Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable. They answered my questions. Fair honest pricing. Worked with me on an option available if repair was costly. Great work. Also a follow up phone call to check on their service of my 2015 Chevrolet Traverse. I intend to return for all future repairs. Thank you to Andrey, Alex and Greg's Auto Repair.

This is a wonderful repair shop. Confession, after a full brake job (great job btw) I had a Trailer Brake System warning pop up and my truck wasn t starting; I panicked there was a mistake made. Turned out my battery was on its last leg and they didn t do anything out of the ordinary during the repair. The owner was patient with me and even helpful. New battery corrected the light and I m so thankful I didn t offend these mechanics. This shop is a blessing, skilled, fast, fair price, and honest. Highly recommended.

This place is a complete joke of a shop. I called about a weird clunking noise my truck was making when I took my foot off the gas. They told me they could take a look and give me a diagnosis of the problem. A couple hours later they texted me and said I only needed new shocks and that s what they as making the noise. To me that made 0 sense and I knew that was not the solution. I went to go pick my truck up and I asked more question about how the shocks would be making that noise. They didn t give me any answer and just told me I needed new shocks. I drove my truck three miles down the road and my entire wheel fell off of my truck. I was grinding my rotor down the street and my truck suffered major damages. I hope no one ever goes to this shop again for their own safety. I don t know how these people can call themselves mechanics after this joke.

The best service for your needs! The mechanic always does a thorough job and even checks up on whatever notifications pop up in my computer without being asked. He encourages me to consult with my husband and never gives me the impression that I am being scammed, something that I value as a female customer in an auto garage. A big thank you to Alex for his quality service and always being willing to work with my schedule to set up an appointment!

I was completely robbed by this establishment. I had seen the good reviews and thought I would give them a try. I am not really sure if those reviews are even real now.I believe most people have had a bad experience with an auto repair business. For me, it has been very difficult to find a trustworthy and capable mechanic and my experience with Greg's Auto shows why it has been difficult.I did go there a couple of times before this last time and things seemed to go ok. I wouldn't say great, but ok. But this last time I took my car there, it was pretty much a joke.I brought my car in for a humming noise and they changed the water pump and alternator without calling me first to let me know what they were going to do and to discuss the cost. They couldn't pinpoint what the problem was so they just decided to replace both of them.Because they did not consult me, they didn't know that I had the alternator replaced a year ago which may still have been under warranty.When I called to explain this to them, they wanted me to bring my car back, after it had already been there longer than they had told me it would be, so they could remove the new alternator and put the old one back in. Then they would refund my money for the new alternator.So $684 later I have a new water pump that I may not have needed and a new alternator that I may have been able to get for no cost.I don't know too many auto repair places that just do repairs without discussing them with the customer first and this is exactly why I won't be going back to Greg's Auto.

Excellent repair service. I bring my car here all the time and the work is outstanding. Alex charges a fair price and does not take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge. He shows me what is wrong with my car and I can rest with peace of mind.

Best kept secret in the Brockport, SUNY Brockport, Spencerport, Greece, Clarkson, Sweden, Ogden, Parma, Hamlin, Hilton area! If you're in the market for a new mechanic give Greg's a call, or better yet, stop into their easy-access-from-everywhere shop located on West Ridge and prepare to be impressed!Alex, Andre and their colleagues are not only excellent mechanics, they are distinctly honest and kind - - in addition to offering the best value around!We are blessed to have many wonderful mechanics in our local area, but this shop? Needed new brakes and a headlight bulb. Charged me a fair price. Also, threw in a new rim and pounded out a dent in my fender for free without me even asking for it. Highly recommended!!

They wrote that they changed the air conditioner and repaired the door, but a week later the door was back to the way it was, and the air conditioner was not changed at all. And they took a lot of money for it.
