I visited this place for some car parts and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely eager to assist. They quickly found exactly what I needed and even offered helpful tips. Outstanding customer service that went above and beyond! Highly recommend for any auto needs.

Needed a brake light bulb and stopped in at auto zone. Did get his name but the guys were very helpful in getting me what I needed for both of my work trucks to keep Aria Exterior Cleaning up and running.

I thought I needed a battery ,I was not sure .My battery gave me a problem in the morning (she wouldn t start)so I went there and a employee named Adrian checked my battery for me and said my battery was not good,&I do need a new one . He found the correct one , for my car and replaced it for me in no time at all . I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Adrian was very professional , knowledgeable ,and Friendly .I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I will certainly go back whenever I need auto parts Thanks again for your help I appreciate it.

I love this AutoZone, these guys are always helpful wether I m looking for a battery or the right blinker light bulb.The other night the rep helped me change the bulb, I couldn t tell which bulb it was and he came out of the store and help me change it in 10 seconds. Great store !

Whats not to love about Autozone?If its a part you need for your vehicle then theres a good chance it will be here or at least it can be ordered for you for pickup,Prices have skyrocketed on just about everything since Covid 19 screwed the world and workers were out of work for months causing shortages on almost everything which made production much more harder which then created prices to soar to the point where a part that cost $10 in 2018 now will cost anywhere from $18-32 for that same item 4 years ago!!!People need to realize the huge impact Covid19 had on the entire world and once productivity got shut down and deliveries were stopped it completely upset the economy and in the end prices had to be tripled or higher for almost everything and we still have not recovered yet as there are still millions of parts,supplies and other items which are hard to find or obtain and when they are found the prices are surley going to be absurb and this is all due to Covid19 and has NOTHING to do with the government or president or butler!!

Great place! Tom the manager is amazing! Melissa is a sweetheart and both are extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! They go above and beyond to help you. which is a rarety these days! Felt like the old days ..Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and they care! Will go there first for all my auto needs!

Went to check car battery . Was greeted promptly , courteously and effectively . Put the monitor on my battery and it passed with flying colors . Thanks Genaro for being such a honest , compassionate employee. Autozone always !!

Worked with a rep named Abdallah.Very personable, informative and polite. Helped to replace my battery in less than 5 minutes.REFUSED my tip; although he deserved more than I was offering.Need more people like him in customer service!Thank you!

The person who assisted me was rude and spoke so low I couldn't hear what he was saying. I simply needed a battery for my car and wanted to know my options. When I asked him to compare the two he showed me, all I got was the difference in price and why I shouldn't buy gel batteries. After, he rushed me to make a purchase, didnt provide their offer to install and take the old battery, and when I asked, was told the wait would be over an hour. FYI there were 4 employees there and only 3 customers at the time.
