Had to go in for a drainage. Both males that worked there was very nice, the man and his son handled my car with care. I felt comfortable waiting and he was honest throughout the process.Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Ladies we can come here get our car fix without feeling uncomfortable or someone taking advantage because they don t think we knowledgeable on the matter.

This garage is my go to whenever my car needs a little fix, the people here are very nice and friendly. Every garage I ve went to either messed up on something or not even finish the job. This place deserves the 5 star review.

The guy is very friendly he did not do a full job the first time thought I told him the problem. I paid $3o cash to him give me as estimate. He did not . But told me to come back later to service the car . I did and he did not do a complete job but charged me for full job. I had to bring it back twice .when he finally did the city towed it off his curb where he had stored it the night before... because of wrong plates from another car that owes $6457 tickets.

Thank you to Manu and the guys. They will really take care of you. I appreciate their honesty and updates in between the servicing. They help my mother and I out. She needed a tune up on her 08 Sentra and found other problems our previous mechanic said he resolved. They installed a new valve body on my 2015 Q50 and now operating properly. Definitely will be a returning customer.

The BEST mechanic on Staten Island. I was having car issues, saying check engine. No one could figure it out only he could. He told me my issue and how we can get it fixed. I have known this place since 2018. I came here a few times, and they did a great job. I replaced my engine after I got flooded. honest and excellent customer service. Also, brilliant people work here. This place offers the best quality of work with the best quantity of money. They work hard to fix our cars and make the best out of their work. Manoj is a hard working man who runs the place and know how to deal with every customer he has. He changed my the whole set of my car within less than an hour and he helped understand better what i need to do to keep my car running as long as possible, he is also informative as he lead me to see some of the ruined items in my cars and the need to be changed for my own safety. I believe he is one of the best in the Island and i totally recommend this place. Give it a shot!!

I was in need of a replacement for my lower control arms and I must say amazing work. My vehicle drives much better. Beautiful service, amazing customer service.Thank You Update: I returned for front rotors and brake pads. My baby feels amazing! They treat your vehicle well. I'm glad to have found R.M.M Auto.

I have used RMM Auto Repair for many years, they have worked on many cars for me and I think its the Greatest place to bring your car to be diagnosed and repaired. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians with extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. A very pleasant atmosphere. Manoj is friendly and will take the time to explain the repair and the cost is always very reasonable. They repair cars quickly and affordably. These guys are awesome! My Lexus was emitting smoke from under the hood and I had absolutely no idea why. I spoke to the Owner at the location and he informed me that I needed a new water pump as soon as possible. Not only did he quote me less than other competitors but he also did the repair that same day. He also showed me the old part and informed me on how dangerous the leak was. My car works amazing now, thank you guys! Will definitely recommend this shop, they are honest with their work!

It was a pleasure to discover a mechanic shop which cares not only for your vehicle but treat their customers so nicely.
