Mark was extremely helpful with my purchase of an X3. He was personable, fair, and helped me get the right options with all possible discounts. He went far above expectations and I fully recommend you get in touch with him for your BMW purchase.Downgrading due to update: However, after the sale I'm attempting to cancel the extended warranty plan and finding it extremely difficult to get in contact with the right person and get follow up despite promises to do so. Feels a little like the sale itself was prioritized, but customer service afterwards is not. Will update if I see a resolution.

Absolutely a great experience. My daughter lives in New Hampshire and bought her vehicle there. I scheduled a regular maintenance appointment with this dealership. When I arrived you would have thought I had a relationship with this dealership. They were tremendous. My service advisor Steven was phenomenal as were the rest of the service advisors. We will most certainly look to purchase our next BMW from World Wide.

First visit since my move to Northern NJ.Very satisfied with this service center, not only because close distance but more importantly staffs kindness. James, who took care of me, was very professional and all others whoever bumped into me were asking if I was being helped. Couple of days ago leased a car from this dealership and the only reason did business here because they had the exact car, trim, packages and features the way I wanted on my car plus they already ran my credit. Provided tons of paperwork online since I wanted things to go quicker and save time at delivery. Some rookie salesman mark and manager Andre not only made this process unpleasant but cost me more money than I was spending. There was lack of communication from the very beginning as I explicitly stated my terms and lease structure, total money to sign. initially they day I was picking up the vehicle I was told I ll owe additional 1100 on top of what was agreed upon at signing which they never talked about or I never agreed upon so I turned around didn t took the delivery. Couple of days later I decided I ll just go ahead and buy the vehicle since invested so much time into it. Day of delivery I found out they fired the manager who put the deal together for me, after waiting almost the entire day I finally got the car. The finance guy Jon who signed the paperwork with me was unprofessional and unhappy to do business with, i have no idea why. Manners and respect don t cost a dime but not everyone have them and that was the case here. After signing paperwork I was suppose to take my new car with a driver that was going to drive my other vehicle home with me (one I came in) was all of the sudden not available. They told me get an Uber back to dealership after leaving my new car at home and pick the other one I ll be reimbursed but I never had an Uber account and let them know. They said they will have a driver pick me up so I went with that option, went back again and picked up the other car. One hour to and from dealership to my house. I hate to write all this but it really bothered me, the entire process and the people that handled this transaction. I loved the car and happy with that but experience was horrible. Thanks to the driver and the other salesman anyone else who helped in the process.

First time buying a brand new BMW from the dealership and boy let me tell you it was a great experience. I met the sales person named Kenny, he made me feel right at home being so patient with what car I wanted to purchase. Great guy ! helped me out a bunch, I can say he also gave me some discounts on the new vehicle lol. If you ever stop by the service department look for the service department manger Samantha or James they were great help !

I wish I could find a better way to say thank you to the WW BMW team in Spring Valley NY after purchasing my Audi A5 from them. These people really behave as professional. The first person I met was a lady at the Parts Center I believe; she was very courteous and demonstrated great customer business skill. Usman is a very dedicated and respectful sale agent. And the last guy who finalized everything was very enthusiastic. I would recommend WW BMW in Spring Valley to anyone who loves to be treated with respect!

Steven Karasek, service manager at Wide World of Cars (BMW) is simply outstanding. He is efficient, kind and knowledgeable. He has known our family a for a long time and we wholeheartedly trust his expertise, judgment and knowledge. Just recently, I called Steven ans with short notice and he was able to efficiently rectify my problem. From getting the parts that I needed, to making sure that my car was serviced properly, he is absolutely the gold standard.

Wow,wow,wow!!!!!!!! The customer service is absolutely awesome and outstanding. My service advisor Maria was more than a pleasure to deal with, she was honest, on point with everything. Also Maria from the loaner desk went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. Kudos to the staff and the service department. Will highly recommend and go back for all my service needs. Let me start by saying that this is an honest and real review. Everyone I met at Wide World BMW is very nice, professional, and welcoming. Marckensy, Jerry, Josh, are amazing people. My sales person, Alexis, is professional, courteous, patient, and has good communication skills. What I like about this dealer, is that they have no hidden or added fees like most dealers do. They are transparent with you. You pay the negotiated price, the sales tax, DMV fees and doc fees. Doc fees is $175. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for the above mentioned reasons. Thank you Wide World BMW for a wonderful and flawless buying experience.

Good service, except had to wait for my car for 25 minutes at pickup, despite being called by the advisor to say the car was ready. May not seem like alot of time, but i had an appointment to get to and it caused me to be late. They should not call to say car is ready until repairs AND the car wash was all done and car in lot ready to drive away.

He answered all my questions and when he didn't know the answer he got back to me. I left Wide World feeling that I was in control of my buying and that I got a good deal. Wide World BMW made the car buying experience quick and simple. They handled all of the leg work. I showed up one day to test drive and another day to sign paperwork and pick up my car. Everything was handled for me. My insurance was updated, my plates moved over to the new car, and communication between me and sales (Kristian and Matt P.) was courteous and professional. Finance was done in less than 20 minutes with none of the pressure in buying additional coverages and extended warranties. They mentioned them, I said no thank you, and it was right on to the next step. Highly recommend this dealer for your next BMW purchase. Kristian, Matt, John, and Jerry were all great to work with.

I recently purchased a car from Wide World BMW. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this dealership at all.Kenny in sales was great. He gave me all the time I needed to inspect and test drive the car. He provided the answers I needed and was always available via txt or phone. He was NOT the typical high pressure, in your face sales person and I greatly appreciated that.Overall no one tried high pressure tactics and the entire process was painless. You often hear people upset about their car purchasing experience and how feeling anxious doesn t help when speaking to the sales person. I wish more dealerships are more like Wide World BMW. The sales person, Manny was incredible; he answered all my questions and even explained certain things about the car that I missed. My experience from seeing the car to purchasing it, went flawless. Jonathan, from Finance, was also very welcoming and genuine. Everyone I interacted with was nice and welcoming.

Wide world BMW service department is so very helpful and professional. Steven was exceptional. He went above and beyond my expectations. He made sure that I had a loaner, communicated all the phases for my car servicing and made sure that I was apprised of the status of my car. Only place I will go to take care of our automotive needs. Took care of the recall issue, replaced my tires, topped off fluids, conducted state inspection and installed front plate mounting. Car was cleaned and returned better than before I left it.

My encounter with WorldWide BMW proved to be a positive experience. Throughout my visit, I interacted with two individuals - Steve and Mary. Mary was responsible for checking me in, and she greeted me warmly with a friendly smile. After the check-in process, I spoke with Steve briefly regarding my concerns. He was a great individual, and his firm handshake left a positive impression. He informed me that my car's issues could not be diagnosed and fixed within the limited time frame I had given them. Once I received my loaner, Steve kept me informed of the latest evaluation. By the end of the day, my car was already out of the dealership, and the entire process was seamless.Although I did not acquire my automobile from World Wide BMW, I received exceptional and proficient customer care from them. Therefore, I highly suggest World Wide BMW to anyone who is searching for vehicle maintenance.

I bought a SUV from the dealership. I caught them trying to over charge me 1k on my invoice. I trusted them and believed it was just a mistake. Later on I found out that they installed wrong accessory on my car and I demanded for remedy.Here is where I got upset. The manager not only refused to correct what they ve done wrong, but also asked me to return the car because reinstalling the correct accessory that I ordered and paid for will cause them to lose money. Basically they tried to screw you and if you are smart enough to find out, they ll just tell you to return the car.Never go back there. If you really wanted to, I suggest you be careful because they will try to cheat in any way possible.

Kristian was awesome. We drove over an hour to get there and he gave me a complete total before making the drive. The experience was quick and easy, we were in and out in less than 2 hours with the car.
