The manager Tommy is a good guy but the guys who work there specifically the one with a goaty beard Spanish speaking is very rude and arrogant and has big attitude.You will loose customers because of this guy!!

Wanted to buy a new tire the guy looks like the boss told me its 402$ i said ill call bmw to ask how much they will charge for my car. they said 380 which by the end went up to 455 but anyways i told him i can get it cheaper. His response was im happy that you can save few dollars 100% go to them and tnx for trying us out. Maybe next time itll be cheaper. That means he cares for a costemar he is not here to push deals that is better for him.

"The worst service". I ordered Firestone Winter tires he gave me Firestone All-Weather and tried convincing me it was Winters. I also had a wheel alignment done, in which my tires had negative chamber and told me he can not fix it since the shocks are broken. i went to my mechanic which said it was not the matter. I called kulle to get the results for my mechanic, he refused to give them to me (and he said the problem was different then the day before!). He is the worst and cannot be trusted nor with prices or advice. He ripped me off. With having spent over $800, and gave me horrible tires which has half the tread left after 4k miles. Also worth mentioning, when I asked him about all-weather tires when I came for a quote, he said they were not worth getting because they do not last. AND THATS WHAT HE GOT FOR MY CAR!!!! And LIED that they were winters with a straight face!! He is not cheaper then other dealers and definitely not honest!!! Stay away!!!! if you do not want to get tires every half of year. Go to M&M on Route 45 for better service. Or your local mechanic

Definitely would recommend Henry Kulle Inc. I went in to get new tires, and they helped me purchase the best tires for the best price. They also noticed that I had a major issue with the ball joint in 1 tire and sent me to the mechanic right away. I felt like I was in great hands!

A true local small business that has been here since the family was putting shoes on horses. The work is first rate the prices are excellent. They literally operate in an alleyway. So, atmosphere is non existent but again, the work done and price make up for it.

Best independent tire shop in Rockland. It's hard to find, hidden in a hole in the wall back street off Main Street in downtown Spring Valley. But if you want the best prices and service go here. Just be prepared to wait in a long line at peak times. Been in business for decades. Closed Saturdays, open Sunday.

I tried Kulle based on a Google search. My experience was VERY GOOD.Turnaround time was about 25-30 minutes--and that included hearing Tom's fishing exploits.I returned a few days later to buy tires for my wife's car, and the turnaround was even faster! Although Kulle does not reserve time slots, the quickness of his workers allows for short waits even if someone else is ahead of you.THE PRICES WERE SERIOUSLY BETTER THAN ANY OTHER OUTLET I LOOKED INTO--including Costco.I did have trouble finding the shop the first time: note that the entrance is from an alleyway at the side of the building.I gather that the ownership/management changed hands recently. But it seems that they are trying to retain the positive business practices and culture that appealed to customers for decades.Note: no credit cards accepted.

Best prices around. You need to schedule an appointment, they might need to order your tires but you'll save money. Their prices beat the big box stores. Thanks Tom!

Was surprised that they were opened on Sunday and had my tires in stock. Love that I did not have to go to work late during a weekday. New Owners who treated me well and they still have the cheapest prices in town

Terrible service. You have to wait forever.I came 5 minutes before they open not to wait so long but they not even looking at you for at least 30 minutes.I'll never fo again

Shopped around for tires and got the best prices here. Could've gotten a better price if I was willing to drive down to Delaware, which in the end would cost more in fuel and tolls.

Kulle's a one of a kind guy and there is no tire shop/mechanic in all of Rockland County that is better or more honest than Kulle. My dad has been going to Kulle since he was a youngster and now I am as well. I have lived in long island for years and I still wait until I visit spring valley to have any tire/steering work done on my vehicles. If you are searching for an honest and fair priced mechanic, Kulle's your man. My only advice is to shoot him a call 1st if you're going at prime time because the waiting time can be lengthy as every local (and foreigners too) know that Kulle's the man!

Didn't feel confident with their knowledge. They told me my Cooper tires were discontinued, but contacted manufacture and was told not so.
