I got a flat tire in Waterford NY yesterday with my work truck was told 45 mins for a tow to the garage Josh showed up in like 40 mins was very friendly. He was great at doing his job we laughed and joked around. Was truly a pleasure to deal with Thank you

We were on our way home , needing to drive 3hrs to CT. We had a leak in our tire and found Fat Body to be the nearest auto shop. They were super nice and extremely courteous. After they examined our front wheel, they found 2 nails stuck in the tire. The nice gentlemen fixed our tire and charged a more than fair rate for the repair. These guys were great!

They brake more than they fix take absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes and they destroyed my truck. everytime I brought it there I got it back with an enormous bill and three more things they brokecompletely unreliable I would only trust them to tow my vehicle if it was already totalled. They're poor workmanship and cost me thousands of dollars to have a real shop fix .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

Shout out to Fat Body Customs and their courteous, knowledgeable staff. I ve been taking my car to them for a few years now and I ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend them for their honest, quality work!!

AMAZING SERVICE- FAST, COURTEOUS AND MOREMy car broke down yesterday on way to Vermont from CT. 10 degree weather, dog with me and more complications.My AAA tower note Fat Body would most likely be able to help asapThe team at Fat Body Customs immediately analyzed the issue- timing belt broke, alternator/ pump needed replacement.. it was a mess.They assured me they could fix it as quickly as possible. And they did!Allowed me and my 80 lb dog to stay warm in their waiting room for hours until the parts came in,. They even stayed after hours to be sure I wouldnt' have to find a hotel nearby.The car funs great, the price was very fair and the attitude of this team is just so helpful God bless them all!Services: Transmission, Engine repair

The worst garage I have ever brought my car to. My car was damaged and I was overcharged I was charged $1600 they put in parts I didn t need. The real problem was a new key I had made for it was the wrong resistance to turn off vats security system so car kept shutting down. It took a real mechanic to figure out the problem Not a back yard mechanic like Fat Body ripp offs
