This review was long over due . Had my vw serviced by them in August to have my DSG transmission fluid and filter changed. Then In November had to have my turbo replaced. Service was above and beyond. The owner personally dealt with me and he was a pleasure to deal with. He is honest and upfront. The VW dealer down the block wanted 500.00 to service the transmission and 3300.00 to replace the turbo. Went to besos and their price was way cheaper than the dealer. One of the only few places in Staten Island that work in VW and Audi. They even top off the fluids on my car. My vw was treated as if it were there car. Would I go back again? Definitely!!!!! They have me as a customer for life!!!!!! Thank you all at besos for fixing my vw !!!!!!! Dealership service with family discount prices.

Really nice owner who is up front and takes time to go over things with you. Very knowledgeable on older Audis. Would definitely recommend Beso he is the only real Audi mechanic on Staten Island. His pricing is very fair also.

First time using this repair shop and I am very pleased . Dan the technician/ mechanic is super knowledgeable he diagnosed the issue with my Audi (which was a bad turbo) he answered all my questions and concerns. Although a bit of an expensive repair there rates are reasonable for the professional and clean job performed. I will be bringing my Audi there for any further repairs. I highly recommend them

Simple repair job. Had car two days without consent. No one answers the phone and voicemail full always! Picked up car after closing the second day because they never got around to fixing it the first day, only to find out the car light was still on and the car was running like a race car. Back to the shop, they have the car all day again. Nobody is answering the phone, voicemail is full and it s almost closing time. What would you do So UNPROFESSIONAL.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you own a Volkswagen and are no longer in warrenty to bring it to the dealer this is the mechanic to go to located right around the corner from the Volkswagen dealer on hylan blvd he will beat the prices of the dealer it's not even a comparison and he specifically specializes in Volkswagen so if that's the car you drive then look no further then BESO

Through out all my experience and I had a whole life time with him due to him being my older Brother he has always treated me like he should never did me wrong honest and reliable and most important Loyal to the game!! I call this guy the magician, he can figure out any problem with the you have with your vehicle and his prices are fair. He specializes in German vehicles, that's hard to find around here. Highly recommend.

Went to get something done in my car and he owner said it was one thing spent a lot of money and still same problem owner never fixed my problem and all I got was a come by let me check it out. Came by multiple times and still not fixed! Only wants the money!

I never felt more assured of car service ever, I have an older vw and after a few weeks of having a coolant problem and overheating a few times, I had a few ppl that either couldn't diagnose or give me prices on parts and labor that was odviously wrong turned out to be a simple hose, he fixed it immediately and suggested my rear brakes and rotors needed immediate attention I did not hesitate to do all the service needed. He also told me that my car is in mint condition and that the prior owner had put alot of work into it and alot of wear and tear items istalled were fairly new, that right there says alot for Mirsad and I had a bulb out and didn't mention it and when I was picking up my car the mechanic was replacing it without even telling me at no cost, he also said to me good car.....well I guess there is no doubt I will be a dedicated customer.
