Tanner's has a legit selection of fishing gear for local lakes and live bait. The minnows are well taken care of with a variety of them to choose from to meet your fishing needs. Brian provides great customer service and even texted me at 6am on a Sunday to confirm he was open and had minnows for ice-fishing.

Our family stopped at Tanner's while camping in the area for fishing supplies. Tanner's had a great selection of fishing gear, and had a marine service for all your boating needs. The service was excellent and we will certainly be back when in the area.

We've used Tanners for the last few years and they have been wonderful. This fall we used them to shrink wrap our boat, it was a little more pricey than previous years.

I always like coming here as part of my vacation even better when I don't need my boat repaired. And a small but nice selection of fishing tackle, bait fishing licenses and marine parts and toys. The owners extremely nice and I'm more than one occasion over the last number of years has saved my vacation with an urgent repair.

I have been fishing and camping in speculator for most of my life and this is place to get your bait, tackle, and tips/tricks. May also include some local fishing wisdom or stories about some of the local catches if you ask nice! Also don't forget to see them in the winter as well for all your snowmobiling needs

Friendly helpful staff, I'm glad because they are the only ones in miles but have all you need. They could be less friendly and still make sales as they are the only game around but....as the area generally goes they are super friendly and helpful

This is my favorite place to get live bait when fishing in the speculator area they are really awesome people always no where the fish are hitting and on what if you listen to them you are sure to catch a fish ...... Big fish.....they are also a Arctic cat dealer with great prices on clothing and accessories.....would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area

Everyone there is very helpful and an expert in boats, ATVs, Snowmobiles, personal watercraft, etc. I am probably forgetting half of what he does, but always a gentleman and very honest. I will be a repeat customer.
