My Honda dealer diagnosed that I had a bad A/C compressor, and wanted over $900 to replace it. A friend highly recommended Bob at A to Z to get a second opinion, so I took the 45 minute drive to Southold. Bob very quickly discovered nothing more than a bad relay (a $33 part) and quickly had me on my way!Bob demonstrates himself to be honest, experienced, and knowledgeable. I would very highly recommend A to Z to anyone, and will use them again without hesitation. Well worth the trip!

Was on vacation and my ac quit on my truck. With a 3 year old, 2 dogs, and a pregnant wife a 95 degree day down the highway for hours isn t fun. I read the reviews on the shop and bought my truck in. Bobby did a wonderful job repairing the truck, and he is 100% honest and could ve easily charge me more for the work he did. He did not try to sell me anything, simply repaired what needed to be done. I highly recommend The shop.

I knew that the a/c compressor on my 99 tahoe was done, i called bob he gave me a rough price that i thought was very fair.the work was done very quickly and properly. I found him to be a very honest type of guy. I would not hesitate to recommend a to z.There is an old saying that a pickpocket never carries his wallet in his back pocket,a lier never believes anybody a honest person trusts everybody. I talked to bob when he told me the truck was done i could not pick it up that day.he told me where the key,s would be then said pay me monday or tuesday. this is the first time that i have delt with bob yet he trusted me to pay him witch i will do on monday. that says a lot about his way of dealing with people and his trust. A lier doesn,t trust anybody an honest person does.

Bob at A to Z Radiator did a fantastic job repairing the AC system on my 2011 Mercury Mariner. Highly recommend his shop in Southold, NY.
