Scott is a nice guy!! My 3rd transmission in my 04 as silverado went, I explained to him that the last 2 rebuilds didn t last more then 20k miles. To put my mind at ease, he let me watch him rebuild my transmission and showed me what the previous builder did wrong, he even threw in a couple upgrades. Truck drove great after he was done, this guy knows his stuff... I would definitely recommend.

This is a great shop run by a very knowledgeable guy. As a mechanic I generally don't like letting anyone work on my vehicles, but Scotty put me at ease. The job was done quickly, and with quality parts. The transmission works perfectly. I can honestly recommend his work to anyone who needs a transmission at a reasonable price.

Scotty is hands down one of the best transmission guys I know . He has been in the game 30+ years . Scotty has rebuilt about 10 different transmissions for me . NEVER had a problem with NOT 1!!! He is also a very kind hearted guy . I was putting in a transmission on the floor and I cracked the pump inside the trans . He went out of his way to help me to make sure I got my truck fixed and back on the road . Only guy that will ever do my transmission work !!!!! I have sent him many acquaintances of mine and they all fell in love with him. Till this day they still thank me for recommending Scotty!Service: Transmission

As a consumer i shopped around i read all the reviews and heard everyone's recommendation and did my homework etc. I found out about this shop from a good friend and i spoke with the owner Scotty, an absolute jolly gentleman not a ounce of me felt uncomfortable nor scared to trust him and "look" I'm being honest, i've been burned before by a so called reputable auto shop and i stand 6'3 i was nervous on trusting anybody again but Scotty was perfect, he picked up my truck and started right away,Fast you ask? it took me longer to find out how i'm gunna pay him and i live in Brooklyn and he is in Staten island fast indeed and listen he was not looking to just get paid or trying just to out talk me to get my business he wanted to really help not ask you sir or ma'am how are you gunna pay, cash or charge? he looks to make you happy and so for service he is impeccable he really does do great work a perfectionist and really tries to help you literally till you leave. thank you guys soo much They say in this life you need a 'good doctor a good lawyer and a good mechanic' and now i can say i finally have all three again.
