This is not your average car wash. They offer several packages to clean, wash, and wax your car - Express, Executive, Ultimate, Works, and Extreme. And while you wait you can browse through the compact gift shop offering an array of children's toys, books, gadgets, software, greeting cards, car-related products and the latest in CBD oils and other items. This is quite the smart usage of space.

Sad setup that is way way worn out. The arms are tired and some don t move at all. I guess if you have no other option to wash a car than go ahead but these brushes needed replacement 2 years ago, yet here they are scratching the clear coat.

This place bums me out. I come here to save time and not go to Hampton Bays for a better car wash, but end up having to clean the car myself after I never leave here happy and always regret spending money at this car wash.Save yourself the time, spray your car down and shake the mats out. I just saved you $30.

Rims left dirt, car had dirt & soap left on car, and no wax! Glass was streaked.

This is the worst car wash place on the planet. I paid $60.99 for a complete interior and exterior cleaning. The mats were supposed to be washed. They were barely vacuumed. The entire car was poorly vacuumed. The interior doors were not wiped. Scuffs remained. The console was dirty and the dash had dirty rag streaks. The place is filthy and smells disgusting inside and outside. Do not waste your money at the southampton car wash.Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

They unfortunately don't wipe down the car enough and miss lots on the windows. The rims they just slap on tire shine without wiping the rims first.

Absolute bare minimum, worst car wash of all time. Charges a premium and doesn t fully clean the car. I want my money back.

Easily the worst car wash in the Hamptons. I stopped going here for a few years and decided to give it a shot again, what a terrible mistake. This is the most over priced car wash even for the Hamptons and they have the worst interior services I ve ever seen. How are you going to tell me the car is done but not even clean the steering wheel, nav, seats? I still had coffee stains in the cup holder. Payed 67.59 for what? The smell of the place alone should be a warning shot, they clearly need a refreshed water recycling system because it smells like a septic system.Service: Auto detailing

Paid $28.00 to wash my car. When I drove home noticed the exterior of the car looked half washed. Went back to the car wash, spoke to the supervisor and he said due to the car is a Porsche it sits to low and does not get washed correctly. Also discussed the rims are not cleaned either. They re-washed the Porsche and drove it outside and the clean up employees said my car is ready. I asked if they are going to dry the car for me and they all looked at each other and started to dry the car. Once again said my car is ready and the only dried about HALF the car. Once again said it s ready and I asked if they are going to clean the wheels and apply the tire shine that I also paid for. Again they all looked at each other and I told them never mind and left. If they know there s an issue with low cars they need to tell the employees so they take extra care and pay attention to cleaning them correctly.

Lousy car wash...machinery did a poor job on windows. Employees did a poor wipe down.Here's a shot of one of the wheels on my employer's vehicle after a wash there today.

I have worked as an employee there as well as taken my personal car there many times. The staff are very hard working and try there best all the time. I have always thought they did a great and through job cleaning my car. As for the time waiting it can take longer when there are multiple cars coming through but that is no different then any other car wash. The owners Joe and John are very nice and polite and always strive for the best service. As for prices I think it is fair for the current area it is stationed in as well as being the only one In the Hampton s. Over all very good and highly recommended.

I paid $70 for the best car wash possible. Went all out since I get my car washed once a year. It took an hour and 15 minutes! 75 minutes! If I m paying that much I expect under an hour- if it s going to be over please notify me. There was probably 2 cars ahead of me and there was at least 10 staff. I have no idea what took so long but that s unacceptable. If it s going to be 75 minutes, you have to tell your customer!

Best place to wash my car even though I moved I always go here. Apparently, after the 10th wash the next one is free! Even better! The only downside is that usually the back inside part of my car is usually less clean than the front. The customer service is great and everyone is very nice. Still better than most car washes.

My first time using Southampton Car Wash and I found the exterior car wash to be completed properly. There was a billing/clerical error made though so I contacted the manager/owner the day after. John listened to my explanation and apologized for the inconvenience and let me choose either a free wash or a refund.As a business owner myself, for 35 plus years, I certainly know that everything does not always go perfect no matter how much you try. That said, John responded to his customer s needs and acted appropriately in a professional manner.

Paying all that money for them to clean my car for 5 minutes and it s not done properly. Way over priced. Numerous times I ve had to get out and finish the job myself. RH carwash is so much better and they take their time cleaning your car it comes out close to perfect for tops $40 including wax & tire shine

I asked to vacuum my trunk two times ! They didn t vacuum and left the trunk dirty. I didn t get service I paid for . Cashier or manager was rough when I called and explain the problem . Horrible service I did pay for trunk vacuuming. They lying when replying to reviews. This car wash is waist of money and time . $37 dollars for a mediocre car wash where I regretted to not have done a walk-around the car before leaving. The rims were still pretty dirty, on the glove compartment was a smear of dirt and the roof had lots of residue from parking outside that actually comes off with a bit of a scrub but no one bothered to look and give it that extra scrub.

I was ripped off twice by this place. 2 pairs of $150 wireless Beat headphones. Besides being the worlds most over priced car wash, they also do a lousy job.Be sure to check your belongings before you drive off or you will never see them again. They will certainly never see me again. The Hamptons car wash is better and less expensive. Sorry guys. 2 strikes and you're out.

Hours as said by the staff.8:00am-7:00pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday8:00am-6:00pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, WednesdayExceptions are when it's raining - hours may vary, best to call to verify.They did an amazing job to my dad's neglected car, clearing out leaves and sand in every crack and crevice. The wheels, caked in years of brake dust, look brand new.The staff was polite and clear, which is important because the number if cleaning options is extensive.Being Southampton, I was reluctant to come thinking it would be overpriced, but the quality of the work is worth every penny.

The WORST!!! I wish I could give 0 stars, or negative for that matter. I just spent over $50 to get my car cleaned and now I m home redoing it myself. The windows are filled with dots and streaks from the rags (that I m pretty sure are the same rags they use on the tires with ArmorAll) . The interior is not clean at all. They wanted extra money to vacuum the trunk (even though they already charge extra $$ for an SUV) which I refused thank goodness. Anything a human was in charge of looks like my 5 year old did the job. When I opened my window soapy water poured down. If you re in the area avoid this place like the plague. Go to Hampton Bays, or better yet, Riverhead. Southampton carwash was never great, but now it s truly HORRIBLE. The main reason I go to any carwash is for the windows, now I m doing that myself anyways and out over $50!!!! Sooooo aggravated and disappointed.

Today was a nice day and I wanted to go to the Southampton Car wash to get my car cleaned. I got the Extreme figuring I wanted to get the salt off my car. When I got in my car when it was done, it was barely clean and I paid close to $80 for the package. I would not recommend this carwash for anyone. If you want quality for money spent go to the Hampton Bays carwash.

Exceeded expectations. Their atm is broken so come prepared with a cash tip, they so deserve it!! Took 15 minutes for exterior wash and interior vac including trunk. Great place, I pay monthly and get as many washes as I want for $80. Its a great deal because I work in Real Estate and I constantly need my vehicle cleaned. The staff is Friendly and always do their best to accomodate : )

Use it only in summer time and it's a regular car wash but super busy. No complaints at all. Some people think the staff is rude but the reality that they are just busy like most of New Yorkers.
