They chipped a piece of paint on my car, and then said that it wasn t their fault and refused to pay for the repair.How would I not know that I had a massive chunk of paint missing above my car door? Also, the paint was chipped in the exact part of the car they were working on!!This place is a joke, do NOT go. Check out how all of the good reviews are from at least a year ago, and all of the current reviews are 1 star.Kirks on Forest ave is full of professionals who will give you a fair deal, take your business there.

Now twice in a row I've had negative experiences here related to price. Mike is great, and his prices are fair/good. However, others he works with tend to overcharge. Today, I was just charged $100 for a synthetic oil change by someone other than Mike. When my ride drops off the car, Mike charges her $60. In a previous visit, not-Mike charged an extra $300... which I disputed with Mine, and he made it right. I guess the learning is if you work with Mike, he treats you well, but his colleagues may not. I just don't have the patience or desire to have to plan around the workers at the auto shop to be treated well.

This Mechanic is the rudest, mostun available mechanic on the island!I went in and said hello and kindly asked him if he could help me screw my plates on, a very simple task, possibly the simplest task he will ever have. I could have done it myself, but someone had stole my plates along with the screws. When he said he was busy, I was like that s fine, maybe you could possible sell me a few loose ones and I ll do it myself, he then aggressively then yelled at me WELL WHAT DO YOU NEED ME FOR he then continued to talk to another client on the phone and asked them to rudlt stop talking . Now, although I am from the island and I understand our New York Language culture, this man has repeatedly time and been very unhelpful when I have re visited him in the past for simple questions. This was the final straw, so I had to leave the review, and I m someone who NEVER leaves any one a bad review. But this man is clearly miserable, and will make you miserable too. Just being in his energy.

I took my mothers word on it and brought my car in for some repairs. Despite what the front of the store looks like they run a legit auto shop. Very nice guys too. I consider myself a good judge of character and I got a really good feeling talking to the mechanic. I will go back because I feel like I can trust these people.

Total crooks. Because I had a repair done elsewhere they purposely broke the repaired part. Waiting to check and see what other damage they did.Use at your own risk no doubt all the glowing reviews on here were put by them and not actual customers.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They are always so nice and friendly when we bring in our nisan juke and prius and they fix everything so perfectly. We only ever bring our cars here to get fixed. prices are fair.
