Tim Shriver, good friend of mine Helped me get my Turbo and Horn on my Trax under warranty. Only took a few hours the car drives like a brand new one off the lot now! Can t thank him enough for working around my super busy Schedule

Always wonderful service! The staff are caring and attentive. In my experience, it is obvious to me that they take pride in their work. Their business is very clean and well maintained, the service is impeccable, assistance is always offered proptly and with a smile (Rusty being one of the first). Shoveling and salting are well maintained as far as safty precautions. The customer lounge area is definitely a nice touch for those waiting for their vehicle. I appreciate each employee I've had the opportunity to interact with. If you are looking to do business, I would recommend giving the Springville team a shot.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Evans and I would do it again. At other dealerships, buying a car has not been a good experience due to high pressure sales gimmicks. This time was different. Mike was highly responsive and professional. I would work with him and the dealership in the future.

I don't use shops for my personals but they take care of my work truck and never leave me waiting ..very communicative and happy to explain in detail . Always polite ,nice and happy there in the service center. And always willing to work with my random scheduling needs

My inspection was quick and all the employees were super kind and make the process of everything easy! They even pulled my car inside the garage for me so I didn t have to walk out in the pouring rain!

Paid for an oil change with tire rotations. However, the auto mechanic would not rotate my tires because he said the tread was measuring twos and 3's. I still wanted them rotated because I was going on a road trip, but they wouldn't do it even though it should have been part of my oil change package. Had to go somewhere else and pay $25 to have the rotation done.

I changed rating from 1 star to a 3 only because management called and apologized on behalf of sales. But that doesn't negate the situation.

Quick to set up appointment. Obtained part before appointment time. Verified my diagnosis and vehicle codes. Very efficient and knowledgeable technician, Service department left my vehicle clean and charged. Great to have a local dealership service my Chevrolet Volt. I was told tech worked through his lunch to get my vehicle completed while I was having lunch at the Apple Dumpling.

I previously posted a bad review with a low rating. Changing my rating because management took our concern seriously and went above and beyond to bring clarity to the issues and corrected the issue. They listened to us and corrected the problem without further charge to us even though they didn t have to. They were sincere and this is the best example of how to keep a loyal customer. There are businesses that do care when their customers are upset and this is one of them. Thank you for rebuilding our trust.

Amazing staff and great service about the only dealership in the area that cares about the customer still. Update: Took a car for a wheel alignment. I needed a couple of other things. Was done quickly and at extremely great price. Tim and the service team exceed my expectations every time.

When i first contacted Jim Murphy Chevrolet,my expectations were low,as i been thru the ringer with multiple dealerships,trying to find the exact vehicle i wanted,with no success (had been searching for 4 months). Their dealership had the exact vehicle in stock so i figured id call and shoot my shot. And im glad i did!Mike was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. He made sure he was on top of things,was very professional,and was always available to me if i had any questions.Mike and Jim Murphy Chevrolet were able to get me a great price on the car ,and the entire process took less then a week,(it is now July 26,2023 and i first contacted Mike and Jim Murphy Chevy on July 20th to inquire)and i sit here writing this review with my brand new Chevy Camaro sitting in my driveway (delivered this morning).I am very thankful to Mike,and all the hardworking staff at Jim Murphy Chevrolet for getting me the vehicle i wanted, with zero hassles or issues!Thanks guys!

I've purchased two sets of tires recently and was very happy with the price and install on both vehicles. Jamie in service and the service manager himself were very helpful and friendly. I was very happy overall! I would recommend to others and I will definitely be back for future service and maintenance of my vehicles.

Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. They got us in right away to get our breaks and rotars done.We had our oil changed and inspection done last week. They were able to get us in when it was convenient for us. They help us to get the best price with coupons and rewards.

Went to vote, get home my car is steaming and losing coolant.Called to see if they could get me in next day or so, told to bring it in and they would at least diagnose it.Gets there and with in 8 minutes it was in, half hour later, told it was bad thermostat. 2 hours after arriving, back on my way home. Price for repair was very fair.Quite impressed by speed and efficiency of the repair staff and friendliest of everyone there.

Never been there before. Setting up appointment on phone was good. Arranged for transmission/differential/transfer case service. Waited for vehicle, service tech noticed I had two taillights out. Was in a out in no time. Everybody very attentive. Treated like I had been coming there for years. Very happy.

Great dealership to do business with but I was disappointed when I realized that the original tires were still on my Z71 with 47K miles. Gotta get new tires for next winter. Other than that, my experience was excellent!
