Best mechanic shop in the area. Very friendly staff, they always try their best to accommodate you even if they are super busy. And the owner Joe is the best.

John,Joe and all the staff take the time needed to evaluate and determine the car issue. The issue is fixed properly and in a time frame that works for both customer and mechanic. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. I have dealt with Spiral since moving to the Island 2003 and I have never had a problem afterward. Also they fix what is needed and have never made me fix things that were a problem to begin with. I have dealt with that in Brooklyn being a woman and told to fix things that weren't broken to begin with.

Absolutely the Best..been a customer for YEARS. My whole family uses Spiral Automotive..Reliable, honest. Superior work..and did I say HONEST..I TRUST John and all his Men to always do the right thing. Wouldn't use anyone else to service my car including dealership. 100 %

I have been going to Spiral for almost 40 years. John and his team are complete professionals and have never failed to provide excellent service. In an industry known for shady characters and scams, Spiral is an pleasant surprise. I trust these guys 100% to give me an honest opinion of what needs to be done and then perform the repair. They stand behind their work no questions asked. The only time I get mad at John is when he doesn't charge me for work that he should.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Great service. They stand by their work. All computerized, found work they did 4 years prior and told me I was covered for it, no charge.
