I am very disappointed with this dealer.We got flat tire nearby few minutes before 6PM on Saturday and were left without any option by the dealer and BMW NA - too bad experience for a 100k+ product. We contacted the roadside assistance and the answer was if you are at the dealer we can t do anything The dealer: we are closing and can t help you, no service, no loaner, just help yourself After 20 years and 7 BMWs let s try MB .

Very slow response from one of their sales guy. I asked for window sticker but even after 4 days passed they are not bothered to reply. I sent email also but not received any response. Either they have too many customers or they don t care of their reputation

All I can say is you should definitely take your BMW for service at BMW of Southampton AND you MUST request Aiden as your service advisor! He is the greatest asset to this service department. Aiden is the hardest worker there and somehow works everything out! He will go the extra mile time and time again to make sure everything gets done on your car and he always makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. He deserves to be recognized for his customer service skills. I will be writing to the GM about how amazing he is and to BMW North America. You will not be disappointed in Aiden as your service advisor, he makes getting your car serviced pleasant! I ve been to several other BMW service departments and dreaded going. I will never go back! I ll forever be going to BMW of Southampton to Aiden! Thank you Aiden, another fabulous experience!

My name is David and I had just arrived to the Hamptons for my best friends wedding. I had a flat and was in danger of missing the wedding. I had no appointment, the BMW dealership was extremely busy with servicing, but I took a chance and walked in. A service agent named Aiden welcome me with assurance. He was not sure if he could get it done, but understood my plight, and said I ll do everything I can! . Not only was my tire patched within 10 minutes. He made sure to check all four tires pressure. He was super courteous. A well rounded professional! This is the reason why my wife and I only buy BMWs.Thank you Southampton BMW for upholding what every BMW dealership should strive to be!Sincerely,David Younger

This review is not in relation to the awful experience I have had with my vehicle, during the time of my lease. Although things have been falling apart and broken on the car, since I took it home. It is most definitely a lemon.This is in reference to the incredibly rude and unprofessional interactions I had with a member of their sales department, Robert.A light it on in my car, again, that shouldn't be. And my lease is due to end.I have never leased a car and I am very unfamiliar with what to do now, at the end.Additionally, this location sold me the car under the pretense of they would come pick it up from my house to service it, when needed, as a perk. Not once during my time with the car, has that actually been an option. Anytime I have called to make an appointment, there were waiting lists months long. When I called again today to have something done, I am told they don't offer this service as a personal choice since Covid. I would have never purchased a car as far away as Southampton, had this not been an option to me. I feel duped. I spoke to two different people telling me they decided to stop doing it. I called somewhere else and they also said they won't do it because I've never been to that location before.Robert, at my just asking him "what now," and what's that," and explain that I was just told "no" to the valet service and he is telling me "yes," told me that I am argumentative and condescending (projecting much?) and when I tried to respond with "I am just repeating what I was told..." he hung up on me.Unfortunately, this has been my typical BMW experience throughout the entirety of the lease. My service advisors have been fired, quit, etc.. multiple times during the lease. The behavior is disgusting as is the way BMW has chosen to handle customers and present themselves.You would NEVER think this was a higher end company...maybe it's not anymore and that's an idea of the past.Who hangs up on someone?! An angry 12 year old maybe - not a professional adult that is there to provide customer service.I cannot wait to turn this lease in and be done with this company for good.After calling back to speak with a manager, I was not put in touch with one and told one would call me back. It had been 5 hours and this location has closed for the night. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

When I noticed a nail sticking out of my 'run flat' side wall, I was not concerned about driving on a flat. I went to Tire Country and Firestone to get a replacement tire before I pulled the nail out. The tire was backorder, and they said to go to the BMW dealer. The BMW parts department said they would set aside the tire I needed. The service department said to come over since it was urgent.Upon arrival, I asked for a pair of players to see if the nail pierced the thick side wall. It did not! The savings were about $430 for the one tire, mounted and balanced. The Parts and the Service Departments were helpful and professional.

I had one of the best experience at the BMW Dealership in Southampton thanks to Erik Ramirez. Erik sold me my 2023 BMW X6, I love my new BMW! Erik was amazing, great personality, and made the process of buying my BMW so smooth and easy. Erik and the BMW Dealership won my loyalty for life! Will be back to buy a second BMW for my daughter next year!

You bring your car to BMW expecting probably a better level of service. The last time I was there they completely jerked me around and due to lunches and slowness, I spent 4 hours there. Then they offered me some bogus friends and family 10% off which I had a mailed coupon for anyway. On top of it, soon after I got an engine coolant low notification so they clearly didn t even check the fluids. I m done bringing my car here.

I bought my vehicle from BMW in Southampton NY and the team there was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in getting me the car I was looking for, which certainly isn t easy in today s times. Stephen Meltcher and Van Vasilakos were extremely responsive and their communications were fantastic. There was never a day were I didn t get an update from them. I bought and picked up my car from them within 7 days from the first inquire. Stunning and, wow, can t tell you how happy they made me. When I picked up the car Van took a significant amount of time to walk me through all the details of the car and helped me set up menus and apps. When I left their dealership I felt I had owned the car for weeks, based on how well I had been introduced to it. Hands down this was the best car buying experience anyone can dream of.

Had my X4 serviced for a flat tire, it was brought in by BMW roadside assistance, on Saturday, which were very professional, tire had to be ordered, picked it up Wednesday, didn t know they were closed on Monday, but very friendly customer service and service staff, could be better in calling back the customer. That s my only negative, thank you!

"Never ever ever!!! I had my X5 in at the end of November..."Never ever ever!!! I had my X5 in at the end of November for routine service. After having it for a week and 2 grand later, I got it back. No loaner. In addition to the routine tune up I was told I had a fuel injection issue. The dealership couldn't figure it out and had to go to BMW NA to find out how to fix it. I assume they got that right, the jury is still out. Here's the real issue. I figured while having the car in for service and having it for multiple days, they might think to check the brakes. WRONG! Within days of the service the front brakes began making a horrible grinding, crunching, squealing, head-turning, ear splitting noise. I called immediately and ended up leaving a voicemail message because they're closed on Mondays. I also tried to make an appointment for service online but that was over 3 weeks away. On Tuesday I was able to reach my service rep, after numerous calls. I was told that I could drop it off if I wanted to but basically they wouldn't look at it until the end of the week, more likely the week after. When I told the advisor it sounded as though the brakes were dangerous to drive, the advisor was not concerned. I asked if they could take a quick look and see if it would be okay to drive, The answer was NO!. No concern whatsoever. I asked if I could get a loaner. NO! This all seemed rather incredible for a car company that bills themselves as extremely concerned with safety. No matter how much I pressed they wouldn't agree to look at the car. I also have to say this is my third BMW and most likely after this it will be my last. Georgica Service had been recommended to me for a classic car I own so I called them and explained the issue. They said that sounds dangerous, bring it in, we'll take a look right away. The brakes were metal to metal, dangerous and needed to be replaced immediately. They were done by the end of the day. No more BMW, definitely NO MORE BMW Southampton.

Me and my wife were in need of Some service on our X5 and our adviser, Ever was very thorough and a Joy to deal with. He kept us informed the whole through, I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I will only be requesting him at this dealership.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Bought my 540i back in February of this year. It was only a month later that I need to take my car in for servicing. I made the appointment to come in on a Friday morning along with a loaner. After driving 45 minutes, I was told that no loaners were available and my car would not be able to be looked at today, keep in mind I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance. The following week my car was diagnosed. Apparently all 4 of my rims were bent. And according to their "Master Tech" One of the rims were irreparable and needed to be replaced. The rims lists for $643, but service would extend a discount a only charge me $500. I decided to source a rim on my own and found a very reputable company located in Texas, which also has 4 other locations nationwide. I was sold a remanufactured OEM rim that met all the requirements needed. At half the price. Here is the best part. I was sent a return label so I could send back my old damaged rim. I would be issued a core credit if the rim was repairable, if it wasn't repairable, they would dispose of it free of charge. Well, it turns out the rim was repairable and I was issued a core credit. I was even sent an email stating so. When I spoke to the service manager Frank about this. He said to me he was told the rim could not be repaired and that was that. Even though I have proof and the core credit that says otherwise!!! Frank was the service manager at Competition BMW. It is quite clear now, why he is no longer there. Had I listened to the service department and bought a rim through them, I would have wasted $500 and would have been none the wiser. These so called "technicians" either misdiagnose or don't know what they are doing. So instead of fixing something (which is what they are paid to do), they instead tell the customer it cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. I am genuinely shocked at how an establishment such as this one (BMW OF SOUTHAMPTON) operates and treats it clientele. After reading some of the other reviews, there is a clear pattern of bad customer service. Never again will I make this mistake. Thanks for leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Thank you Bmw of Southampton for exceptional service, especially Terry, the REAL OG BMW mechanic that was able to troubleshoot and fix the convertible roof on my 2002 M3. Ben, the service writer, was also very courteous and friendly, I really appreciate it!This BMW team is doing their absolute best considering this is a very stressful shop with the amount of work in the season, very demanding customers and being slightly understaffed. Frank, the service manager, is always steering this ship in the right direction and is an admirable Captain. Keep up the good work!

I own a MINI! Given the fact that the Southampton dealership is gone; it was very upsetting to learn that my warranty was not honored by BMW ! But! My service advisor " BEN ALVAREZ" was absolutely amazing!!!? He did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained to me and assured me my car would be taken care. He made a terrible situation bearable and better. Thank you Ben !

I want to give a big shout out to Everth Alvarado and Quentin Henderson in the Service Department(and Jared too!) They went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me get a client s 4 series convertible a new tire in a crazy fast amount of time. In the Hamptons, good service is what matters. These guys genuinely cared about my urgency and followed up when they said they would. They are incredibly busy and have to deal with demanding people but keep a positive and helpful attitude. BMW IS THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE AND EXPERIENCE. THEY are the ultimate in professionalism and caring. Everth came in on his day off to check on things because of how busy they were. Jared reached out to me at 8:17pm because even though it was late, he wanted to be sure that I heard back from him and was being taken care of. Quentin s voice smiles through the telephone. Great jobs, Guys! Thank you, again, for all you did. I hope everyone takes a moment to thank you and recognize how hard you work.

Van Vasilakos was wonderful. He was the first person I spoke to about buying a BMW. I priced the same car at other dealerships and he gave me the best deal. He found rebates and other ways for me to get the best price. Van followed up with me on everything. I have my car now and I couldn t be happier. Van continues to help me with questions.

Seamless experience, even in the midst of a pandemic. Steve went above and beyond, even delivering my car (in mask and gloves) so that I did not have to figure out how to pick it up with small kids at home. Amazing job.

I guess you have to be an old white guy to get any service here. Took 30 mins to talk to my assigned service guy, who was looking at his computer and didn't get up the entire time he spoke to me. Thought about trading in my M for something else, spent 15 minutes in the dealership without a single rep coming to talk to me. I've had much, much better experiences at BMW of Manhattan.

Expensive place to buy a car, and if you think the service will take better care of you if you buy a car from the, you're dead wrong. They say they want 4 weeks notice to provide a loaner. Only go here if you absolutely need to.

I bought a used X1 in August that was supposed to be certified preowned and inspected. A month later, and I'm looking at $853 in charges to replace the brakes. I have driven no more than 900 miles since buying this car. Extremely upset, don't trust this dealership with preowned vehicles.

Stephen Meltcher, the GM of BMW of Southampton, personally made it his and our pleasure during the COVID lockdown to ensure our safety and ease of service when replacing our leased BMW. He was thoughtful, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. While this could have been painful given the challenges created by the Shelter in Place rules, Stephen (and his colleague Sean) made as smooth as possible. We could not be happier, and we will certainly recommend BWM of Southampton to anyone looking for the ultimate driving machine.
