From getting towed in to yard from a wreck with my 579 Peterbilt, to completion was about 5-6 day turnaround. They were quick to answer the phone and quick to contact the insurance companies. It was hands down best service I ve gotten owning my truck. And the work was amazing truck looks brand new

After my accident, other shops were telling me it would be a month or two before they could look at my tractor. The day after calling Monika, she had my tractor at her shop and torn apart. After 3 weeks of hard work and going above and beyond dealing with suppliers and insurance, Monika and her team had my truck fixed and looking brand new.

World! May I have your attention!! BIG TOWS in Spring Valley NY is all about excellence, superior service and high quality work! Our big truck was in an accident & was towed to Big Tows. I could almost swear Monica had the parts ordered and ready to go before the tow truck driver unhooked the truck, With Monica s excellent customer service demeanor she has a great relationship with many of her business counterparts from insurance companies to parts departments. I ll put my money on Monica in a good cat fight! :) I am both thankful and grateful for the excellent customer service Who Dat Truckin experienced at BIG TOWS!! THANK YOU

My vehicle was towed, they was very accommodating and understanding with the pricing. I m not sure what her name is but whoever that nice women is from dispatching she was able to be flexible and very communicative with allowing me to pay a reasonable price for the days that my vehicle was being stored. They are very understanding especially when it comes to any circumstances that you may have. Big tow for the win! I appreciate this women again God bless her heart!

They came to rescue when others were hesitant, unwilling, or vague.Not only their towing service was professional and worry-free, they even have a repair shop that is really well-run!- Great and articulate diesel mechanic, guiding me with detailed recommendations, repair options and transparent cost. (Thank you Ricardo!)- This shop has great manager and staff who are on top of everything (Thank you Monika, Nikki, and Ashley). I was impressed.I really appreciated very very much how they work quickly to source needed parts, managing logistics, all while handling multiple customers emergency calls.Thanks to them, I was back on the road soon.Really great shop

A most thorough, competent, meticulous, and supportive company, Big Tows of Chestnut Ridge.I had an accident involving my truck, the damage was extensive. I needed it fixed quickly. And associate of mine recommended Big Tows. Since he was experienced at these matters, I went with his advice.Monica of Big Tows Was on the phone with me at 8 o clock the very next morning. She explained to me their procedure and went to work on my case immediately. Big Tows never let up. Enduring these supply chain issues of today, and insurance companies delays and dilemmas, Big Tows had my truck done in just two weeks.I was informed of the progress on a daily basis and was even given photos as work continued. I commend there persistence.Upon delivery I saw the work was exceptional, class AAA . I was assured if any problems should develop to come back to them without any hesitation.How great it was to finally find such a professional company. This place is definitely what they call one stop shop. Broke down in Spring Valley New York after I got off the phone with Monica I knew she was on her game and she meant business.She had a tow truck out to me within 30 minutes Driver was very knowledgeable remove my driveshaft and towed my truck back to their facility for repairs. Me being a owner operator I was very concerned about the cost of repairs and the downtime. Price was very fair and just like she said she had to be up and running within one day Monica and her team went above and beyond of locating all the needed parts.As the owner operator I highly recommend this shop. I'm leaving Steve a 5 Star Review because he extracted my Chevy Silverado from a situation where I don't know how he did it. It was like a magic trick. Anyone else surely would have had to damage my truck the way it was pinned next to a tree, icy conditions, mud, but he was an absolute genius.

Big tows was timely, accommodating and personable. We unfortunately blew out 2 tires on the thruway. They came quickly, brought us to their facility, allowed us to use their restroom and tried their hardest to find tires for us. When unsuccessful the drove us home with a smile on their face! My husband was stranded on the side of the road late at night.. they got him towed to their business quickly and the next day made this trailer better than before! On our way from Houston Texas to Boston and we broke down in New York and the Big Tows company saved us!!! They are so fast, so efficient, and they had the perfect hospitality!! I recommend this place anyone!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We gifted the very sweet ladies with a bottle of Texas wine for there wonderful service and friendliness.

I had an awesome experience with Big Tows! Im from NC, but broke down on I-287 in NY. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional...from the tow driver that picked up my loaded Semi, to the driver that took us to our hotel for the night, to the ladies in the office handling payment. They stayed late the next day replacing our radiator and did it with a smile! Thanks for getting us back on the road!

I found myself in the horrible position of having the DOT put my truck out of service . I contacted big tows and spoke with Monica, She assured me they would help me resolve my problems and get me back on the road. To my surprise they fixed several different issues with my truck on the same day saving me lost money and giving me a very very reasonable bill. I cannot say enough about this company and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation

Called Big Tows for a tow on my car that broke down very late in the evening and spoke to an associate by the name of Anthony who not only went above and beyond to get me the best pricing, but had a driver by the name of Justin to me in the matter of 15 minutes! It was unrealistic! Never have I had a tow truck respond so quickly and had such friendly service from both individuals! I would highly recommend using them!Service: Car towing

Lewis was impressive using his skills & experience to execute a complex 2 part recovery /tow after my truck and loaded trailer, ended up on a guard rail following brake failure.The bonus was the very reasonable bill I was left with after the whole thing was done. Requiring 2 trucks. Hope you never need them, but breathe easy if you do, your in good hands.Service: Special vehicle towing

Our truck broke down in New YorkTow truck came and got us, mechanic was very determined to get us back on the road it was not a easy repair a gear broke on the side over engine causing the air compressor to go bad they were able to get the parts the same day and get us fixed. The best experience, you can have even tho is probably due to a bad day where you ran into some problems with a vehicle in my case a truck. There are great people that work at the front desk ,drivers are veryProfessional will get you to where you got to go. The great part is that owner is always there her name is Monica she well help you in every possible way to make sure everything gets done and that you are satisfied with any service that they had provided for you. I would recommend BigTows to anyone on any day.

My large Coach simply ran out of oomph in the middle of the road this afternoon! No warning, it just quit...without even so much as a whimper!Damn! All while bringing my Coach home from the RV mechanic! Who, by the way, is very good.Monika answered the phone readily & with a great attitude! She knew exactly what to do & did it all quickly & professionally. What a joy to speak with someone who knew exactly what needed to be done & was happy to do it!Manny called me very shortly thereafter - with a happy smile to say he was in his Wrecker & on his way & to discuss the details! He rolled up right away & positioned his rig just so...worked the levers, hooked up & we were off!Pomona & my site was 20 minutes down the way.Manny was also a pleasure to deal with & his calm confidence was reassuring.What could have easily turned into a FIASCO turned out to be a real pleasure! These folks professionally, happily & routinely handled all the details! My heartfelt thanks for a job well done! And on the Saturday afternoon of Labor Day Weekend! My trailer tires locked up on me. In the middle of the Pilot parking lot. I call a lot of people till I found Big Tows. People were friendly. And the only one that wanted to work. No one else wanted to come out and work at night. They came out and got me rolling again. @A fair price. I would definitely call them again if I need service. Thank you so much.

absolutely the best in the business. In 25 years of dealing with heavy equipment, dumptrucks, tractor-trailers, I have never met a more professional group. From the first phone call this organization made me feel at ease. Within 24 hrs they came to shop after a terrible accident that my 18yr old Peterbilt had. I kept telling the insurance adjuster I wanted to get it fixed because I was afraid it would get totaled just by looking at it. They were amazing at handling the insurance people. i would more than highly recommend them.

Super fast and friendly service !! ELIZAR is the best !Had a blown tire on my tractor trailer by Ramapo rest area on I87, They came after hours on a Friday evening within 45 minutes from my call, 45 minutes later I was on the road again. Will recommend to all my friends and fellow drivers !

After two days on the side of the road and trying to make my truck work and no luck I had to put my truck in the dealership been so far away from home state of TEXAS and been broke down on the side of the road is good that i was able to fine a good towing company that will go the extra mile to help the customer on ther emergency BIG TOWS thank you for ur help so much for me and my company. .. 100% recommend this towing company.
