On our way home to NH, we hit the huge pothole at the top of the hill on 84E. Front right tire went flat and as it's a newer car, no spare. Between AAA and another towing company, found Hockenberry's. Driver picked us up from the side of the highway on a Sunday evening, dropped us off at a local hotel and brought the car to their garage. By 11am the next morning, the tire was repaired and we were back on the road. The staff was courteous, helpful and the cost were less than anticipated. As we usually travel through the Port Jervis area on our way to Pittsburgh, we'll be sure to have their number handy !

Courteous and respectful. Able to come and tow my truck in Middletown to their garage in Sparrow Bush. Contacted us next day, let us know what was wrong with vehicle. Cost for total of tow and repair reported and agreed to. Hoping to get the car after the weekend since the part has to be ordered. Looking good so far! Plus they re located just 8 miles from our new house! This may be the beginning of a great relationship (car repairs, that is).Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Fast, friendly, and budget friendly. The group really got to us fast and helped my team out getting us back to Germantown, NY. Extra kudos for driver drop off. Very easy transaction. Glad you were right there for us.

Hockenberrys garage came to my family's rescue we broke down in our 34ft motorhome on 84 east bound and they came out with an oversized wrecker and towed us to Ray's garage. The driver was super professional and friendly I could not that him enough for helping us. Thank you again.

First off - best truck experience in many years at this shopThey are busy with heavy trucksWork is scheduled out for about 2 weeksI was in PA from Washington and about to head back home when something on my trucks suspension felt odd ..needless to say they got me In first thing the next morning - test drove the truckThen again with me spent about an hourDoing all this and at the end of itNo charge that s basically unheard of these days - been driving semi for about 20 years nowAnd I put this shop in my top 5 of all time best / will visit again onesSorry forgot the guys name who works on big rigs - much appreciate it ..great family Business ..

They helped me tremendously with towing my car off of the highway. He didn t charge me an overnight fee for having to keep my car at the shop overnight, which I m grateful for and drove an hour and a half to drop my car off at home. I ll recommend him to everyone who needs a tow. He needs 10 stars instead of 5!!! Thank you for everything!

I would love to give a huge shout out to this family business. On my parents 36 yr anniversary, they were traveling from Canada back to Florida and broke down in their camper. They were told by other people that their motor was blown. After many hours of being on the phone trying to secure a cargo van to be able to transport their belongs and their 3 dogs and cat safely. The amazing staff kept them safe and secure and let my parents stay in their camper on the property, until they could look at the camper this am. I just received a call from my parents stating that the motor is not blown and that the part needed for the camper will be there shortly and its just a few hours to fix. I would like to personal thank this business and family for taking care of my parents and for going over and above.

Just have to say I had the best experience I've ever had with the service at Hockenberry garage. from the tow truck driver to Charlie to all of the staff we were in a mess with a broke down trailer on I-84 and their service and kindness and professional customer service made a miserable experience really so much better! Thank you Charlie. God bless, you rock and you were our hero today, much appreciated. I would highly recommend for towing and repairs they were top notch!

I was traveling from out of state, when I tried to avoid an animal in the road, I naturally ended up in a ditch, the officers on scene recommended this place and I m incredibly happy they did! Tow guy was super easy to work with and very nice. They allowed me to stay there after closing while I waited on my rental.

Car accidents are nasty. It helps when the support services aren't. Hockenberry's service was prompt, courteous, and kind. (And the attending officer also spoke highly of them.)

When my truck broke down they were there within 45 minutes. Very friendly staff and great with repairs. A very welcoming family business and would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a tow or repairs. Im from CT but if I lived near they would be my go to for services.

Wonderful, fast and courteous service. I was on the last leg of a very long road trip and blew out a tire, after hours of course. They towed the car and had it fixed first thing the next morning. They helped turn a very stressful situation into one that left me feeling like everything was going to be ok.

Today was a crazy snow day and my insurance company had this company pull my car out the ditch. I believe my tow guys name is Caz if I got it wrong I do apologize! He was so nice and understanding. I kept apologizing to him because I know he was working hard helping out alot of people. I appreciate his help!

A++ CompanyOur truck and trailer broke down on I-84 just out side of Port Jervis NY. We were traveling out of town and we don't have a relationship with any towing company in that area. I relied on a Google search.Hockenberry's response time was amazing. By the time we broke down, made the call and off the road - it was less than an hour!! After running out of gas on 84 during a severe winter storm, Hockenberry s was called to tow my husband s vehicle. They were the only people my husband had contact with during the entire emergency situation to exude the sense of urgency that was called for. The driver gave my husband a bottle of water and a place to warm himself after 2 hours in 19 degree weather while he hitched the vehicle before safely returning him(and his vehicle) to our home.
