Anthony referred me to Via Auto Sales- I can tell you that I love my vehicle that they found for me! My truck is perfect ! I was treated with respect and they made me feel like family! If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Via!

got my first car from a dealership today and worked with Joe Biuso and it was a great experience 100% recommend Via Auto sales to anyone! Joe took the time to explain everything to me, he wasn't pushy like other salesmen and was great to work with and made the whole process a breeze!

I put a deposit on a car. Joe was so nice and I went into the office and both gentlemen could not have been nicer! Not fun, buying a car but they both put me at ease and answered every question!! Top notch business I highly recommend!! Thanks again, K Massimino

After our 2nd car was totalled, we searched & searched to find a car comparible & within the insurance reimbursement. Big name dealers offered junk so we went to VIA.Joe in sales was great at working with us for an acceptable price. A bit higher than insurance reimbursement for our Terrain but a really great Nisson Rogue that wasn't junk. The ease of purchase was great.We would highly recommend VIA & when we can afford another car for our Granddaughter, we will go see Joe.Thanks VIA

First and foremost, I just want to say that I hardly ever write reviews but these guys are a rare and pleasant exception. From the moment I walked in to the time I ended up driving away in my new car, Joe and Frank went out of their way immensely to make sure all of my needs were being taken care of. I was, as I'm sure many others are, skeptical about buying a car from a used dealership but these guys changed my perspective and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. I will also recommend them personally to anyone i know that is looking for a car. You guys are great! Thank you for all of your help!

This was my first time buying from Via and I am more than satisfied with the car that I purchased. Both Joe and Jay are great gentlemen to work with. I am grateful for their help, advice, patience, and kindness. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a good deal and great business.

Very friendly people. They made buying my first car a great experience! Joe even filled my gas tank when he knew I had a long drive back! Jay made financing very easy for us! They have amazing cars that are well kept up with for a good price. I will definitely do more business with them in the future!

I looked at 2 vehicles here last summer and though I did not end up purchasing a car here so I can't speak on the buying process or the after purchase quality/reliability of the car I was interested in, one thing I can say is Joe appeared to be a friendly and honest man answered any questions I had without hesitation or seeming to be bending the truth like many dealers I have visited! Joe immediately told me of any problems with the vehicles that would need to be addressed before the sale of them! And more importantly Joe did not at all push to try and make the sale on either vehicle when I was clearly unsure about it! Though 100% of my main concerns with the vehicles I was interested in I was told would be rectified before I took delivery of the vehicle the only reason I did not buy was because I felt both were priced a little high for the overall cosmetic (interior and exterior) and mileage of the vehicles. Not at all in bad or poor condition just a bit more than average wear and tear than I wanted for the price range I was looking!Though I did not purchase here last summer I would certainly consider coming to see Joe next time I am in the market for a vehicle!

EDIT: Now that we're about 5 years from the initial purchase, I'm still so happy with my purchase from Via. Knock on wood, but I'm now 5 years in (car is now a 10-year-old vehicle in salty upstate NY) and I haven't had to do anything other than routine maintenance to it. Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself, but I'm so pleased.First time financing a car - Joe B was very personable and informative, but was not pushy. In fact, I had to wait for a bonus check from my employer that was delayed for 3 weeks, and Via held the car for me until I received it. There was no pressure to buy, and they made sure I got the best financing without needing a co-signer. I would definitely recommend

I found one of their cars online and I called to see if they were still open(they were closing soon) and they let us test drive the car and get a better feel for it. We found it was a good fit and we decided to purchase it and they took care of us and made sure the vehicle had brand new brakes and tires. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend them for a used car!

9 months after I bought a car from Via, my mechanic puts it on a lift for regular maintenance. He informs me that the car should have never been sold, it should have gone right to auction, because the whole underneath of the car was rotten. It needs a whole new rear-end, a complete exhaust and probably a new drive shaft. Now I have to put alot of money into a car I just bought, and hope it lasts as long as the auto loan.1 year later. My car had spent more time off the road than on. Stay away from Via Auto.

By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Never pushed me for the sale. Joe was very informative about the vehicle and explained my options to me. I will never need to look again for a new dealership. They have my business for life.

Just bought a truck! These guys are top notch! I never thought I would say that vehicle shopping and purchase was fun, actually have dreaded it in the past, but this was the very best purchase to date! Quality vehicles, honest sales men. The owner was friendly and personable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking! Be prepared to have the best vehicle buying experience of your life!

AMAZING!!! Customer service and great people. I bought my first car and even though I wasn't able to finance they tried their best and I was able to buy a nice used car from them in the long run. Really good people, very honest! They let you test drive right away so you can get a feel for the vehicle before you buy it. Recommend 10/10 really great people. Will definitely purchase my second vehicle from here.

Purchased a car from them early 2021, they gave me no problem about brining the car in to get looked at. The car has since been wrecked and I honestly regret not returning/ waiting for my insurance payout. I recently received a call from Joe asking if any services need to be done on my car.

I bought my last 2 cars from here and have had no problems with either one of them. The sales people don't harass you but really try to find what will work best for you. It's a family owned business that has a shop attached to the dealership. One brother heads the shop and the other sells the cars. They make sure they only purchase quality cars to resell to people like me. I have recommended them to other members of my family. Absolutely check them out if your looking to purchase !

FANTASTIC company! I bought a Nissan Frontier and the truck was perfect. Sales guys were great and laid back. The whole process was quick and easy.I also have to say the the service dept is absolutely incredible!! I started bringing my other vehicles here as well as the frontier. Joe and tano are knowledgable and really do treat you like family. I cant say enough about about Joe and how great hes been. If i could give ten stars I would! Anyone looking for an honest and generous mechanic should visit Via, you wont be disapointed.10 stars!!Thanks to the Via family and specifically Joe for being such great people!

Bought a car for 12k, barely 30k miles and barely 2 years later after constant repairs, I am set to lose another 3k scrapping this piece of junk for parts, I feel like I got a supremely raw deal. I know it not entirely the responsibility of a dealer to manage this stuff but I definitely wouldn t purchase another car from this place.

These guys sold me a lemon for 15 grand. They upsold me $2,000 on the warranty as well. The car immediately had multiple problems. Every time I would call to try to get it fixed he would tell me it's not covered through the warranty he sold me and refuse to give me the number of the company that I apparently purchased it through. I started to wonder if they even gave me a real warranty and asked for a copy That's when he told me he didn't think I had one and that it's up to me to keep those files not him. Also part of the reason I bought my car from them was they offered free inspections to anyone who purchased through them. Every time I'd come in to get the inspection done the greeter at the front desk would say I hope you're not here for an inspection we're slammed that went on for three years. These guys are the absolute dictionary definition of shady used car dealer. If you were considering getting a car from here do yourself a favor and run away like your life depended on it. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions as I really hope these guys don't get the scam anyone else. Also the main guy you talk to when dealing with these guys is Joe. I would call to speak with Joe and they would tell me he's not available, at the time I lived down the street so I would drive in and he would be sitting at his desk on Facebook, It got me so mad I thought about fighting the guy. Something tells me karma will eventually catch up with this guy.

I had the best experience you can imagine. Frank and Joe and all of the guys were so kind and helpful. They treated me like family. I will always go to Via Auto sales for a car and I will highly recommend my friends and family to go there!!!

My wife bought a 2006 Ford Explorer 2 years ago from Via auto. Joe was her salesman and Man was he great, Walked her through all the steps, Wasn't pushy, Just an all around great experience. The day after we brought it home we noticed a coolant leak that came from nowhere. On a Sunday Joe answered the phone and offered to semd a towtruck and have it fixed the next morning. I ended up fixing the issue a $15 part and 10 min of labor and he offered to reinburse me time and parts !. We've gone back numerous times for warranty work dealing with Tano, Can't say enough positive about either of them. No BS just straight forward oh this is fine but this needs fixed. They even send her a birthday card with a free Oil Change. Joe and Tano Keep up the Great Work, You've found Customers for life !

Joe is knowledgeable, fair, honest and always focuses on the customers needs. Joe helps figure out which repairs are needed now and which can safely be postponed. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, too! We love this place. Wont go anywhere else.

Via suto sale is straight up honest guys we love the Jeep our daughter got and the attention to details was unbelievable . So conscientious and customer oriented . Love love love this place . You won t be disappointed if you you buy a car from them

Very dear friends of mine just purchased a van from Via Auto. They were in need of a handicap van desperately, because their van was literally falling apart. Via Auto really came through for them.
