Do not take your vehicle here end of last week told them what problems I ve been having, had my battery tested and it read good and holding a charge (battery was about 2 yrs old). Everything else turned on in the car just wasn t starting. Got it in after figuring out it was not the battery. They instantly told me nope that was the problem and charged me to put a new battery in it which wouldn t have been a big deal if they had checked to see if there was any other problem. (Would have found that there was). Was able to get it started (with it stalling) twice and it s back to doing the same thing and not starting. Called this morning and they told me since it started after switching the battery there s nothing they can do about that. Did offer for me to bring it back in, no thank you since you would not listen to me to begin with not wasting anymore money for them to not do their job and look at why else I would be having this problem. Only gave it one start cause you have to.

I was looking for an affordable used wheelchair van. I searched online, and Ogden Auto Sales had 2 on the lot. I gave them a call, asked questions, got straight answers, and came to look at them. They were ready for test drives before I arrived. I was shown all the features of each. I came back 3 times to look, measure, and ask questions.He and his staff are by far, the most considerate, accommodating and helpful of anyone I have dealt with in the past year of this vehicle search. They even delivered the 2 vehicles to the local Ram and Ford dealers I had contacted to have their Service Departments go over the vehicles, for me, to identify possible repair concerns, to save me the 150 mile round trip from my home to do this on 2 different days.They are the nicest, no pressure, how can we help you, auto sales organization I have ever dealt with in over 40 years. They were like that from my very first phone call, until delivery day, 3 weeks later.

My entire family currently has our vehicles serviced by Ogden Auto Sales. My elderly mother enjoys sitting in the waiting room and chatting with her mechanic, Tommy, and we all trust the repairs and service provided.I thought I needed to replace all four tires and rims on my Subaru, and Tommy was able to grind away some build up, and keep them from leaking, saving me hundreds of dollars. Joe and his team at Ogden Auto Sales provide consistent, timely, and excellent repairs and service!

What can I say? Amazing. I was looking at a specific vehicle on a Saturday morning while at work, and gave them a call. I spoke with Tim. He offered to come back to the dealership after hours when I got out of work. ( I live an hour away )I test drove my vehicle I had my eyes set on for that day and I was sold. Tim is an honest salesman and very very knowledgeable/helpful. I HIGHLY recommend coming to this dealership if you re looking for a good quality vehicle for a nice price. I know I ll be back. Horrible experience with Ogden automotive! Took my car in as it was having check engine light on, and my car had a service traction control and reduced engine mode. Joe calls and tells us it s a throttle body after he did the diagnostic computer test on it. We replace the throttle body that day for $511, the part was 273, labor $100, and diagnostic $100. Drive not even 50 miles and my car still isn t fixed as it s still dying in the middle of traffic, I call joe back he explains it s not his problem. But I just paid for a diagnostic to read what was wrong and have it fixed?! So confused at this point, he acts as if I am a inconvenience! We bring it back because we paid to have it fixed and it s still not fixed! He says it s a abs sensor plug wire, and he ordered the part, says 5-7 business days. Week goes by, I hear nothing from Joe at Ogden automotive! Call Friday he said no customer service for GM parts I ll call you when part comes in, he calls the next day and tells me the parts wrong and they ordered in another part will be 2-4 more days. We wait 3 days the part comes in, long story short put that part in. Still not fixed! Car is still dying in the middle of the road not even 25 miles from the Ogden automotive shop. He explained he didn t even want to get involved and he won t return at least the $100 for the diagnostic charge. Which my car is still not fixed! I was told this guy is honest and reliable and he is far from it. How do you charge someone for a diagnostic and the car is still broke the same way when I brought it to them the first time?! Sounds like bad business to me and horrible diagnostic services! Quite frankly don t go there!!! The guy throws any parts in and charges you and has no empathy that your car is still broke! Sounds crooked to me and Just a way to get a girls money! Never go here! Mind you I was kind and courteous this whole three weeks! Car is still broke!

Tim was super easy to work with. He was friendly, fair, and communicated well. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer and I was apprehensive about it. Tim made the process easy and simple. No complaints here.

Terrible experience techs did not listen and jumped to conclusions and thought it was a battery problem so they replaced battery 3 days later it won't start thanks guys for listening to the customer

A very pleasant experience. I had my car inspected by them and I waited while they did it, it was quick and inexpensive. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and informative regarding work I need done in the very near future. They were recommended to me as being honest and thorough. I trust them.

Another great experience at Ogden Automotive (if you can call any car issue a great experience). Aside from the great pricing and quick turnaround what I really appreciate is the respectful attitude of the personnel through out the shop. It could be an extremely macho atmosphere.I'm 80 yrs old and feel very comfortable getting my car's work done at Ogden Automotive.A special shoutout to Tommy. A very nice young man.Joe, keep up the good work!

I had a great experience with Tim! I just bought my first car from a dealer on my own and he made it very easy for me. I loved the car, but decided to get it checked with another mechanic - to be safe. The other mechanic shop (Extreme Auto Solutions) pointed out a few things that would have made it an unsafe car, I came back, showed Tim, and he said they would fix it for me at no extra cost! This was the best I could have asked for!

Expect a rude person if you call, they act like you re inconveniencing them by giving them your business.The owner/ manager is unprofessional and has displayed no integrity or accountability for errors made by himself and his staff.The facility is messy and the parking lot is dangerous to drive in, deep potholes and completely unpaved.DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR TIME.

Had an alignment done here on 1/10. Job was completed quickly and the staff was friendly.As a retired Auto Tech, I need a shop to do jobs for me that I can no longer do..... alignments, state inspections etc. This will be my go to shop.

Tim at Ogden is great!I bought a good car at a fair price, and it's been rock solid so far. Everyone I encountered at Ogden was polite, professional, and helpful. The guys here are knowledgeable, but laid back and easy to deal with.Definitely recommend, will consider coming back for my next car!

Excellent mechanics. The owner is very honest and forthcoming about his prices and service, and he always calls with a price quote before he starts any work so that you know what you will be paying. The service is excellent; they replaced my ignition system a few years back and recently replaced my compressor as well with no problems. Highly recommend, will go to them with any further auto problems.

My mother just purchased a 2009 Jeep Patriot from Tim at Ogden Auto and it's awesome. He answered all of our questions honestly and was really kind and patient. The car is in great shape and drives really well. The price, not only for this car, but the other ones on his lot are great. It was an all around excellent experience for a first time used car buyer. We will be back soon for another car.

Very honest and don't price gouge. Had a tire blow out and took it in to be plugged. They even tried to plug it from the inside, but the blow out was too severe and caused too much rubber to be dislocated. Replaced with a brand new Blizzak to match the others (also new, but purchased on Craigslist...no warranty).

I bought a 2010 Dodge Journey from Tim! I love it! He worked with us and was very patient with my children. Great customer service! Met with me on a Sunday and also on a Monday night after hours to complete the sale! If you're looking for honesty, flexibility, and a vehicle worth your time... Tim is definitely your guy!

I blew a brake line while driving in Spencerport . Had my 2004 Suburban towed to Ogden Automotive. I opted to replace ALL brake lines, because of the vehicle age. I addition, my rear brakes were "metal to metal". Joe estimated I could be in a $1500 range, since old brake lines are tricky to replace. They had the truck done in 2 days. Price came in at $1330. Honest folks, good job. Thank you Guys..........

Many thanks to Joe at Ogden Automotive. I m here only for the summer and my car began having problems. Joe had it looked at quickly and I was notified of the dire news in a timely manner. My question about whether or not it was worth fixing was answered honestly, which is greatly appreciated. And I wasn t charged for the diagnostics. Many thanks to Joe and his team!
