Was recently recommended by a friend to check out this place as she bought a car here with the dealership. We were looking into getting a new car to replace our old car, so we paid a visit here first. It turns out that we didn t need to look further up into the other dealerships. Ronnie, our sales person, was very patient and professional in explaining everything to us. We actually spent a good amount of time there with questions as we have never committed to a new car before. Ronnie and his staff were very helpful with answering all the questions we have until we are clear with everything we had to know and need to know. From inquiring, to paperwork, to signing, to picking up our new car, everything was done pretty smoothly and promptly. Ming was very thorough and clear with explaining all the details of our paperwork. All the staff were very efficient and nice, including the front desk ladies. Overall, a wonderful experience.The 2024 Mazda CX-5 was the car that we got, and I highly recommend it. It is very steady, spacious and just a beautiful car with lots of pros. You will agree with me once you do the research.

I went to the car dealership before New Years, and it was a good experience. The people there were nice and helpful. Ronnie was our agent and he showed me different cars I was interested in. Ronnie was also very helpful on trying to find a way I can get a cheaper insurance from as this is my first car. He was also great with my dad-very friendly and accommodating.The whole buying process at this dealership and with Ronnie as an agent was smooth, making my first experience at a dealership nice. Additionally, Ronnie gladly answered my questions about the car even weeks after buying it.I d definitely recommend this place. I d give an extra star to this place if I could!

I've been to a crazy amount of dealerships over the years, due to different jobs I've had. Ideal was EASILY the best experience.Very nice people, I mostly dealt with Ronnie and Gino. But I spoke to many workers, they were all incredibly nice and helpful. The showroom is gorgeous, bright with a great atmosphere.I highly, highly recommend Ideal Auto.

Adriana provided excellent service and there were no surprises. I just came in and got the new car and I m very happy with everything. The price was very good and it was easy much easier than going to a dealer. I would suggest that if you need to Lease a Car you come to ideal auto sales and ask for Adriana.

I bought a Toyota Sienna 2022 car. I have found all staffs behavior and coordination excellent. Especially Sales Manager Dario did for excellent and finance manager did finance from bank with in 30 minutes approval. I recommend for Ideal Auto Motor .. and Thanks again Ideal Automor Staten Island.

I had the best experience buying my car at Ideal automotive but mainly because of Dariana ! She s the sweetest sales person ever! I m a young female buyer and she welcomed me with opens arms and made me feel comfortable which was very important to me. She even went out her way to ask if I got home the next day because it was snowing it was beyond just buying a car! Please ask for her when coming here she s the best !!

Within these two years we went Ideal Auto Sales of Staten Island to buy 2 new cars. We had excellent experiences of buying cars over there. Ming and Ronnie are really knowledgeable about all kinds of cars. They were providing us with excellent service including thoughtfulness, patience, friendliness, kindness, as well as detailed explanation. We highly recommend this place to buy cars or rent cars.

I recently purchase my first vehicle at Ideal automotive sales and it was a great experience. Luckily I had Billy as my salesperson. He was very outgoing, friendly and made the whole process not overwhelming. He went out of his way to get me the best deal and I couldn't be more thankful to have him as my salesperson. I highly recommend you to ask for Billy if you are looking for a vehicle at Ideal automotive sales or looking far car in general.

Came to buy a toyota highlander xle 22 in cash posted for 30,955.I got a offered 29.5 and was told you re cash does not hold weight I get paid wether it s from you or the bank and no one has a better price than me, you wouldn t be calling me from Massachusetts if there was any one else for you to buy from I informed him I had went to look at two 22 Highlander xle s over the weekend 1 with similar and one with LOWER miles they had downpayments put on them on Friday evening and Saturday both. delivery was a easy option and these cars come and sell fast so I was looking to purchase TODAY and with my offer being within $1400 of asking price from the dealer you would think they d talk to me respectfully instead of insisting they re the best I need them and becoming rude and belittling over the phone, I would have paid the $31000 he was asking just to make my day easier if he would have been a decent respectful man instead of acting like he s the best and I need him and laughing on the phone when I m ready to wire 30k Buy somewhere else$$$

Dariana is an excellent agent she doesn t focus just on selling the car that you need or want, she also takes care of every detail thinking and working to give you what you want but also the best in the market such as the car quality. Very unprofessional they used my credit card for car insurance without my permission ran me up about 1,500. When I confronted their manager Ming he lied about never doing it and it could be a "glitch" in the system. When I called Geico and my bank they confirmed it was them. If you're going to lie atleast be a man and own up to it.

Dariana helped me trade in my car. She was super professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. It took her about a day to find me the perfect car with all the requirements I had in mind. I wasn t the easiest customer and I am thankful for her patience with me. She made the process so easy. Once I had my mind set on the car she guided me through the process and delivered me the car to my house the same day. I am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend !

Dariana at Ideal Auto was absolutely amazing! She made the entire process of trading in my Corvette and upgrading me to a newer model so easy & pleasant. I was in last week looking at the Lexus and Darania the sales person helped me out. She was great, told me everything about the car and let me have a test drive even though I wasn t ready to buy the car. She was great to deal with, not pushy at all. If you are looking to avoid getting ripped off on a lease by a dirtbag car dealer then this is the place to go. This place is fantastic! Fast, efficient and everything they do is upfront with no surprises. They took care of all the paperwork and even gave me pretty good trade in value toward the lease for my 2005 Honda Civic. I will definitely be using this place in the future!
