The store itself is fine, the employees are helpful. I had a wiper fly off my truck on a rainy day and this was the closest place to stop. The only type they had with the -B mounting type (not J hook) was their 'exact fit' wiper. Well, it didn't fit the mounting and got stuck and wouldn't come off so I had to buy it. The wiper left a 6" area in the middle of the wiper untouched. Biggest waste of money on the planet. I can't return it because I have to damage it to remove it from the wiper arm. Avoid this brand wiper at all costs.

I had a leather seat upholstery with heated seats done on my 2014 tacoma and it turned out absolutely phenomenal! Staff was awesome explaining every option to me and pricing was extremely fair would recommend without a doubt to any friends.

Needed some fittings for my brake lines and the older gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful at finding them for me and even offering me brake fluid they had on sale that day which I needed to complete the job. Clean and friendly place to find things to get the job done.

NAPA always seems to have the parts locally that I need when other suppliers don't. Especially for older cars. Jerry is great to work with.

Beware the Napa store on 4659 West Ridge Road.I arrived to find one other customer and an empty store, he told me that they were out of filling propane for people, leaving the store with no employees.Then a smirking, rude, condescending old woman treated me like garbage and walked away while I was talking to her.She should have been apologizing because the NAPA online system has flaws and causes its customers to drive all over the county looking for a part that was supposed to be in stock in the store.Please do not show up here unless you like getting an ulcer.

They have a very good selection of plants and outdoor supplies and they are very helpful and eager to answer any questions that customers may have

If you got a question about your car and parts, this is the place to go. May be more expensive but always high quality parts and they always work and fit. That means the world to me

Great customer Service from everyone there! They have an excellent inventory of supplies for any kind of need. I recommended a few people to come to this Napa store!

This place is the best location for Napa. The manager has a great crew in there. I always go there for my propane refills and car parts when needed.

I tried many other parts store with no success. Called this napa and got someone who actually cared about finding the right part. Great store I will definitely shop here for my parts

Come here for propane refill, it's across the street from country max, and not a lot of people know about it. So there is no line/wait. Plus it's usually cheaper.
