The person at the desk was very nice and very polite. His name was Chris. He was very friendly Knowledgeable and explain to me, step-by-step in detail of what was the issue with my vehicle, I was also able to meet the person who worked on the car as well. He also was very approachable .Mr. Chris then gave me a reasonable price I was able to work with . I will definitely recommend them to others.Thank you.

It was an excellent experience the Customer Service was top tier.I needed a part installed that I ordered from Amazon, Richard Lucas Chevrolet didnt want to do the job because I didnt order it from them I lied and said I did but I think they knew I didnt.I went to Meineke on a chance and that was the best move I made because they installed it with no problem and it was less than what Richard Lucas had told me which was $200 the did the job for a $100 and some change. The part would have cost me $30 if I would a ordered it from Richard Lucas but it was $20 on Amazon I didnt save a ton a money but that $110 can go a long way in Walmart so to me it was a win win.

Took my car there for water pump replacement I had my own parts but still they charged me $355 for labor. They well overcharged me because Labor costs are estimated between $158 and $200 while parts are typically priced around $475. Never going back to them again. Ya need to watch out from these peoples. They might rubbed ya too!!

Chris perez was so nasty to me because I was running a few minutes late because there was delays on our bus yelling on the phone at me telling me he wasn t gonna stay till 6 o clock and I said I m a few minutes late because there s a delay on the bus, he talk to me like that on the telephone with a customer standing that that is not goodwill service that is not customer service I will take my complaints to the regional manager so he have a talk with him. This is the second bad experience I had with him I m very disappointed in him he told me to take an early bus. My first bus is 4 o clock I usually get to the island before five. He couldn t wait an extra few minutes but when I get here to Meinicke it s 520 and he s behind the counter after he literally told me he was closed at 5 o clock had to close the computer at 5 o clock but that s OK So I gave him my financial information on the phone and when I got there, my car was there, but I am not happy!!!

Simple break job turned into a two day affair, vtm-4 light came on after job was completed required replacement wheel speed sensor additional cost about $120, then new router they installed needed to be replaced additional cost $77. Best of all no guarantee on their work... I paid for cash 3% more on credit card...

Chris and his team were efficient and informative. They also treated me like a human being, something that does not happen often nowadays. Chris was upfront about the price, and his team was able to replace my auxillary battery in less than the estimated time. I took my car into have them remove a wheel that is difficult to come off and for a wheel alignment. The mechanic after observing the undercarriage of the vehicle discovered that the rear subframe had rotted out and was loose. The location of this section was near the gas tank and he immediately came out for me to take a look at it. He explained that the car was unsafe to drive due to the frame being loose next to the gas tank. I was very happy that he was observant enough and cared enough for my safety. They looked into seeing if they could repair it and came back with information that the car should be taken to the dealer because there was a 20-year extended warranty on the Mercedes subframe. The manager Chris was so delighted to tell me to take my car to Mercedes dealership and was pleased that I didn't have to spend a lot of money for the repair. I will definitely take my vehicle back to Meineke located on Forest Avenue.

Meineke did a great job. Chris was the best. He got my son s car in as soon as I arrived, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in a couple of hours. I will definitely use Meineke again for any car repairs.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

First going to any Meineke Car Care Center and it definitely won t be the last. Chris at the front is very knowledgeable and took care of us very professionally. Went for an inspection and made sure everything was great. Thanks

Chris was unbelievably helpful!I had begun to think replacing my catalytic converter was impossible. He did it in less than 24 hours. -and only because I dropped the car off on a Saturday morning-.His shop can definitely count on repeat business from me and my friends.Thanks, Chris!!!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I Came to this shop just to install an exhaust hanger . The guy at the desk made so many excuses to not touch the car ??? Asking weird questions if it s lowered and he not responsible for scratches . Anyway I left and went to queens and the job was done in 15 minutes with no problem. The man in queens told me the car is not lowered and had no problem on the lift . Now I will contact the city to investigate that meineke .

I had my brakes done. Meineke is the only Var care Center my family n I go to. We've been customers for many years now. Staff are awesome in attending to us. Our service location is the Meineke on Forest Ave. Staten Island N.Y. My Familia n I are happy in making referrals, and always en outrageous our people to ask fir the manager Chris whi us such an awesome person great mannerism always smiling n makes one feel wel one. Everyone listen up ,,, please don t go to this place they stole my wife money they are thief they don t do any good job and mechanic are very rude instead to do the job they stay on the phone plus I spent 2 hours there ,, I don t recommend anyone to this place ,, this place should be close down immediately,,, plus I m goin to complain to costumer affairs abut this place

My husband took out brand new car to get NYS inspection. He was told they have to remove the wheels, take in on a highway drive and so many other crazy stuff for a new car just from the dealership. We are in our way to Brooklyn to get it done. I smell scam to take advantage of people who may not know any better. I have had hoopties inspected with less hassel.

I went there to get my NY inspection done for my car. The guy I met in the office was so friendly and accommodating ,they were busy when I initially got there, but they explained to that to me and completed my inspection in no time. He was really nice to me and my son, and I will definitely be going there for any car issue I have. Nice environment, close to the street, easy access.

I went in for a tire repair. As a woman you worry about going to a mechanic. I never worry when I see Chris. He gives me all my options and costs upfront.
