I ordered a quart of oil online out of panic after seeing drops of oil in my driveway and after checking the car s oil level. I went into the shop and asked Peter if I could ask him a few questions. He assured me that my car wasn t going to stop working and to just get it looked at. He was so kind and reassuring and told me that I didn t need the oil right now and was able to cancel my order. This is the place to go for your auto part and auto knowledge needs.

I always do my best to shop locally. The owner is extremely helpful and the employees are very friendly and quick to help with any issues I ve had with my cars

Stopped in yesterday (7/12/23) to have my battery checked. Owner came out and tested the battery, loaned me a code reader to see why my check engine light was on. NO CHARGE for anything and was VERY professional. Don t see that too often these days. Highly recommended!!!

Was on my way to Montauk for a weekend getaway and I lost my steering , My battery light came on and it started to over heat on my Linc. Navigator I was able to get to P&G Carquest auto parts to find out my tensioner pulley went and threw the drive belt. They had the tensioner in stock, Thank God and Paul was the only one there that day and for how busy he was he went out of his way to help me , even lent me tools to do the job. It s nice to see there is still Great customer service out there!! I was able to fix it and finish our nice weekend!!! Thanks Paul much appreciated Buddy

When I needed advice on replacing windshield wipers, Paul not only offered the advice, he accompanied me to the car and installed them for me. The world could use more Customer Service people like Paul. Thank you Carquest Southampton!

This place is great! These guys are really knowledgeable and very helpful. They even helped me put my wiper blades on in the rain!

In the middle of a surge of cases in a global pandemic, the staff was not wearing masks indoors, asked me to come inside despite having ordered curbside, and asked me to stay longer in the store to make sure it went through even though I d already paid for it. Won t be back, ever.

Clean well stocked store with all the products (including tools) for the DIY'er at home. The counter people are very knowledgeable and can get you what you need, sometimes overnight......
