Called Jim and explained to him that I was from out of town and unable to break the studs loose on my sisters car. I said I have the exhaust system and he said he had to look at the car before performing the work. went to the shop and was greeted by his office manager who said that he was not in and just leave the parts by the side door. She was not very friendly, but Jim installed the exhaust and told me no guarantee because the parts were brought in. I said I understand. I was grateful that he was able to do it for me for a good price. Fast forward, I bought a set of struts and linkage parts for the car and asked my sister to schedule the installation of the struts and links. He denied the job and told us he won't do the work because we brought our own parts. I was under the impression that there would be no guarantee and that I would be paying for labor only just like the exhaust system. Denied. We went to another local shop and the estimate was astronomical. so I'll be doing the work myself outside in the cold on the ground. Thanks, James.

I have been servicing my last three cars @ Willow Hill. Jim (the owner) is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional & truly cares about giving quality care to his customers. I have always been extremely happy with his excellent service. I have NEVER taken any of my cars for servicing at the dealerships, ( just don't trust them!!!! & find them very costly!!!) I am a very satisfied return customer who highly recommends him. I also like the fact it's a family run business which is a rarity these days!

Terrific Service !!!! Reliable, courteous and expedient while being family owned and operated and living within the Community they serve. Fair and customary costs quoted in advance. Trust is a rare quality in automotive service and my parents have gone to Willow Hill Automotive for over 25 years and I am a returning and extremely satisfied customer. Jim and crew always give me great service, and are honest with me about what work has to be done. This last time I knew he had to do extra work on my SUV, but I didn't know how much. He was very honest with me about what work is going to make my SUV safe. He gave me an estimate, and said that it needed some serious problems, and he repaired the problems, and now I have a problem free SUV. I am so happy that I can drive my car with ease, and know it's going to be around for a while. Thanks again for a job well done.

What a pleasure dealing with the staff at Willow Hill Automotive! I had a nail in my tire called that am got a appointment for the afternoon and was on the road in 15 minutes. The charge was very reasonable.

I was amazed on how WILLOW HILL AUTOMOTIVE fixed my SUV in record time. I was in a panic, because I needed my vehicle. He gave me a estimated time when he could fix it. Well the next morning I got a call on what was wrong. I was extremely happy and it was done the next morning, 2 days ahead of schedule. I have nothing but praise for the service I received from WILLOW HILL AUTOMOTIVE!!!

They have always done a wonderful job whenever I have had my cars serviced there. They have provided service from state inspections to replacing the head gaskets on my automobiles. They are extremely courteous and customer centered.
