Mr. Mike Bird has been the most friendly, patient, informative Salesman that I have ever worked with. Being a single woman, shopping on her own - I have been misled and taken advantage of so many times. I felt so comfortable and not pressured with Mr. Bird, I will certainly recommend he and Emerling Ford to all of my single friends, as well as family! The staff is so friendly. Patrick made me feel as if I was one of the family. The smell of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the waiting room area creating an at home environment while I contemplated if I should trade my vehicle in or have it serviced. The technician communicated the issue completely to my understanding and assured me that he would perform the necessary steps to his own vehicle if he was in my shoes. I walked the lot while the vehicle was being serviced and was greeted by a salesman, he was not pushy at all and I felt that he was genuinely just here to answer my questions. The services were completed on my vehicle promptly, the price was better than any big box dealer in the area and it was detailed to my surprise. If you want a down home feel please stop at this dealership, Service advisor Pat, Technician Aaron and sales representative Todd deserve your business.

Ed McClure was a pleasure to work with,and would ask for him again. I do have some thoughts for FoMoCo though,it is disturbing that Ford doesn't print an inclusive owners manual for a vehicle with a cost of 50k plus,the only print info is in a supplement pamphlet,I'm sure that saves billions!Also if Ford is going to use AT&T as the carrier for WIFI,they should have a streamlined system to changeover from trade-in to new purchase.

This is in regard to an oil change that was performed on a 2020 Ford f150 under the name of amy hartman, that was purchased at this dealership. This appointment was for 7:30 a m when the shop first opened. I did not leave the shop until 9:40 am. I got an oil change, Air filter and cabin filter changed a tire rotation and six new lug nuts put on. I have no idea why this took so long, because there was very little communication letting me know what was going on. Staff was friendly, and seemed efficient, I just was left in the waiting room while others came in, had their vehicles serviced, and left. Was an odd situation, and I'll get my vehicle serviced elsewhere from now on.

Service man was very courteous. He said it would be done little more than hour and it was right on time. It was for oil change tire rotation, wipers and air in tires. They are always so courteous. I enjoy the fireplace and waiting room. Thank you Merry Christmas

Very fast sevice and more importantly to me, the staff was very friendly. They explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle and didn't make me feel stupid when I asked questions about the services that I didn't understand. They keep me updated.

I needed warranty work on my Explorer and they had me in within a week. I arrived on time, they took my vehicle in immediately, and I was out the door in just over 2 hours, less time than I was told I'd be there. The staff was friendly and courteous, their customer lounge is clean and quiet, and their men's room was clean with no smell. I would definitely recommend Emerling Ford and I'd go there again.Two thumbs upService: Wheel alignment
