Looks like quite a few others have experienced the same issues that we came across service department is the worst. We tried contacting them by phone and email for at least two weeks. Finally I contacted Sales that put me through to service. They didn t have an appointment for over three weeks so we waited not realizing That my factory warranty was expiring two days after our appointment I wasn t thinking about it because I purchased an extended warranty from my Porsche dealership directly when I purchased the car New at the dealership which was Porsche in Pennsylvania After being relocated to New York and living out on the east end, Southampton Porsche is our only option unless we travel almost an hour to Huntington which we will be doing in the future I have a 2019 Porsche Macon S with less than 25,000 miles on it the car is showroom condition so I brought it to the Southampton dealership which they told me I didn t have an extended warranty that had to be sorted out and then they wouldn t release the car until they received payment. The car was returned in dirty condition. They drove it for about 40 miles without my approval and they scuffed badly the door still the dealership I purchased the car from and the extended warranty said it was ridiculous that they did not honor the factory warranty because it was two days after the expiration on top of it I had to pay it $250 deductible and they charge me sales tax when I asked about the condition of the vehicle and how they don t even clean the outside of the cars anymore. The service rep named Frank lied straight to my face and said it had been cleaned but it s been sitting there for a few days now , this dealership is the worst. It makes you wanna buy a Porsche to spend top dollar for a vehicle and to be treated like this. I highly recommend anyone do not go to this dealership I guess if you re leasing a vehicle then it really doesn t matter because I guess that s their clientele , they made everything difficult like they were mad because we did not buy the vehicle from them directly. Beware beware beware.

What a horrible experience. I called the parts department with questions regarding cost, if I need an appointment and what info/docs to have prepared for the appointment to get a key fob replacement. This is my first Porsche. I figure those are pretty simple and normal questions. Not only did the parts guy that answered have a horrendous attitude, but he was not able to answer any of my questions. I will GLADLY drive the hour and take my business to the Porsche dealership in Huntington (their parts guy told me everything I needed to know without asking, fantastic) Never would I think a customer service employee would be so snobby and rude, especially since I called nicely with simple questions. It s a shame. I m a business owner as well and I wouldn t let a guy like that deal with customers.P.S.Don t bother sending them a parts request form on their website. According to this guy, it s not a thing since he had no clue it existed!

I buy about 3 cars a year and this is by far the worst dealer i ve ever had to deal with! I got my Macan in December 2nd 2022 and i purchased the wheel and tire warranty on December 26th I put aftermarket rims and tires on so on January 3rd I put a claim in to cancel my warranty by April 2023 i still have not received my check so I called and when someone finally got back to me they said the financial manager last name is Hanley never put the claim in totally blew us off. I then started talking to a women named Richelle put the new claim in i called back in June and they said I should have my check soon. Now it is the middle of August and i still have not received my check. I have left over 25 voicemails to the southampton dealer and not one person has got back to me. Completely unprofessional. I called Porsche USA itself and they said they have to get in contact with the dealer so i was placed on a briefly hold and they said they couldn t get in touch with the dealer either. I will never buy a Porsche again especially from this dealer. It is disgusting how they treat their customers!

The worst. Called for an appointment. Never called back. Emailed for an appointment. Never responded. Went to the dealer. Claims I am not in the system. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM. Too bad I cannot give them a zero.

Porshe Service guy complete jerk. 6 days to get a call back, only voicemail. Attitude, couldn't fix it, "thats what the manual said" 2022 with 4k miles, no root cause ,computer failure. Recalibrate, well what the ...happened, I almost got killed driving and completely stops. He didn't want to hear anything, just get out, Porsche decided to send me back out with a potential death risk rather than identify why it happened. Probably cost savings. If I wasn't out East it wouldn't have ever gone there. Think about what I said if you want to buy from them. This is my 3rd Porsche , dopey , Where's my car for 6 days no answers

My wife and I today had a professional, efficient, and 1st Class lease trade in and new purchase at Porsche of Southampton. Salesman Jason Smith was top notch in understanding what needed to be done to get this deal done in no time and hassle free. When sales people and customers both know what needs to get done to make a deal come together the is the place. we will be return customers at Porsche of Southampton. I continue to be impressed with my service experiences at Porsche of Southampton. The people are consistently friendly and helpful, and just plain some of the nicest people I ve ever encountered over 40 years of car dealer service experiences. The work on my cars has always been top-notch and done right the first time. Their advice has been helpful and conservative. And I ve felt that their charges have been quite reasonable. I could mention many there who do great work, but I ll single out the service manager, John Knapp, for finding and managing so many really great people and for the thoughtful and caring interest he takes in doing the right thing for each and every customer.

Today I went to lookup the address for Porsche to send my sales associate a thank you basket for his amazing customer service. As I was on their page on Google I saw the reviews. It makes me crazy that everyone is always SO eager to submit negative reviews and never the positive. It's people like that who hurt these businesses. I had a wonderful experience at Southampton Porsche. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but found it for me right away. They made my transaction so easy. Didn't take advantage of me. Gave me a great price. Everything went smoothly. Any questions I had my sales associate Tim answered right away. He was very knowledgeable about the company and the cars. I could tell he did extensive training. Other car dealerships we shopped at did not have that customer service. I live about an hour from this location and I can say they were worth the drive. Thank you Tim and your team for getting me into my new car and acting so professional! I will be back for another!

Loved working with Porsche of Southampton to procure my new car. Tim was great to deal with the entire time. The pandemic caused some slowdowns and he was extremely helpful and always doing his best to secure the car as quickly as possible. Will definitely be buying more vehicles from this dealer!

My experience is with their service department. I have left them a dozen messages to have a conversation about the scope of work on a few of my Porsches but NOT ONCE have they contacted me. Totally ridiculous and inept.

I have been a wholesale customer of this dealership for the past 24 years& have also purchased a vehicle from them. They constantly have phone issues , no one responds to messages left , i have to use my cell phone to get through to the parts department which might or might not answer. If i try & call from my business phone i get a message saying that that number is not in operation. When i do get through 1/2 the time their computers are down. It now has taken over 2 weeks just to get 2 parts for one of my customers.

This dealership is incompetent, I have had many bad experiences with them with over charging me and fixing things that were not broken to squeeze more money out of the customer. Just recently they tried to tell me my car required a $6500-7000 repair. Then taking it to someone elts, they told me it wasn t even the problem with the car and the real problem was a fraction of the price. Frank the service manger should lose his job over this. Dealing with over 3 different Porsche dealers (The Collection, Porsche of Fairfield, and Sun Motor Cars), with 6 different cars and not a single one has ever done this kind of bad business. Porsche of North America will hear about this.

Now that I'm 2+ years into having the Macan, thought I should update my review and mention the Service Department. While I don't know the tech Chris Goetzfried personally, the work he has performed on the car has been excellent. Thank you Chris. My Service Adviser throughout these entire time has been Frank Catanzaro. The level of service Frank provides is positively stellar. Frank has a very calm, soft spoken demeanor, and outstanding people skills. Walk in, he greets you by name, with a smile.Explains the details of all the services to be performed, with complete transparency on the cost. Send him an email, the response is immediate. Porsche's corporate philosophy is all about the Porsche experience, and Frank has made my experience positive every time. He exceeds all expectations. Highly recommended.Excellent buying experience, very relaxed, zero pressure environment. Ask for Brian McClave! Gave us the keys for a test drive immediately, while he worked some numbers. Brian actually put us in a Macan far better equipped then my Porsche Code for virtually the same price point. We particularly liked Brian's transparency. He put everything on the screen, and gave us his best price immediately, and having done my research, it was more than fair. Exactly how you should be treated in the luxury market. The Macan is loaded with technology, and Brian knows the car inside and out, and gave a thorough lesson. Brian responded to my calls and emails immediately during the process, and still does, after the sale. Highly recommended.

Be aware when you deal with them , make sure you are really want to buy a vehicle from them , or not putting a security deposit , because they are not willing to refund you the money , be careful about it

We all know the stereotypical car salesman - pushy, theatrical, persistent, and self-interested; well our experience with Jason Smith in Southampton was far from that. Jason is young, knowledgable about cars and today's technology features, but most importantly he's sincerely interested in customer satisfaction and meeting customers' needs. We explained our initial thoughts and then the questions began, enabling Jason to qualify our needs and point us to a selection of three different cars. He gave us time to think and stepped away enabling us to talk amongst ourselves. He clearly outlined options and effectively steered us to a final decision and our purchase. Our choice meant the car had to be built to our specs which took several months, but Jason kept us apprised of the status. We LOVE our new car, the first new car we've bought in nearly 30 years, and Jason has graciously allowed us to contact him for "additional hands-on training" for some of the sexy, tech features. If you go to Porsche or Audi of Southampton, we recommend you specifically ask for Jason Smith.

I just wanted to share the wonderful experience my husband and I had with Brian McClave at Porsche of Southampton with the purchase of our Macan. His patience, sense of humor, and honesty has made him the "go to guy" at the "go to" dealership. There were no false promises, timelines, excuses. The only thing that can top this experience will be ... our next purchase!

I called this place 5 times today. Phone continues to ring for over two minutes then stops and call is disconnected. Finally someone picked up on the 4th call. A female answered the phone saying "hello". She did not identify the business when answering the phone, who she was or what department she's in. She then indicated she was going to transfer the call and hung up on me. When I called back again she answered the phone again " hello" without identifying the business or department. All I needed to know is if there was a body shop at this location. After she indicated there was no shop I thanked her and she hung up again. Completely rude and unprofessional. People like this should not work in the industry.

Very quick and efficient sale process. Had a minor electrical issue with the car when I picked it up but it was resolved immediately, exactly as promised. Service response was A+.

Can t use our 2018 Panamera for nearly a month because Porsche of Southampton won t make a repair appointment until the end of August. The local Honda dealer fixed our CRV...which cost a fifth as much... right away.

My wife and I, recently, had a wonderful experience working with Robert Mandaro, Torr Marro and Ken Weitz. They each afforded us their time, expertise and kindness. They bent over backwards for us on everything!We leased a 2013 911 Carrera 4S that Torr and some others had designed that was sitting in the showroom. It had exactly all the components we wanted and then some! However, we came in wanting a black on black or white with black interior. The car they "built" was Anthracite Brown Metallic. Although we loved everything about the car we were unsure of the color. But we went for it and we have gotten so many compliments on the color because it was so different and very classy looking!We have had such a wonderful experience at your dealership and dealing with Robert, Torr and Ken we will definitely be back in 27 months when our lease is up to "build" / lease another Porsche or sooner for one for my wife!Many thanks to the three of them for making our first-time Porsche leasing experience to be a thrilling, easy and fantastic one!And many thanks to Porsche of Southampton! EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT PORSCHE OF SOUTHAMPTON!! I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR PAST 15+ YEARS. MR.JOHN KNAPP IS THE SERVICE MANAGER WHERE HE & HIS CONSULTANTS & TECHNICIANS HANDLE ANY PORSCHE RELATED ROUTINE SERVICE AND PROBLEM S OF ANY KIND. ALSO DOES THE PRE RACE OR DRIVERS ED TECH SERVICE REQUIRED BY PCA.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AFTER MULTIPLE VEHICLES AND MANY YEARS OF SERVICE.
