

UPDATE: I am changing this review because Andy reached out to me to work out the issue. Got the chain replaced and the bike now rides smoother than ever! Getting to know Andy a little better, I can see that he really stands behind his work and is very honest with his customers. 5 stars for integrity!Original Review: Went over for simple tire change. They charged me $200 (not including the tires) and then failed to mount the rear tire on properly. When I got it back my chain was making a lot of noise and the bike felt like it was fighting the chain. I looked at the swing arm and the adjustment screws were completely misaligned from each other and my chain was over tightened. Extremely disappointed.

My first time here had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his staff. They work on all types of motorcycles which is a great deal for me. I definitely recommend this place. NO BOUNDARIES BROTHERS VP STONE BX CHAPTER.

I wanted a fresh tune-up for the beginning of this season and I can't think of a better place than MotorHead Motorcycles. They serviced my bike quickly, and thier display of custom bikes is a treat in itself. Thier customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend them. Andy is an amazing mechanic. He tuned my 2016 CVO Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra to perfection. Professional and unsurpassed skills as a tuner. Referred my fiends who also gave him 5 stars.

I had gone to several different motorcycle repair shops who were all too busy to help me with a simple job (pressing a stem into a triple clamp) the folks at Motor Head were friendly and helped me right away! Pricing was straightforward and honest. I highly recommend this place!BTW check out their super cool builds.

I have used Andy and his crew for all of my bike needs and wants. His staff are just a bunch of solid old school people, like Andy. Today I went to turn my bike on and my key ignition switch raised too high which meant I couldn t turn it on much less ride it! I live about 30 miles from Andy s shop I immediately called him for advice he did his best to walk me thru it but I couldn t fix it. I tried some more after we got off the phone and I just couldn t get it !! So I called him back and he actually had his mechanic (Chris) ride up to me to fix it!! WHO DOES THIS!! My issue was resolved he even looked my bike over and asked if I had any other issues!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN OLD SCHOOL RELIABLE SHOP WITH JUST GREAT PEOPLE WORKING IN IT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS OBVIOUSLY SECOND TO NONE THIS IS THE PLACE !!!!!Thank you so muchDave AnnunziataService: Electrical repair

After speaking to several tuners who stated they couldn't or wouldn't be able to tune my bagger with RDRS (stage 2 installed with canned map from Fuel Moto), Andy assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and that I'd be ecstatic with the results. Man, I'm glad I listened to him as the bike runs fantastic - highly recommended!

I took my Big Dog there two weeks ago to change all my fluids and to install a left mirror. The bill was very reasonable and he didn't charge me for the mirror installation. Great shop Andy!

Andy and his team are all fantastic. I've had three Harleys through the shop - all have had motor work (cams, dyno) and electric work (sound systems, lighting). I've also ordered a lot of parts through the shop. There are closer shops to where I live, but I only go here. Reliable, honest and they base their recommendations on history and experience. Highly recommend Andy and Motorhead.

If you re tired of getting ripped off at dealerships and want a honest trustworthy place to bring your bike for repairs, go to Motorhead. Woodstock Harley charged me $1,800 and still didn t fix my bike. Brought it to Motorhead, they told me what needed to be done, gave me the price and stuck to their word.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I recently inherited my Fathers 2005 Sportster 883 Custom Harley. I contacted several mechanics before finding Motorhead Motorcycles. Once I spoke with Andy, I knew they were the right people to work on my father s bike, which had less than 100 miles on it. Andy was able to restore the bike and make additional modifications that I had asked for. I rode the bike this morning for the first time in several years and I couldn t believe how well it rode especially the after the modifications that he made it was better than new! The customer service was absolutely exceptional! Motorhead Motorcycles were very honest and straight forward and they made me feel very comfortable with something that is very special to me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a motorcycle!

Best customer service ever you know your leaving your moto with one of the best they know what they talk about and know what they are doing the only place in town with the best tech. Highly recommended to all Harley and sport bike I will not be taking my bike no we're else but to motor head

sometimes they give wrong purches and i was waiting 25 min for front disk guy to take me he was busy with cumpiuter and who works on front is so slow
