Best service ever!! They came right away when I was locked out of my house and while they were at it, they copied my car keys and had all supplies at hand! Very friendly and pleasant experience! I recommend to everyone looking for a great, quick, reliable, and professional experience!!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. My car's fob died and needed my replacement to be programmed. They were able to reprogram it in 5 minutes...literally. And they were super friendly as well! Reasonable price, easily 1/3 what Jeep would have charged me. THANK YOU GUYS!

The owner, Chaim, is very welcoming and eager to help. I needed a key duplication of a brand that required information I didn't have.Chaim created such a key, and asked me to go home and pay only if it works.This is the old-school way of doing business, where a handshake still rules. Rare in today's world.

Within 20 minutes they were on site ready to pull apart a lock with a broken key in it. They remade the core specifically to the same set of key so the rest of the cores didn t have to be replaced in 15 minutes.

This shop is terrible. The new owner does very bad work i took my key for my honda there and i took it to my car my car wouldnt even start. Called the owner he tells me theyre sending a technician and never sent them. The only time i got fast service is when they refunded me. I took it to another Locksmith and my Key worked perfectly. And all his clients keys that he messes up goes there . Terrible service from Eli Locksmith i will never ever go there again and i dont recommend it. I will also post this on My facebook so it gets out more.Eli if im such a liar why did you call me and my girlfriend multiple times to take down the review begging. Everybody in rockland will soon see the typa business u run

I called and the answered!! The driver was polite and prompt. No damage was done to my car. The fact that the process was quick and affordable warranted me writing this review. I would recommend their services if you find yourself in a jam.

This guys are completely joke. I went there to get a car key and they asked me for $150 deposit, they gave me the appointment for 9:am on Sunday and I had to wait for an hour and half after that the guy there he couldn t get the new key work so he told me I can t make that work and go somewhere else, when I asked him for the money he said to me just take the new key and go

Very satisfied with the quick assistance I was able to receive at 1am in the morning. This father/son duo was able to get my broken key out of my apartment lock and even gave some useful suggestions on how to avoid this issue moving forward. I stopped by here to pick up locks for my church. I was so happy with the friendly, considerate and kind staff. I can see why they are doing so well here in the community. They help everyone from all backgrounds and know their business and products very well. They even cleaned up old rusty locks and got them to start working again for me. I will definitely come back and highly recommend everyone to use this business.
