Heard about Four Seasons through a friend. I had an issue with my car that 3 other mechanics couldn't find. Not only did Four Seasons find the problem they were very fair in the repair. The owner is a true gentleman

Have been bringing my Honda and Volkswagen to Four Seasons for numerous repairs and routine maintenance for 5+ years now. Owners Gus and Sammy are very informative on issues and very reasonably priced. Great quality work and honest people. Highly recommend these guys.

I started coming to this place in 1999, I can always count on the mechanics to help with any issues. The owner Gus is great , helpful and nice. I'm so happy to have a dependable and trustworthy Auto mechanic. I ran here last week after being told by the Toyota service garage I would have to wait 3 hours for a NY state inspection. Gus got me in and out in 30 minutes.

The owner, Gus, is very diligent and knows what is wrong with my car always. He fixes it and his prices are fair. It's very rare to find a mechanic that knows what he is doing and doesn't try to rip you off. I've been coming here for years and will continue to come. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I stopped at the shop while looking for the closest mechanic to my husband meeting place. After diagnosing what s the issue with my car, they started calling everywhere around for needed part. After an hour of unsuccessful attempts, Gus offered me temporary solution (which he didn t even charge me for) so I could proceed with my plans and made appointment for few days later. But he got me as a loyal costumer, when he asked everyone including clients, if they will join them for lunch because they were ordering pizza. To make it shorter, I can only say superb good things about him. They won t rip you off. And they are willing to help genuinely. Can t say enough positive things about this shop.

Gus,and his crew will take care of any issues you have with any car or truck you have. Professional, and reasonable prices,I'm always satisfied with the outcome of the work. Highly recommend .

Has recently changed owners. Still same good service. Went to quick lube and was told to wait 40 minutes by a rude kid. Told them give my spot to someone else and went to Four Season. Took me as the next person. I bring my own oil and filter. They were more than happy to do the service and without complaining unlike quick lube.

Gus ruined the brakes on my car. 2018. It was the first brake job. He ruined the calipers twice. A month later the pad is gone and grinding because they didn't grease the pins in the calipers properly. Its always an excuse. This is 1,000 dollars on brakes now. Because gus always has an excuse

I was a customer at 4 seasons for over 15 years and things went downhill after new owner took over.I had new motor mounts installed after Ford looked at car and said my mounts were bad, 4 seasons confirmed my mounts were bad and changed 3 mounts for $595, after changing mounts the car was worse, returned car and they said that the aftermarket ones were not good so they had to order ones from dealer, I told them that I was moving in a week and needed this done, they never kept in touch with me, I called numerous times and got run around, the knew I was leaving in a few days and waited till I left, so I was left with car that was worse and out $595 dollars, so much for loyalty

Four Seasons Motor Station, 17 Slater blvd, Staten Island, drove to change the oil on his workplace Van, lifted the elevator on the lift, bent over the roof and lower parogi, if he hadn t noticed a car from boxing at the pasture, then everyone would have been silent, there was a scandal, they promised to repair , lost because of them three working days. (No compensation). Today I took the car, repaired the roof, forgot the parogi, also forgot to say hello to me and apologize for all the problems. So decide yourself whether to repair them or not? Not only are not professionals, but Haml and cattle, I did not expect to see such an attitude to customers in America.

Will never bring my car back to them again went there for one thing to be checked and I leave and not its leaking transmission fluid of the front wasn't leaking before they had it just dropped it off to have the ac checked. And now it leaking transmission fluid stay away from here never going back.

I HAVE KNOWN GUS THE NEW OWNER FOR OVER 20+ YEARS FROM HIS START AT. HYLAN SHELL TO MAJOR AUTO REPAIR AND NOW TO 4 SEASONS HE IS A GREAT HONEST MECHANIC AND A TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS MAN. HE LEARNED. FROM ONE OF THE BEST NICK WHO OWNED THE HYLAN SHELL. FOR YEARS AND ALWAYS DONE THE RIGHT JOB FOR A FAIR PRICE I ALWAYS USED THEM FOR 16 YEARS WHEN I WORKED AND TOOK CARE OF ALL THE CARS AND TRUCK FOR SAINT JOSEPH HILL ACADEMY THE SISTERS WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND SERVICE FROM THE HYLAN SHELL STATION AND THE GREAT MECHANICS WHO WORKED THERE TOO

Wish I could rate it lower really. These guys will tell you that you need a million things done, question the people who touched the car before (funny thing that it was THEM) and then rip you off by charging more for the parts than they cost and adding an extra hour for labor. Avoid them.
