Spring Valley Automotive is the most reliable repair shop in Rockland County. They thoroughly explain and provide documentation of the repairs. They put a lot of ease to my 2014 CRV concerns.

On our way from Boston to Philadelphia last Friday our van started to stall out at low speeds. I looked online for an auto shop in the area. Saw all the five star reviews for Spring Valley Automotive. Waseem deduced that the transmission was the problem. He was willing to speak with our regular mechanic. The van was ready Tuesday morning. (We had rented a car to continue our visit to my sister in Philly.). Waseem was always happy to speak with us when we called about progress and was polite and pleasant 100% of the time.Service: Transmission

Hands Down Best mechanics I've come across since I've moved to Rockland county. I drive a bmw 7 series if it weren't for them, I would have gotten rid of my car. Their honest and reasonable with pricing. No more getting ripped off with repair services by bmw dealerships, or any other mechanics for that matter.

I've been going to Spring valley automotive for years for all my car needs and these guys been absolutely wonderful. The number one thing I worry about when it comes automotive garages is honesty. If you're honest, you'll have my business and these guys are honest. Of they can repair your car they'll tell and if they can't they also tell you and give you suggestions on where to take. I will always continue to go there for all my automotive needs because I trust their work and word. This is the most exceptional automotive service. I had a very distressing situation with a used vehicle purchase. Not only did they help with long distance tow and repair, but the were tremendously compassionate and genuinely concerned for my safety and well being. I will never forget the service manager for his empathy and kindness. He made me feel that someone was really looking out for me that day and I meant the world. You can feel very good about doing business with this company. They're a rare gem in an industry that can sometimes take advantage of women like myself. I'm truly grateful.

These guys are the best! They helped me fix up my 2001 infiniti g20 and it's been running like a dream ever since! They did work on my ac system, exhaust, drive belts etc. All for a fair and reasonable price. They are very honest and show you what the issue is. I went to one shop that quoted me over $900 to fix my ac because they said I probably needed a new compressor. My friend told me about Spring Valley auto so I went and they fixed it for a fraction of that price and I didn't even need a new compressor. All I needed was a new condenser and a freon recharge. So I started going to these guys for everything else and it's been great! You can't go wrong with these guys!

I ve been going to them for almost a decade. They not only treat me with the highest professionalism, they maintain my car to last for years. Pricing is good as well as the value that you get. Sometimes there may be a wait due to lots of people who use them but I rather wait to get my car in the right hands. I recently moved out the area but I would travel the distance to use their shop. So happy to be a woman and trust the shop who fixes my car. Thanks guys !!!!!

I've been coming here for a very long time for my Scion '06. From oil change, inspection, tires and etc. Very reliable, honest, fast and efficient. They give me peace of mind about my car. The brothers and their staffs are keeping my old car alive and running! I do recommend a lot of people to this shop. Highly recommend!

Great place!!!I went in thinking I needed a wheel bearing. I was adamant that was the problem with my car. They were very honest and all I truly needed was new tires.Very honest individuals, affordable & extremely friendly. They have gained a new longtime customer!!

Best shop for any car service in Rockland, honest work and prices. Bring any Make or Model car here and professional work will be done on it. All mechanics are very knowledgeable of what they have to do for the best results.They do great work on my 2010 Audi A4 and my 2015 Mercedes C300.

BEST MECHANICS IN ROCKLAND!! I ve been coming to this shop for the past 3 years. Best prices for quality work. I just got my water pump/thermostat change. It was done in a reasonable time and I no longer have the antifreeze leak I had.2010 Audi A4 S-line

Hands down best place in town. I have been using them over 10 years with my BMW and have nothing but fabulous things to say. A lot of high end cars getting worked on don t believe me just check them out on Instagram Nissar and sons. Best place for lowered cars alignment. Clean environment and office. Most of all very friendly staff.

AAA towed my car into Spring Valley Automotive on Saturday morning (1/18/20)just before 9 am. The waiting office already had 3 other customers. I first got stuck at my Costco Gas Station and AAA came to jump start my car so I could go home. The next morning the car was dead again.The owner told me it would take a few moments to check out my car. It turned out I needed a new alternator and a battery. My car is a Ford Explorer, 6 cylinders and it is going on 13 years with over 126,000 miles.I have never seen a auto shop like Spring Valley Automotive. The staff was extremely courteous and honest. It s hard to believe the honesty this shop is.Thank you so much for showing me that honesty is still the best policy.

Waseem and his entire team work very hard to give their customers quality work. They Never fix your vehicle without letting you know of any other issues that your car may have.I went in recently for an alignment in my car.Within an instant they diagnosed the problems that was affecting the alignment of the car and told me immediately Instead of sweeping them under the rug.I got two lower control arm left and right and two tires for a good price and the job was done with excellence.If they didn t tell me about these things I would face the same alightment issues later on.Great work gentlemen!!!!Continue to serve the community the best way you can.God bless you all

I needed a NYS Inspection and wouldn t be able to get to a station until after 5. They were the only auto repair shop in the area able to accommodate a late appointment and said I can come until 6 no problem. They were super nice and had a clean area with plenty of seating. Quick service too!

Amazing family owned shop that you can trust with any car you bring them whether it s a daily driver ,weekend warrior, or race car. I personally bring them my fully built 1000+ hp GTR for maintenance and they do a flawless job with it compared to my past negative experiences with huge performance shops charging double the prices.

Ish and Waseem are the most honest and hard working mechanics I have ever met. My first time coming in was for a head gasket job, I definitely had my guards up because of all the crooks I ve dealt with in the past. They were the ones that took the time to walk me through each step of the process and explain everything I need to know. They are reasonable with prices as well. They have a won a loyal customer!

This place is a one stop for almost all car needs. I've been going to them for years and they never disappoint. Both brothers are honest with you about your car needs and they never try to upsell you on anything. This review is long overdue. I've had nothing but positive experiences working with Waseem and his brother Ish. Recently, working with Ish, I do not remember experiencing a faster service to my vehicle. Normally, you drop off a car, its normally not ready for atleast a day or a few days, especially on the weekend. My car was ready in less than four hours. He solved my every need and was honest from the start about everything. I totally recommend Spring Valley Auto to all types of vehicles, especially if you would like to receive excellent customer service; which I value the most. I give this location Two Thumbs up!!

We came through the NYC area and realized that we needed new breaks for our Honda Accord. We gave Spring Valley Automotive a shot. Called, went there, 35 min later we had an estimate, and 2 hours later it was fixed. Reasonable price, honest feedback, and friendly! Thanks!

Waseem was recommended to me by a friend and I have found him to be honest and knowledgeable. A very reliable professional who takes good care of my car. Now my daughter brings her car from an hour away. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Those are great, attentive and try to get you out has quick as possible. They don't try to over sell and tells you exactly what's wrong with your car and reccomend how to fix it and what to keep an eye out for. Good guys and they always get my business.

The mechanics there are beyond professional. They are honest and provide amazing service for whatever needs to be done. Got my engine changed there few months ago and couldn t be more satisfied.. :)
