I needed immediate service on a weekend and Charlie said come by in 20 min when I started explaining my issues he said let me take it for test drive so I can see what ur explaining (which no prior mechanic has done they all say leave ur keys and I ll call you ) he squeezed me in to his busy schedule when I told him I commute w this car and then took the time to show me every single part he replaced (not using after market cheap parts) I ve found my new amazing honest mechanic which is rare !!! Totally recommend !! Amazing work !

It s hard finding a good, honest mechanic, but this business place give you hope. Charlie is amazing, he explains everything in detail, lets you know what you need to fix at the moment and what can wait. Can t say enough good things this place. Always recommend it to other people.

Of course I waited until the last day of the month to get an inspection. First place I went to near where I live on the south shore wasnt doing anything other than safety inspections. Came to work and did a quick search of where near by I can run out to quick and came across Port Richmond Auto. Its super close, I left got my inspection and got back to work within 20 minutes! The man who helped me out was very nice and very fast he get me in and out. He also gave me some coupons on other services for the future. Would definitely go back if I need anything else!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very positive experience! THIS PLACE ROCKS!!Mechanics were fast, reasonable pricing and most of all; HONEST! My car needed tons of repairs and every other shop I went to just wanted to over charge me and create additional unnecessary work to get more money out of me but not Port Richmond automotive.I traveled from PA and will continue to. I came for oil change in the Fall with my out-of-state plates. The guys were nice but when I drove back, I noticed my AC stopped working. I have no evidence to implicate the shop and I arrived home with a hunch. I am not sure if this was a coincidence but, if so it is a weird coincidence. In a few days, I will learn what happened.

This place is the WORST! Car was just towed here by insurance to be deemed totaled after Hurricane Ida.I asked the 2 mechanics several times to disconnect my amp and subwoofer from the car and even negotiated the price. Besides them not answering the phone given to my insurance company , which held up my paperwork by a week. My car was taken away and I don t have my equipment. They gave me the most imbecilic story ever on why the equipment wasn t taken out. The mechanics are either vastly incompetent, or straight thieves, your choice.

Was given one price and was charged almost 1000 more. they did extra work without my consent. My vehicle is worse now than when I took it to them and half of what they supposedly did isn't even done. Now i'm spending another 4000 to have my vehicle done at a dealer. The entire roof screen is torn off and no explanation. Took my niece's vehicle here as well, my brother spent over 5000 and her vehicle broke down. took it to a mechanic and everything he said that's wrong was what we paid to have repair. Don't take your vehicle here
