Bought a 2015 Ford Transit Connect from this dealer in Aug 2018. Very happy with the purchase! Everything was handled properly in the matter of 2-3 days. The vehicle was super clean when I came to pick it up!

Fair prices and very knowledgeable staff. I only buy my cars from them. Warranty is great. No question asked!! Anthony the owner is very fair and goes above and beyond!!! Good job guys

So I just left US Auto Network Inc with my new/used car. I saw it online after having done research and I called this morning and spoke to the greatest customer service rep. I asked if it was still on the lot. Yes it was. So I high tailed it over there in Staten Island and checked it out. It was love at first sight. I test drove it and decided it was definitely coming home with me. The purchasing went smooth and my salesman was not pushy at all. We talked about their pricing and it's, based on their website information, my car's price was more than fair. It was a really good deal and I love it. This is no nonsense, non pushy car dealership and they definitely deserve 5 stars. I would recommend everyone looking for a great used car coming here.

My boyfriend and I bought both of our cars from US Auto Network Inc in the past 2 months. After working with their agent with the first car, there was no question on where we would buy the second. Everyone at this used car dealership in Staten Island is super friendly. My salesman is amazing! He is super friendly and helpful. I took awhile to decide which car I wanted and through the whole process, I never once felt pressured to buy a car. They are not pushy at all. I highly recommend not wasting your time anywhere else and go straight to US Auto Network Inc. You won't regret it. Thanks again for everything!

The first time I've actually enjoyed going to a used car dealer! My mom had been shopping for a car for a few weeks and US Auto Network Inc located in Staten Island, NY seemed to have the best prices. Arrived to the lot and wasn't disappointed! After a while I started trying to think of excuses to get rid of one of my cars so I could buy one there. At the end of the day my mom got the car she wanted at a great price. Salesman wasn't pushy, which of course was greatly appreciated. Overall a pleasant experience!

Us auto net gets 5 stars for their professionalism! Anthony was great! Put me into a great car with a payment I could handle and full warranty, bumper to bumper. Also got a great agent Angela from State Farm. Great coverage at a great monthly payment! Overall the best experience buying a used vehicle that rides brand new that I've ever had. Last month my sister and I went looking for a used car for our 76 year old father. We had done our homework and decided on a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt at US Auto Network Inc. First of all we were satisfied that we were paying a fair price for the vehicle. We also looked at cars at other used car dealers prior to our purchase in Staten Island and noticed that it is impossible to beat this dealership's prices. And also the car's tires, interior and engines seemed to be more gently used and better maintained. All of the sales and finance staff were low pressure and very pleasant to work with. I went to many car dealership in New York to buy the car and finally found this dealership in Staten Island who is very honest with the price. There are certain dealership who will give you the discounted price in their website but when you go there to buy, they will add dealership fee and other unnecessary fees besides the tax, registration and inspection fee. Michael and Anthony are very helpful and whatever the price you see in their website is the price and they will only charge the tax and registration fee. I got a brand new mitsibushi outlander at great price . They are not pushy and both are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership and thank you

Anthony and Michael were awesome. Excellent customer service. I purchased a great quality vehicle at an amazing price. Looking to purchase another vehicle soon for my daughter and will use them again without hesitation. I work late hours and they even stayed at the location well past closing hours to accommodate. I was at the Ford dealer looking to purchase a late model Fusion without having much luck. The prices just seemed over inflated so when they gave you a "deal" it was not a deal. US Auto Network found the perfect car for me at the best price. I really liked the staff there and the car was completely checked out by a trained technician. I am very satisfied that I got the best deal.

Bought a Nissan kicks 2019 from this place on Nov 2021. Only to be told by Nissan mechanics that the dealership sold me a car with many issues that came with the car prior to me purchasing the car. The car is not drivable and the mechanic is prompting me to sue the dealership.I contacted Serg at the dealership and let him know about it and never got a response because they knew the car they sold me was junk.This is the first time I ve ever financed a car I don t have a car to get to work so I m pending being terminated, I m in debt to the bank for this car and I spent a lot of money on the car.While I commence a civil law suit against the dealership, report them to the bbb and any other platform I can bring this to so that this dealership is not to be trusted. I have no car so I have all the time in the world to do this.

My family trusted this dealership to be outright & completely honest with us (May 2020). THREE WEEKS LATER we had lights flashing on the dashboard & were referred to their mechanic in Todt Hill only to be told that there was nothing wrong with it. Today we found out from our trusted mechanic that my 2011 Subaru Legacy was in an accident that was not stated on the car fax. It now needs new struts & as new hose (from the accident that was covered up). These are things that should have been inspected prior to selling a family a car. Overall the dealers are very nice & professional yet I feel this is to conceal what you may deal with in the future. If you purchase from them, bring it directly to your mechanic...LESSON LEARNEDUpdate: Anthony is a nice guy overall but not someone to do business with. My options were to bring my car back to "his mechanic" to inspect (after I have already paid $2400) or upgrade my car. They only care about it "mechanically" & not the safety of your family. Paying for NORMAL wear & tear is expected, not paying out of pocket for something "his mechanic" previously (when it was inspected for flashing lights on the dash within the first few weeks). I appreciate ISLAND CAR CARE for being thorough & protecting my family.

Wow, do not buy a car in a rush. I wish I really looked at the reviews for this car lot. Look at them... the pictures, read the reviews... they are fake!!! All these reviewers give 5 stars, really?! This lot begins to insult the intelligence of their potential customers not only before they arrive but also in person.This is a typical cheap auto lot and nothing more. They will/did try to give a deal by illegal price/tax manipulation, will/did not honor negotiations and repair agreements, do not know the latest techniques in financing and banking and will not provide top notch customer service.Be aware! I lost $200 in holding a vehicle there while waiting for service on their part which was not upheld and finally fell through because of absolute frustration.I purchased vehicles weeks before and after with none of the complications I had from this location.I do not recommended and strictly avoid.

Cheapest cars on the island, this used car dealership gets their cars through wholesale auctions, and they don t charge dealer fees. This means they are able to sell cars at competitive prices. This will be my second car purchased from them with clean Car Fax reports. No issues, and quick and easy.

I went to the Mitsubishi Dealer to look for used car deals. No such luck. Then I tried the local Mazda dealer. Same thing. Then I went to US Auto Network in Staten Island NY and found so many deals I had trouble deciding. Maybe that is why the other places were so high. US Auto Zone got all the good affordable cars. I finally decided on a Lexus when I started looking for a Mitsubishi. It was all about the price.

Recently purchased a car, Hyundai 2012. Car has barley any scratches, interior is beautiful. Here s the bad, they fooled me. I paid 8,000 for this car. The car needed new brakes, new rotors, air filter was bad, my right tire leaks air on a daily, aux and usb in car does not work so I can not charge my phone while playing music. The volume, mute and next button on the steering wheel does not work. Car doesn t always start right away, I have to crank it 2-3 times before it starts. Brake light wiring is messed up, my break light is going on and off. I thought I was getting a great deal, car was in beautiful shape and turns out it needed ALOT of fixing.

Instead of searching Craigslist or the flyers for used cars for sale, make your first stop US Auto Network. Do not waste your time like I did going to every car dealer in the area. I found my best deal on my pre-owned Lincoln at US Auto Network, not at the Lincoln dealer. They also had awesome car financing too. There is no better used car dealer on Staten Island than US Auto Network Inc.

They offer best prices for used cars. My friend bought a vehicle from them few years ago. It was the first place I went to when I was looking for a car for myself. Could not find anything cheaper. The salesman sounded very knowledgable. He had answered all my questions. They did not charge me any hidden fees as most dealerships do

Highly recommend. Great service, great car. Helpful staff. Good price. They register and license for you so no need to go to the DMV. 30 day warranty if any problems come up. Changed anything that needed to be fixed.

Such a great experience. Anthony helped me from beginning to end. The people are friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a tire and brakes and he fixed it immediately. The cars are in great shape and they do not try to scam you.

I live in Pennsylvania and purchased my Honda Accord online from US Auto Network on Staten Island NY. They handled everything including the car shipping to my home. The car was exactly as described. I was very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end.

If you are looking to buy a used car in Staten Island NY, check out US Auto Network. I got a great deal there on a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee that was much better than the Jeep Dealer. They have a great choice of affordable cars on Staten Island and good car financing terms.

Finally I found a used car dealer that I can trust. I bought my pre-owned BMW 325 at US Auto Brokers and saved a lot of money over buying it from the BMW dealer. I have had it about two weeks now and I can't wait to drive it each morning. I highly recommend US Auto Network to anyone looking to buy any make or model used car.

Deceptive and dishonest. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. Vehicle had flood damage that was not disclosed. Mold on the rear seat belts and between the cushions. We drove over 4 hours to look at the vehicle that they described as in excellent shape. When we pointed out the flood damage they offered an extra couple of hundred dollars off.

Small used car lot but very good prices. Salesmen were not pushy and appear honest. They seem like they are interested in offering you a good deal that you'll be satisfied with rather than trying to rip you off.

US Auto Network not only offer great used car deals but they are also a low cost car rental agency. I save money renting a car from US Auto Network instead of one of the national car rental chains. US Auto Network is the only place for me to rent or buy a car.

All around fantastic! The vehicle, the price and the condition it s in... and, the way I was treated thru it all. All this time I was told to go to NJ - nope, didn t need to, the great deal was here all along. Thank God I found this place. Give it a shot, you will be glad you did.
