Great service! The guy at the desk called me and kept me informed of the progress of my SUV. I hate when I have my vehicle serviced and you have to call them for the status, only to find out it's been ready for pickup. Not with Four Star. I got a call when they received it, a call for the estimate, a call when halfway through and a call when it was ready. Perfect! The work as was done in a professional manner. The prices are average. I would definitely go back.

My first visit to Four Star was to look at an issue that my Dealership said would cost me a ton of money to fix. I was skeptical. Four Star analyzed and programmed my tire sensors fixing it for a fraction of the dealership cost !My last visit was a simple oil change. They advised that my tires and brakes were fine but that they would recheck them at the next oil change to see if replacement would be needed.I like that they are reliable, fair and are not looking to fix what doesn t need fixing. This is a rarity in the auto mechanic business. A big high 5 for Four Star!

This review is long overdue. Four Star Transmission, (Vinnie), is one of the most honest car repair shops that I have ever done business with. Not only do they deliver quality service but they are also trustworthy. They don t look to sell you stuff that you don t need. What's excellent with them is that they give you an estimate (with options) before repairing your car. A couple of times I have brought one of my cars to them thinking that I had a problem and after they had looked at it there was no problem or a minor fix solved the concern. They could have easily invented a big problem and taken advantage of the situation. I have recommended some of my skeptical friends and family to give Four Star Transmission a try, and they have all been highly satisfied with the great work and honesty that they received from Four Star Transmission.

My family and I have been going to Vinny and the crew at 4 Star for years. Always knowledgeable and efficient. Before every big road trip I bring my truck in. They want me to be safe just as badly as I do. I even got my boyfriend to start coming here once we moved back to the area. Thanks for always keeping my truck running.

Switched over to Four Star Transmission after years of using Dale s service for my car, and I was worried I wouldn t get good AND fair mechanics, but Four Star has been reliable, quick to respond, fair, and knowledgeable. They work fast and efficient, and they make it a point to make sure the customer is happy and the car they drive is safe. Four Star Transmission deserves 5 stars.

When my wife's Traverse transmission started to slip we feared the worst. Vinny got us in for a fast thorough diagnosis, and walked us through the rebuild. Great communication, fair pricing. Couldn't ask for a better shop.

Had dealer tell me I needed a new transmission and another mechanic give me a run-around because there is no drain plug on my 2014 Explorer Sport. Vinny said they siphoned the old fluid out through the fill plug, added synthetic fluid and torque converter additive and $200 later my baby with 145,000 miles is shifting smoother and running stronger than I ever remember!

I just got robbed by Vinnie and his team at Four Star Transmission. They claimed my car had a transmission problem. Vinnie charged me as if he did work on my transmission, but all he did was flush it and charged me for transmission work. I had my car checked by a professional mechanic and learned that my transmission was never even worked on. I learned that my car had a radiator problem which caused the cross contamination. Please do not become a victim of Four Stars Transmission. Find reputable car mechanics elsewhere.

i was recommended here by a friend and they didn't disappoint! Very professional, same day service was done on my Accord. Not exactly sure where some of these negative reviews are coming from as my experience was quite the opposite.

I was having issues with my car's transmission and brought it in to be looked at. Four Star Transmissions serviced my car and had it back to me in the same day without needing a new transmission & it's running as good as new. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle & my wallet!

They sound very professional, but are very greedy for your money. They may know how to fix your car, but don't stick to the estimate they give you. Would not recommend to a friend

I thought they fixed my transmission but literally 1 year later I m stranded AGAIN. They told me with no sensitivity that it s out of warranty. They could care less if some poor person is relying on their vehicle and just care about how much more they can charge me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!!
