Because I have a 95 Pontiac muffler Parts. Where difficult to get. They were able to Save part of my old Exhaust. And re construct A new one. And at a amazingly reasonable price. And this was all done within an hour.Thank you guys for Getting. me back on the road. Forever grateful Joe.

2nd time as his customer. Good work on my commuter car, this time far bigger job. Needed a resonator and exhaust replacement on a CRVQuality walker muffler all the way to the Catalytic converter. Uploaded photos and the guys there are all on deck to help. Good idea to bring cash since you dont need to pay Card %% Fee on top of NY%.Cant fight Rust....its a losing battle- I already dont need to say more, Its the cost of living just off the Waters of Staten Island.

My flange broke on my down pipe. To speed things up I took it out of my vehicle and brought the exhaust piece in. I was in and out in 8 minutes. Literally 8 minutes. This place is a life saver! And of course you can t beat the price

Great experience. Owner Lennox was a gentlemen and so were his crew. He took the time to show me his muffler museum!He solved my muffler problem which was too close to the ground. I recommend this shop for all muffler needs.

Lenny is the best. I was quoted $380.00 to replace a pipe leading to the muffler by my local shop ( not a nation wide chain like PepBoys). Lenny's two guys completed the job in less then a half an hour for $160.00. Wow. I gave each guy a cash tip because very fast and relatively cheap. Please ask Lenny to see his oddly fantastic science fiction fantasy musuem right next door. I saw the Space Shuttle, many scary tall creatures, a small scale Staten Island Ferry and a helicopter.

Honest, fair price, competent business establishment. They communicate well and are attentive, fast and most importantly are very good craftsmen, which is on display nextdoor at their museum. They said what they would do and did what they said for the price they quoted.

Overcharged me because he seen I was a young kid, I just changed a Felix pipe, and he charge me nearly double of what other shop charge. I should ve asked him how much it would be before he did the work.. crook

Went to the shop on Friday to see why my muffler was getting louder. I was given the diagnosis and I told him I would be back when they opened on Monday. They opened at 8 AM on Monday and I was the 1st one on the lift. Work took about 40 minutes and I was out by 8:50 AM. Fast and excellent work plus way cheaper than the chain muffler shops that try to rip you off.

My exhaust was leaking air in a few spots and was very loud. I decided to go to the common well known place of meineke. All there advertisements and promotions and coupons all that is overhead and they charge you for it. I was quoted $525 there, found Half Price mufflers with Google search and boom $300 later I am like new. I m happy I found this small reliable cost affective small business. They have 3 lifts and bang out one car after another. Friendly staff, great pricing and get the job done. I was happy I got what I needed and was able to support a local small business.Service: Exhaust

I've been going to these guys for full exhaust services since the late 90's and nothing has changed. Great friendly service and knowledgeable professional staff and more importantly the pricing is ultra fair. They won't try and sell you something that you don't need and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend Half Price Muffler.

Wow. By far the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. I went in for some quick exhaust work, and was chatting with the owner while my car was being worked on. The owner was extremely nice and friendly, and I enjoyed my time waiting. The pricing was very fair, and the work was top notch.What really blew me away was the sculptures the owner makes himself. I'm talking 10ft welded metal sculptures, that are absolutely incredible. The shop feels like a museum. The quality and craftsmanship of these sculptures are amazing, and I would tell people to visit this shop even if they don't have exhaust work that needs to be done just to see these sculptures.With the quality of work, the fair pricing, and the absolutely incredible museum-esque sculptures, I can't recommend this shop enough.10/10Service: Exhaust

I'm a very hard guy to please. Lenny is the best. The service was quick and professional. Compared to other shops the price was EXCELLENT! I definitely recommend Half Price Mufflers. The team was very accomodating and helped me accomplish what i was looking for. They gave me their suggestions and we rolled with it. Price was also very fair. Recommended if you want a no frills exhaust project done.

I cannot thank Lenny enough for the best experience I've ever had with any car anywhere! My tuscon 2021 sel exhaust pipe detached from the muffler at the flange bolt..I took it to island hyundai thinking it was covered under the warranty but of course it wasn't, so they tell me it would cost 1300 without tax lmao I couldn't believe it. I couldn't get out of that rip-off dealership fast enough. I found half price muffler online and the reviews speak for themselves!! when I pulled up Lenny took me in immediately..on the lift right away and he had me in and out within 15 minute's just like new!! All for $160!! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE ANYWHERE. IT WAS TOP NOTCH SERVICE, SUPER FAST AND EXTREMELY WELL PRICED! Lenny you have gained another very happy customer for life.
