I have had Joe's stores fix my tires a few times on different cars. Each time they were pretty quick and efficient. They did good work and the prices were very good. I would definitely go back in the future.

I bought two used tires at this place, both lost air within a week. 1 was on the road and caused me to have a major blowout, the other I was able to refill with air, but didn't last more than a couple months. I wouldn't reccomend this place.

Good, quick, quality family-owned run business. In and out with my tire fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend Joe's Tire to anyone. Plus they perform NYSDMV inspections and have a body shop on site.

Called in earlier needing a 285/45/22 tire for my Escalade . The lady told me they will have to check and she will give me a call back. So I said no problem. An hour and a half passed and I called back then she told me she was just getting the price and they had a Bridgestone one which matched my car. So I was like perfect. My car had a flat tire and had a surface slash was not sure if it was leaking air from that area so I just wanted to make sure if I drove on a flat and that was the problem also they had a tire for me. My rim was also cracked so I had to bring a new rim over there also which I ordered online. So when I got there I saw the same tire guy I have seen for the past years going there. He knew what my problem was I came there a week back which he was the one that told me my rim was cracked after taking off the tire. So he brought out the tire then I inspected it and it was in really good condition. While there I told Luke the tire guy to make sure the split in the tire was not leaking because if it was not then I won't need the new tire. Before Luke came the daughter of the owner came out saying she was the one speaking to me on the phone at this point she was very pleasant and nice. Then after Luke came back out with the new tire on the rim which I did not want because the old one wasn't leaking since he sprayed it with water and soap. So he went in and told the girl which she said I should then put that one in the front and still take the new tire. I told her I will be getting rid of the car in 5 days so I don't want to pay $170 for a tire I won't need. Then she went all crazy on me saying I will pay. I was like I don't need it. She went from pleasant earlier to screaming at me. I was surprised how these people handle there self and do business. By her behavior only thing I could compare her to was a animal. Anyways she went back in the shop then her father came out 10 min later saying I have to pay $40 since he had to take it on and off twice. Regular price was $20. I told him it was just bad communication and continued to speak to him on his daughters behavior and then he told me he does not like changed tires like what my car has. Mind you it's the stock tires and rims that comes with the car at the dealership. Then he was getting upset as well but not as much as his daughter did. JOES TIRES was very rude and disrespectful. You know I told him I DO not mind paying the $40 money is not a problem for me. But there attitude and behavior was. Usually I got to spring valley automotive on route 59. I will take my business back there joe nor his daughter has no class or professionalism. Lesson learned.

Even though we moved away from Ramapo years ago, we still get our tires from Joes Tires. All around good guy, good service, good prices.
