Agree with the other negative reviews. I have owned 7 Audis over the past 20+ years and have dealt with Anchor Audi, Biener Audi, & Huntington Audi. These dealerships value their customers and try to provide an elevated customer experience.Southampton Audi, the service department specifically, is a disaster. It takes weeks to get an appointment, the service managers that greet you are miserable in their jobs and don t understand customer service. They re actually hostile to customers. Rather than try to understand (listen) to what the customer is expressing they want to prove points. Worse, they gossip about them when they leave the area - in earshot of other customers in the waiting room.Would have excused if this was an isolated incident but experience was exactly the same the last time the car was brought in for service. The service reps are just miserable people!A minor beef - but the waiting area - offers no water or amenities. Remember the other dealerships offing water, snacks, etc.Shame that this dealership continues to operate in a way that destroys the Audi experience.

The Southampton NY service department does not answer their phone. They have an answering machine. They do not call back. I left two messages this week, trying to make an appointment for service ( for a recall notice and a problem with my car). No one called me back, over two days. This has happened every time I try to make a regular service appointment.I will not buy or lease another Audi, primarily for this very bad service department. I live locally, but I will return to Volvo or Toyota in Riverhead, for reliable customer-friendly service.

Wonderful experience, Torr and Rachelle stayed late to finalize my paperwork. My Q5 is really nice and the purchase process was simple and straight forward. I got the price I wanted and drove away same day.

Strange dealership. You would think an Audi dealership in Southampton would demand professional friendly service from their employees. The reality is just the opposite. Starting with the receptionist, to the service department, the employees act as if you are bothering them. They are unfriendly and rude. The exception was Bart from the sales department, the others seem miserable. Next time I ll buy elsewhere.

Easy to get a final out the door price via email and phone (within a few dollars for an out of state purchase). I was nervous buying sight unseen but my salesman, Jack, had everything ready to go when we arrived. I did feel a bit rushed (they seemed surprised we wanted to test drive before handing over the check) and I had to ask for proof of certification and warranty since it wasn't included on the paperwork that I signed. No problem getting either of those things after we signed all the papers, thankfully. Jack did a nice job walking us through the car features after the sale, which was appreciated because I know he was busy.Overall, a good enough experience and smooth-ish process. Would buy from there again but make sure they take time to make sure everything is in place.

Your great salesman, just here to talk to you the great thing. Because they're so good just to talk to I wasn't sure I just because they're not there that sell me talk to me so I bought one!!!! How to take a look I wasn't sure what I wanted with different kind of cars if I want in love!!! They're just like to normal salesman I would walk away because it's so good I put a great thank you very much I appreciate!!!!!

This dealership is the worst I ve ever encountered. The two receptionists at the front are nasty, rude and seem to truly hate their jobs. They are quite miserable. This isn t the first time I ve encountered them. They really shouldn t be in the front. They are both a terrible representation for this company. My car went in for a recall service on 9/8. Jeff , one of these receptionists or service advisors as they call themselves gave me erroneous information several times. I dropped my Audi off in the morning, he said I would be given a call that day. No one ever called. He called me the following day telling me what service I needed along with the recall. The prior day he specifically told me I didn t need that service for several months.That s not so terrible. He made a mistake. When people don t know what they are doing, they make mistakes. That s forgivable.However; not returning customers phone calls (they go to voice mail), not completing the paperwork and leaving for the day is unacceptable. Never hearing from them and needing my car back, I showed up at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday 9/9. The other receptionist, female looked at me like I had 3 heads. I need my car, it was promised to me today, I waited all day for a call that never came , I stated. She kept telling me to calm down, that she can t find any paperwork and Jeff left for the day. There is absolutely no management present and these glorified receptionists are running the service department of this dealership. After almost 40 minutes, she manufactured the paperwork that Jeff failed to provide prior to his leaving for the day. I paid the $1400 bill (which was $300 more than the estimate) and asked where my car was. This disgusting female (I didn t get her name) pointed to the outside lot with hundreds of cars. She didn t get up from her chair. I had to walk around this massive lot in the heat trying to find my car using my panic button to locate it. I m 70 years old and shouldn t have to be walking around a car lot in 90 degree heat searching for my car.Audi is a great car, but please go to another dealer, do not use them. They go by the name of Six Sigma Auto Group and have several other auto dealerships. I purchased my car from them and I live locally and own two businesses locally, but will now drive to a different Audi dealership. Nothing can be worse than these people.

I am updating my review since in the last couple of years, the service has improved dramatically. I am hoping that will remain the case!OLD REVIEW: I really enjoyed buying my Audi here, and I love my car. Very happy with my decision on that front BUT I am sorry to report my experience with service, customer support, is inconsistent at best and usually uncaring and even a touch resentful. Calls, emails, and direct response txts go unanswered. No one can help. It s just like they re disappointed, even angry, you bought a car from them. @Audi corporate, you don t have Six Sigma here.

Amazing dealership, and Daniel in sales was (and still is after the sale!) always available for any questions I had. Rachelle in Finance is great too. I will definitely go back when I'm in need of another vehicle.

I just purchased a new 2023 Audi Q7 and I worked with Anthony Sollohub. He was absolutely wonderful!!! He made the process super easy and enjoyable. I put down my deposit on Tuesday and picked up my new beautiful car on Friday. The process was quick and easy!!! Anthony was super personable, kind and easy to work with! I highly recommend!

I brought the car in for the airbag replacement. Prior to bringing it in, the airbag light was not on. The first time I used the car after I got home, the airbag light came on. The dealer says that is another issue and pay us to fix it. In summary, no airbag light. Dealer replaces airbag. Airbag warning light. Dealer tells client to pay to "fix" the airbag warning light. Beware.You will note in their response that they ignore the facts. The airbag light was not on when I gave them the car and it was on after they repaired the airbag. The only factor that changed is their working on the airbag. Sherlock Holmes is not necessary.

We had a very positive experience dealing with Audi Southampton. Our sales person Anthony was very knowledgeable and accommodating with the purchase of our new A3, both during and after the transaction as we had a few follow up questions and needs. Torr, the Sales Manager also went above and beyond to make sure the experience went smoothly and was a great help to us as well! We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Audi. Friendly, courteous, honest, helpful and hassle-free. Could not ask for anything more.

I have called 4 times, my son has called 3 times. I have tried to schedule an appointment online and no one has called back. My husband recently brought another Audi and we are considering trading out back in due to the service

Very pleased with the customer service received at Audi Southampton. Tim McNichols was great! Paperwork and car were ready when I arrived. Finance Manger sat down and explained everything. I totally love my new car. Definitely would recommend this dealer to my family and friends.

We have bought two vehicles here and both buying experiences were excellent. 5 stars without a doubt. Their service department was great too until a couple of years ago they moved their service department to Porsche and it s now miserable. Negative stars. You can t get a service appointment for 8-9 weeks, no loaner cars, don t answer the phone, don t call you when the car is ready, etc. Other Audi dealers have fortunately been able to take my car within a few days.So buy your Audi here but definitely plan to service it elsewhere.

Anthony Sollohub from Sales was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to answer a lot of questions with on while on the phone on several different vehicles. Once we told him we were going to come in, he had the vehicle prepped and ready for a test drive. He was highly professional during the whole process of buying our new Audi A5. Also, Sean from finance was professional. when it came time for us do complete the financials, he had everything laid out and ready to go. The whole process of purchasing this vehicle took less then 1 hour. I highly recommend visiting Southampton Audi if you are in the market.

Having bought and leased cars for decades, I do not recall a more positive experience than the one we just had at Southhampton Audi. The key behind this outstanding review is our salesperson, Anthony Siciliano. Anthony is the consummate auto professional. He communicated his extensive knowledge clearly and answered our numerous questions with clarity and patience. And his honesty was evident throughout the process. We trust him implicitly. Also - a couple of days after the sale was completed - he spent quality time with us reviewing technical issues and effectively responding to our questions. Furthermore, Anthony invited us to meet with him again if we have other questions. We can t rave enough about this experience.

The dealership service people crash your car while doing routine service then do not contact you for 2 months while supposedly fixing their own damage. They evade all attempts to contact them which doesn t sound like good service. Shoud I just report the car stolen?

Truly atrocious customer service in the Service Dept. Two calls to them went to voicemail. No reply. After my appointment they never let me know the car was ready and just left for home. They sounded miserable to be working there. Pretty bad experience all around.

Awful!! They call themselves 6sigma auto group, it's more like zero tango... Tried to order a new key fob from service department, they said need to go to parts department. No one is ever there. No one returns messages. After two weeks I asked my salesman for help, he said sure, no problem. That was three weeks ago and he doesn't return messages or emails either!Replying to your response below:It is my girlfriend's car. I won't post her name publicly but will call you at the number you've given.

This was my first experience of buying a car sight unseen, and I was a little dubious, but had an excellent experience with Tim giving me all the details on the car I needed and Sean helping with the financials. When I arrived to pick up the car it was as expected, clean and perfect! The Audi buying experience was great and I would recommend Audi Southampton to anyone.

To inquire about service has been an ordeal for me. When I phone I never seem to be able to connect with a person, long rings ending with only a dead end or voicemail. I've had a coolant leak that I've brought the Q5 in for twice now with no apparent fix in sight. When I was there last, they said they are awaiting a part from Germany with no estimate of when it might arrive. In the meantime, I have to buy Q5 coolant and can't drive the car for any distance with any confidence. Seems to me like Audi should take some responsibility here which so far they have not.

Audi Southampton is a 5 star dealership. They had the car I wanted in stock and they were able to deliver it to me in two days. My salesman, Jack Hart was the reason I leased the car. He was polite, personable, and professional. Jack made the whole experience of leasing a new car enjoyable. I bought my car there and the service I receive is terrible. Called three times trying to find out if they had a replacement tire for my Audi Q7 with a flat. Never returned my calls. Unwilling to help me solve an issue that make the car underivable.

Brian and Torr are phenomenal. I ve leased many cars and their understanding of the process and professionalism are elite. Truly second to none. I recommend the dealership wholeheartedly and have complete trust, which is rare among dealerships today even high end places like Porsche/Audi. Even if you don t live close by they are with the trip. Second time I ve leased a vehicle from their dealership and we live all the way in jersey!

There's a reason as to why I drive 65 miles each way to get service done at this dealership. I always have a positive experience at this dealership.My service advisor, Kristen, always goes above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns and questions are addressed. I'm a car enthusiast myself who is usually very hesitant to take my car to dealers, however, Audi Southampton is a rarity that warrants excellent service everytime!Thank you guys for taking excellent care of my A6 and my wife's S3!
