Terrible service I bring my van for inspection they damage my roof racks not even apologize also said is my problem for bringing to them,I mean supposed to check the high of vehicle before bring it in

Did nice work on my 2005 Ford.. knew right away it was the alternator Price was reasonable and car was done within 12 hours . Brought in late to shop ready by roughly 11 am Next day.And ! Nice people .!!Thank You.!!!Cliff

This was my 3rd time there Once to check a tire, once for an inspection, and this time to see if I needed a new starter or ignition because I was having issues with my car starting even after getting a brand new battery installed a week ago. THANKFULLY it was the starter. Richie was so thorough in his work and is such a down to earth guy. Theresa is wonderful and has a great personality. I find their pricing very reasonable and service exceptional.

They are always accurate with my estimated time of completion, which is important when your relying on your vehicle to keep and orderly schedule. Well priced with quality work, it always recommended to support a family owned and managed establishment.

The Best Experience Ever.... Excellent Service... Low Prices.... Friendly Staff.... And They Never Turned Me Away.... Especially When I Called Twice On Saturday And once Gave Them Short Notice.... An Hour And A Half Before Closing....!! They Are Very Thorough And Maticulous .....They Have A Customer For Life...!!

Everytime we go there, we get top notch treatment. They are a family run business, and they are very fair and honest. They even drive you home after you drop off your vehicle. I highly reccomend them. And they DO NOT rip you off.

I went there for a new starter so they changed 4 starters on me and still had the same problem. when all the time i had a short.. they were playing the guessing game on what the problem was. i left there with the same problem i went there with.. and i was out of 360 dollars...... i would not recommend this place not even for an oil change. and the father is one of the most unfriendly people i ever came across.

Let me just say this If you are fortunate enough to live by Richie midlands automotive repair shop and fortunate enough that he is still in buisness and not retired and willing to take on new clients don't hesitate get there if your car or truck is having trouble get there 1) most of the time he can diagnose your problem with just a simple explaination from you without any fancy over priced diagnostic equipment and because of that rite off the bat your ahead of the game and if needed he does have that equipment to help diagnose the new cars and trucks . i been working on cars andtrucks for 30+ years and when I was ever in a bind and couldn't figure out the problem with a vehicle my shop along with several other shops on the island that I know along with those shade tree guys working in there backyards would call Richie for help and although he didn't have to help he would take the time and help a fellow shop owner or that shade tree mechanic out so with this if y'all ever read a negative review about this place especially the guy with the starter remember there is always 2 sides to the story Richie's 45 plus yrs experience and this testimony along with his long track record and yrs in buisness speaks volumes for itself self trust me if Richie isn't the very best mechanic on the island he definitely ranks with the top 3.

I love this place. Any time I go in there they take care of me right away and fix all my mechanical issues with a fair price and great attitude I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
