Billy and the crew at the Springville NY store went above and beyond customer satisfaction and service by helping my wife and I who are out of town with defective batteries purchased from O'Reilly's not long ago, they stood behind the manufacturer's warrany installed the New batteries and got us back on the road, we even upgraded to O'Reilly Brand batteries This time, they did this with out any kind of hassle! No other parts store wound even deal with us because of it being a diesel truck.Thank you very much!

This is the second time I've come to this store with weird issues for my car and it's the second time...in bad weather, that the man behind the counter put his hoodie over his head, walked out the door, and fixed it for a thank you.I am now buying all my car part needs here!
