Overall pleasant experience at Wide World BMW. I m a young buyer and no dealership took me serious from the start. Haassan on the other hand greeted me from across the room and took care of me. He is a very great car salesman never once was pushing. Just a down to earth gentleman makes you feel like a friend not just buying a car. All staff were very nice too. Honestly nothing bad to say.

I can't say enough positive comments about this dealership. From the minute my husband and I walked in we were treated with hospitality and a smile. The atmosphere there was great.Our salesman, Farouk was wonderful. He was pleasant, very helpful, answered all of our questions, and was very patient. He couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. There was no rush and zero pushy sales.There were also no hidden fees, no add on nonsense that we have experienced with other dealerships in the past.When it came to meeting Joe the business manager he couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. He made me feel at ease and my experience again was wonderful. I expected some pushy finance guy (which I was not looking forward to) instead I got Joe who was totally opposite. He gave me my options and that was that.I would definitely go back to this dealership over and over again. I would highly recommend them when looking for a car and it doesn't have to be a BMW (my car purchase wasn't). I was treated wonderfully.There was also a high regard and respect between the salesman, the sales manager and the business manager. That spoke volumes to us.Great people, great place, great service. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10 stars.

Exceptional service. Just purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from Wide World and had a great experience...not to mention I love my new car! It s a true team effort there, from the sales team (including Joe) to the service reps (including Nikole) to the business manager, Gary. Their responsiveness and desire to make sure the customer is 100% happy is top notch, as you would expect from BMW. When I had any concerns, they picked up the phone and called me. A great place and a great team! And my certified preowned car is an A+...but it s BMW, so to be expected!

I reccomend Wide World BMW .Too be honest words cant describe the feeling of working with Haasan of world wide BMW. I drove from PHL to NY in part of this guys superior customer service. He made my experience a memorable one ( too many to name here), for starters when I called about another vehicle he didn't rush me into a more expensive one. He gave me other options and was knowledgeable on what was on the lot. Talk about above and beyond he sent me a video via YouTube of the actual cars with a full walk around in and out. When I arrived a few days later to claim my car it was ready in the showroom and Haasan greeted me at the door. A "genius" rep named DeAndre aided me in Learning the new functions of my Car (a lot to take in but atleast I got a walk through). Ricky who does finance was very helpful with choosing a protection plan and assured me he would get a lower rate VS what my credit union offered. Ricky came back with a much lower rate and made me feel comfortable moving forward.Wide world these guys are an asset!!! and out of all the BMW dealerships I had been in contact with , they ( Hasaan and Ricky) are the reason I came from PHL to NY to do business with you.

Although I went in to check out a different car that had been sold, the team at Wide World BMW was helpful at showing me other options and getting me into a vehicle that ultimately fit my budget. They are pretty straight forward with their pricing, which is refreshing since so many dealers now list their "internet special" prices and don't publish prices that they would actually sell the cars for. If you are local, just get past the call/e-mail screener and go into the dealership and see what you can work out with the actual sales people who are on the floor. From my experience, Manny was pretty easy to work with and upfront on what he could and couldn't do pricing wise.

Very happy customers.We bought a car for our daughter and had the most pleasant experience at this dealership from our initial enquire, right through to driving away with the car.We dealt with Client Advisor, Haasan Pires who was very professional, informative and very helpful with all aspects of the purchase. He picked us up on 2 occasions from the train station and was always courteous and patient. We had a couple of complications with our insurance and registration due to our new driver and out of state residence but Haasan guided us though this process. He really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the transaction. Thank you Haasan.We highly recommend Haasan if you are in the market for a pre-owned BMW.

WORST preowned car buying experience i have ever had. normally i dont write so many reviews but this time i need to share my experience for the future buyers, i went all the way to NewYork from Maryland to purchase a certified bmw x5 , i took test drive on one of the x5 but i didnt like the car since it had so many scratches and there was another one sitting in the showroom and i kind of liked that one . i trusted the salesman and also the fact that car was certified , i didnt have a test drive and purchased the vehicle to come back to pick it up week later. i picked the car and brought it over to maryland and gave the car to detailing shop for ceramic coating. however shop technician told me that he cant get proper bmw readings on body paint of the vehicle. Car Salesman never gave me carfax report and once i checked the carfax on my own upon detailing guys examination, i realized that car has multiple damages reported. back of forth i went back there 3 times and it was really annoying since dealership is 4 hours away. somehow i could exchange the car with another one but spent extra $8500 (not budgetted) just to solve the problem and not to deal with the back and forth driving. Long story short, be extremely careful while buying the car and always ask for carfax from that dealership. This dealership is Not recommended at all from my experience
