I found Caliber Collision through my State Farm insurance and I m glad I did. State Farm said that Caliber Collision was their top shop for repairs and they were right! They fixed my car, kept me informed the whole time, Gus was amazing and helpful but the absolute angel was Mena !!!! She helped me from start to finish! Kept me informed, went out of her way to find another shop to help me because I was in the process of moving to another state. Everything went smoothly because of Mena and I m so grateful to her! This was the Caliber Collision in Staten Island. I attached before and after pictures for reference.

Very professional and easy to work with. The staff is friendly and will take the time to explain the process. They update you on the progress of your vehicle and my vehicle came back fixed and clean! I was also able to leave my rental car with them to return it. Very convenient service during what can be a huge inconvenience when you have to get your car repaired. I ve used them twice and both times were exceptional.

Caliber Collision is one of the best shops on Staten Island. They do an excellent job and go above and beyond to get your car serviced. They advocate on behalf of customers on insurance related issues/repairs. I would recommend this place to anyone who s looking to repair their car with minimum concerns.

They way the handle everything is top notch. They keep you communicated, and the repairs are excellent. Only negative thing I have to say is that after a month I didn t receive a call to tell me if the parts arrived and I had to call to confirm. But I highly recommend their service, Jason was very cool and the front desk receptionist also is very professional and friendly and the rest of the staff as well. They will make you feel welcomed and safe leaving your car for repairs. Don t hesitate to go to these guys! Thank you!

Great customer service all the way around. Nina made me feel comfortable even before choosing the shop spoke with me over an hour before selecting the shop. Set me up with Jason one of the best technicians. Kept me updated weekly as well addressing all my concerns and questions. I was skeptical at first since I live in California and had to get my repairs done in new york. Car was ready on promised date, worked 9n weekends, stayed late for me to pick up my car. Just great

hello, Caliber Collision did a great job. i turn my car in on a monday and got it on the following tuesday. they worked on it pretty fast because the estimated time was 2wks. it s looking like new again. just want to say that the staff there was great and their service was beyond great. thank u so much for the hard work you all do.

The folks here were nice enough and it seems like they did a good job on the repair. They get 3 out of 5 stars for me because it took them nearly two months to repair my car after estimating it would only take about one and they weren't proactive at all about keeping me informed about my car's status. I had to keep calling regularly for updates. Unfortunately, I live out of state and was limited to shops within a certain range of the accident, so the extra time without my car and lack of proactive updates was a major inconvenince and headache. When I got my car back, I noticed a few surface red scuffs along the drivers side that seemed to be from whatever they use to mark the car to denote what needs to be fixed. This is minor and should come off when I clean my car, but it's frustrating nonetheless. I've had my car back about a week and the repair seems like it was done well, my car is running great. I appreciate the time and labor of the folks who worked on my vehicle all the same. Thank you, sincerely.Update 11/28: My car randomly would not start for like 30 minutes and the entire system rebooted and all my sensors reset. I have to take my car back in to another Caliber to see what the issue is. This drops my review to 1 out of 5. I cannot recommend this place after my experiences.

I can't recommend them enough to anyone who would would be unfortunate to be in the position that I was in. They're the best part of an otherwise unfortunate circumstance...

I had a minor repair due to an accident. The job was estimated to take 4 days. The repair shop lied to the insurance company about the day I dropped my car off for repair. They gave me the run around about the repair. I had to keep calling them for information about the status of my repair. One day it was the part was damaged and needed to be replaced. Then it was no it's not damaged we don't have it. Next it was we have it but I don't like how it looks. Everyday it was a new reason why my car wasn't repaired. Utterly ridiculous.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent work, thorough and professional. Jayson was very helpful and stayed informative and communicative throughout the process. We were mildly concerned about any affects body work could have on the sensors and other computer systems, but Jayson eased all out concerns by informing us of the number of times they ran the diagnostics to ensure all was right again. They also detailed the car and it was like brand new when we got it back. Everyone at this office, whether by phone or in person were utterly pleasant and professional.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely stellar service. I got into an accident recently and was so stressed that I wouldn't have a car for at least two weeks while it was being repaired. However, Caliber made it a point to keep me updated with the progress of my repairs and when it was done I was absolutely blown away by how flawless their work was. The paint match was perfect and it looks so good that the rest of my car almost looks terrible. Haha. Regardless! I am super happy with the work they did and will definitely be coming back. The lifetime warranty is also a huge plus! Thanks Jared!

All i have to say about this shop is be very careful if you have a German car, i sent my car in for simple body damage repair. The paint was running in multiple spots, missing multiple brackets, installed incorrect sensor and to make it worst they had left my windshield wipers loose(found out in pouring rain) and now my car magically has a transfer case issue. My 2021 car was damaged in an accident.I brought my car to Caliber Collision for repair. First off, Customer service was excellent. Jared helped us throughout whole process, he kept us well inform via texts and phone calls on the progress of the repair. And the body repair on the car superb! The Caliber Collision team did an excellent job, my car looks brand new again. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks Caliber for turning this into a positive experience!

This was the second time I used this location for a repair through my auto insurance. It was a flawless, efficient process from the moment I called them to schedule the drop off, to the moment i retrieved my car and paid the deductible. The location itself is extremely clean and well kept, plus they have free drinks available for customers.I interacted with Jasyn and the front desk girl (did not get her name). Both of them were extremely welcoming, friendly, patient and attentive. Jasyn was my main POC for the process and he took care of my car like it was his own, and of my wellness like I was family (he ensured I got to/from the rental car location with ease and was always patient with my questions). He was really accommodating, knowledgeable and clearly had a passion for his work- Caliber needs to promote him ASAP. My experience at Caliber was awesome. I came in to have some repairs done through insurance which I was expecting to be a pain. But the whole thing was a breeze: the team was super kind, responsive and quick. I then accidentally submitted a low review and right away management reached out to check on me and make sure I was happy. I was already happy, so that only reinforced my impressions - the folks at Caliber seem to really care about their customers. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this shop. Five stars!

The staff was very professional, very attentive and I was kept informed on what was being done on my car. Everything was done sooner than expected without compromising the quality of the work. I will definitely return here when my vehicle needs any repairs. It is very difficult to shop around for a trusted repair shop when time is of the essence, I am glad I found Caliber Collision!Service: Body & Trim
