I brought my modified 2016 BMW M-Performance 2 series here after being harshly rear ended in stop and go traffic. I must say, I was so impressed by the worksmanship and quality of the repairs that this shop did for my car. Not only has Barry erased any damage that was done to the rear end, the end result looks better than before I even purchased this car about a year ago.The staff are all pros here, they know how to deal with insurance companies and have your best interests in mind when they do. I would highly recommend this shop and look forward to future business with them.

Their staff was very informative, kind, understanding and were involved in the entire process, even assisting with setting up rental immediately. They kept us informed as progress was made, and our vehicle was ready ahead of the estimated time.

Came in without an appointment to fix my rear view mirror that fell apart. They did everything to accommodate me. A very professional and polite staff.

My black lincoln was keyed and barrys did an amazing job redoing the paintjob on the hood and entire right side in only 1-2 weeks. Also, the people who work there are very friendly and welcoming. Michelle especially.

I contemplated writing a review. I said, self, take a moment to absorb your experience and decide if a review is needed. It's needed.I went to Barry's for auto detailing. I specifically asked for a full and thorough interior and exterior detail. Michelle actually spent time looking inside and suggested against shampooing carpets. I agreed. I'm not sure if she took this as don't touch interior however this was not my intention. I actually removed everything from inside the trunk, glove compartment and interior excited to see it shine. I don't think they even ran a rag inside.Pictures speak louder than words!Lastly, I got a bit of attitude when I asked to see the car prior to paying. I'll laugh this off to Barry needing a little polish on the people. I'll take my experience as a donation to your establishment. Life is too short and there other places to go.On a positive note, the outside looks good. Lesson learned, they are an auto body shop vs. detailing, in my opinion.Enjoy the ride and be kind while you do.Service: Auto detailing

I picked up my car today and I couldn't be happier as a customer , from start to finish the staff was friendly yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. This is the place to go for any auto collision work you may need done , my car looks like its showroom condition . Thank you to Michele and her staff for all your help I will highly recommend Barrys Auto Collision to all my family and friends .

UPDATE 6 months later: the door peeling/cracking and rust spots/bubbling paint are getting worse at the repair sites. Barry you said you do not know who CJR CJR is, strange because I spoke to you on your cell and then text you pictures of the damage. Sorry, but I am going to contact the insurance company now to review the original claim.Had minor body work done in 2014 on my 2011 VW Routan. I was told that the body repairs come with a 100% Warranty. The body repair is now peeling/cracking from my door in one section and rust spots/paint bubbles are coming through the paint in another area that was repaired. So I recently brought it back to Barry's to diagnose the issue with the hope that they would repair it under warranty. Barry said the damage was due to the car recently being hit and that the rust spots are a common occurrence for this vehicle. That was odd to me because there are no signs of rust spots on the other side of the vehicle where no repairs were made. There is no evidence to show that the car had been hit, there are no dents or damage just a thin scratch. Barry's says they are all about the customer and being professional that is not the case in my experience.Service: Body & Trim

Such an excellent experience. I was side swiped by a school bus while stopped at a red light. When I brought my car into Barry s, Michelle took care of everything and my car was as good as new in a day - even with a car wash! Used Barry s Auto Body shop in 2019/2020 to repair body damage on my VW Jetta. The car was not in an accident with any other vehicle and I paid outright WITHOUT going through insurance. However, Barry s STILL reported the vehicle repair to Carfax as an ACCIDENT. I was never informed that the repair would be reported and I only found out this year in 2022 when I returned the lease to the dealership. As a result, I lost equity value in the car and I would never recommend Barry s to anyone! On top of all that, at the time my car was in the shop they were completely unprofessional and failed to return my calls after taking much longer than expected to finish the repair. I was only able to get an update on the car by showing up in person and finally within the next day or so the car was ready.Overall, 1/10 ratingIN RESPONSE: 1) Body and collision repair shops also do report to Carfax (not just dealerships and insurance companies - that is 100% misinformation) 2) I was shown the PRINTED Carfax that included the reported accident which could NOT have been done by the dealership since the work was completed by Barry s 3) In fact, there would be no way the dealership could have known about the work done UNLESS reported by Barry s to Carfax 4) Again, no car insurance was used as there was no other vehicle involved and I paid outright for the repair ($2000+) 5) Lastly, my review also takes into account the fact that Barry s refused to return my calls to update me on the status of the vehicle and I had to show up IN PERSON - be in mind I would have been completely OK if the shop was backlogged and needed more time. Not a problem! But it was extremely unprofessional to not return my calls and, when I did show up in person, I could clearly see that NO WORK had been done at all on the vehicle. With all that being said, I maintain 1/10 rating.FURTHER: After taking a look at other negative reviews, there is clear consistency in the reviews of the following 1) Barry s takes ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY 2) Unprofessional and rude staff 3) Horrible communicationThis is also further validated by the company s response to my review - no acknowledgement of wrongdoing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been having issues with my car and I have been struggling to find a good auto body shop that isn't going to scam me because I'm a women who doesn't know much about cars. I went into Barry's and to my surprise was greeted by a lovely staff of women in the front. My car was done within a 2 days and I was charged reasonably. I went in so nervous and came out eased. Thank you so much to Michele and the staff.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Barry's Auto Body is great - professional, detail-oriented and extremely customer-service centric! I wanted to get a small dent in my door fixed, and I stopped in there after reading the Google reviews and doing some research. I had never been in there before but I decided to take a chance.Barry's was attentive, thorough and extremely cost-efficient as compared to other local competitors. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the door, but I had my car back same day. Amazing service! If I ever end up back at Barry's, I know my car will be in good hands!

Been going to Barrys for over 20 years any time there's an issue with my car I get it back better than when I brought it in best auto body in the tri state area honest reliable and reasonable

When you walk into this place, there are large letters stating "we care about you." The job I had done, seems fine, so far. Background- I didn't have my brand new car for several months due to manufacturer defects. Barry's ordered me a part. I was dealing with a friendly employee named Sherell (sorry if misspelled). The day I came to drop my car off for repair, her & I spoke for a mere 5 minutes. I was very frustrated. She was very sweet, & comforting. A woman came up to me and rudely said "you need to sit down she needs to work." I don't know if she was a boss or coworker, but not sure who raised you & why you felt the need for your power trip. I would never speak to my client so rudely, nor treat an employee so nastily. That sign in the office should definitely be removed. I would NOT go back there, simply because of how they treat people.

If you want the best possible service, take your car to Barry's. Not only is their work top-notch, but the customer service is unbeatable. We got our car back quickly, looking like it had never been in an accident. Every interaction with the office was pleasant, the staff is so friendly and helpful.I highly recommend.

I am so happy I brought my car to Barry's. It was a great experience. Extremely stress free! The office staff was extremely friendly and responsive to anything I needed. The car came out beautiful like I didn't even have an accident and was cleaned from top to bottom, even the interior. I will highly recommend Barry's to everyone!

I highly recommend Barry s Auto body. Great work, great people. Not having the best of luck with my car since moving back from Florida, with the roads here in NY. But Barry s Auto body has made my car perfect every time. The girls in the office are the best, very helpful and they make you feel very comfortable. I never worry about leaving my car at the shop, very well taken care of. Thank you all, for all you do.

Barry's made a stressful situation a great experience, they were compassionate, accommodating and really took care of everything. They kept me informed of the progress and details with the insurance claims I really didn't have to do anything but drop off the car. I must say when I picked up my car it felt like a brand new car again, it was cleaned and detailed now that was a great surprise. Thank you for making it easy and a Great Service Experience!!

Barry's is amazing. Friendly, super helpful, and the quality of their work is superior. They helped me file my claim, set me up with a rental, and just made the whole process simple and painless. When i picked up my car, not only was the work done perfect, but it was shiny and clean and looked and smelled like new! Wouldn't go anywhere else and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to Barry's for over 10 years. They have always done a great job repairing my cars. I have 4 cars and spend a lot of time there.They have always made the whole insurance company coordination nightmare seamless and easy. The staff, especially Jane , are truly wonderful people and always pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend Barry's for any auto repairs and will ensure you that you are in good hands, This place is a neighborhood gem.

I could not be any happier with my experience at Barry's. They did a great job with my mother- in- law's car, which had front end damage. Everyone was very professional over the phone and in person, and the price was very good. They repaired the hood of the car and the front bumper perfectly. They even had the job finished on time, which is something I have never experienced from an auto body shop. Overall, I could not have had a better experience, and would highly recommend them. We would definitely go back again if we have any issues with the car.

Barry's made a rough time due to an accident easy. They worked with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. The customer service was great and the workmanship was also excellent. I was very satisfied and I would recommend all friends and family to use Barry's if they needed auto collision services.Another plus is that I received my car back in excellent shape earlier than expected.I could not be more satisfied.

My experience at Barry's Auto Body was excellent. The ladies working inside were very nice and helpful with me. They gave there honest opinion on the best options for my car. They replaced my windshield and did a full detail on my car and it came out great. The guys did a good job and my car looks brand new. Highly recommend this body shop.

I've been a customer with Barry's for about 10 years. They have always stood behind their work, which is flawless. Their customer service is impeccable. They explain everything to you in detail and assure you that your car will come back in same condition prior the accident. That always put my mind at ease. They have fixed my car from at least 4 accidents and it always comes back looking like a brand new car. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise. I will forever recommend your shop.

I have been bringing my cars to Barry's for over 15 years! Each and every experience has been a positive one! The staff is extremely accomadating and patient. The quality of the repairs has been outstanding. I have recommended this Shop to both family and friends and will continue to. Whenever I return a Leased vehicle I have never been questioned about the quality of repair. Kudos to the Barry's staff for a job well done. (again, and again and again!)

Highly Recommended! When my parked car was hit, Barry's Auto Body made a stressful experience much easier for me. From the moment my car was taken in, Michele and the ladies in the office were readily available to assist me with everything I needed to do to get my car back on the road ASAP. The entire staff was very knowledgeable with fairly assessing the damage and guiding me through the insurance claim process. They were courteous and kind each time I called for an update and had straight answers for me as to when my car was projected to be fixed. My car looks like new! I could not be happier with the customer service and professionalism of Barry's. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Brought my brand new 2016 Lexus RC 300 AWD to Barry's Auto Body due to a hit & run on my front bumper, passenger side fender, both headlights and a support arm for my suspension. I was very very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Both Michelle, Kerry, at the front desk and even Barry himself were very polite, helpful and knew the exact work that needed to be done on my car. After the work was finished and finalized on all body parts, my 2016 Lexus looked brand new as if i just drove it out of the dealership showroom. Also they did the work very fast and efficient. Got my car back within 2 weeks. I couldn't have asked for a better auto body shop or individual people to take care of the damages. All I have to say is I was very happy and impressed with their whole operation. Thank you very much Barry's Auto Body. It has been a pleasure.

We have had cars repaired at Barry's Auto Body & Glass Several times. Most recently we had our SUV repaired when it was hit while parked in a parking lot. In each case, the staff was courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The quality of the repairs was excellent and the damaged areas looked as good as new. The jobs were completed on time and the car was ready as scheduled. When applicable, they contacted the insurance company and arranged for payment without any complications. During our recent repair, they noticed that our windshield was damaged and made the arrangements for the insurance to cover the installation of a replacement.Needing auto body work is never convenient, but Barry's makes the experience as pleasant as possible.

I picked up my car today at Barry's after an I had an accident and it was perfect. The office staff is wonderful they treat you great and take care of everything. All I did was drop the car off and pick it up. Barry's auto work is perfection at its finest. I highly recommend them they are the best....

From start to finish, my experience at Barry's Auto Body was absolutely fantastic! All the staff were very helpful, reassuring & they took care of every detail, with a smile on their face. The work that was done on my car was perfect. I can't praise Barry's enough! I highly recommend Barry's Auto. They are true professionals!

At Barry's Auto Shop, I was pleased to be greeted with friendly faces and the easygoing attitude. I drive a 2011 Ford Fiesta, recently I have experienced an accident. The staff members helped me get through the insurance process, estimates, and costs with ease, all bodywork was done nicely and my car looked like new again, well polished and nice. Staff members that were exceptionally outstanding were Jayne, Keri, and Michele, among others. 'If by accident we meet"---we met, and it was a pleasant meeting! I totally recommend Barry's Auto Body to anyone who is in need of some nice, quality repair.
