I can t Recommend Ryan Phelps Auto sales enough. I have purchased both new and used vehicles from dozens of dealerships and by far dealing with Ryan and his salesperson Samantha Dallas was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Ryan cuts no corners getting these vehicles ready to sell. He spares no expense and his mechanics do grade A+ work. Do yourself a favor if you re in the market for a used vehicle stop at one of his multiple dealerships and buy from Ryan. If you go to the Sodus location make sure to ask for Samantha.

I will always recommend going here to people!! My wife and I have had a hard time finding places that accepted us, and we ve been wanting to go to Ryan Phelps and we finally got the chance!!!Chris and Samantha are wonderful. They are friendly, easy going and amazing. They managed to get us two beautiful cars and they even surprised my wife with a third row like she wanted.If you re thinking about going somewhere, stop by Ryan Phelps. They are all amazing!!

Just got my CX5 from Ryan Phelps in Sodus and our Sales woman Samantha was Awesome! Very personable and very fast. We were in and out within 1 hour! Will Def be back in the future. Sam keep up the great work

Had a great experience yesterday with Samantha. She took care of us from start to finish with us leaving very happy with our purchase. She is very knowledgeable and efficient in what she does. Sam was an absolute dream to work with! i am so thankful that she was so helpful and did everything she possibly could to make sure that my girlfriend and I got into the car we wanted asap. My car was totaled on January first and I didn't think I would ever be able to afford a replacement. I was worried my credit wouldn't be good enough to qualify for financing for anything, let alone something nice. I woke up this morning with the feeling that today is the day to buy a car. I knew I wanted to go to the Ryan Phelps Auto Sales Sodus location because my husband bought a vehicle there last fall and was very satisfied. I know Ryan and think he's a great person with great integrity. I also met Sam Hudson when my husband was making his purchase and she is AMAZING! I went in today thinking I would have a little bit of a chance of finding something that would work and left with an amazing vehicle that is nicer than anything I've ever owned, and I qualified! And my payments are affordable! I was able to say hi to Ryan himself, to the amazing Sodus team, and to spend time with Sam going through all my options. She sent me away with my beautiful Nissan Altima and with a new faith in humanity. I will be trying to send anyone and everyone I know, (even people who may not realize they need or want a new vehicle), to Ryan Phelps Auto Sales. I'm sure the other locations are just as great, but I have a special place in my heart for Sodus and for the care and positivity the team puts into their location and sales. Thank you guys!!! I am beyond happy!

Five stars all the way!! Sam was super helpful the entire time and made the experience one of the easiest I ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. She has an amazing attitude and willingness to help others. If you re interested in getting into a vehicle as soon as possible, head on down to Ryan Phelps auto in Sodus and ask for her! Went with my daughter to purchase her first car ever. We worked with Tommy and he made the experience simple and fun. My daughter was happy with her deal and is enjoying the freedom of her own transportation. My very best car buying experience ever!!!!!! I had a few obstacles to work around that I thought were going to be hard to get a decent Car but Sam made everything very easy pain free and simple. She had everything ready I looked the car over then got to the negotiation and the paperwork and then I was driving home before you knew it. Came in to look at a specific car on a Saturday with a monthly payment I needed to achieve. Even with snow on the ground they got the car ready for a test drive immediately. I had some concerns like wanting to look at the car on a lift. They kindly allowed me to thoroughly look the car over, ask questions and ask for minor things to be fixed prior to purchasing. Communication was amazing and the purchasing process and smooth.Don't be afraid to ask questions!Sam took care of my needs and went above & beyond to get things done!

I had been struggled with my credit doing my best. My truck was overwhelming me with repairs. Where others laughed at me Samantha, Tom and the crew at the Sodus store literally treated me like a friend ! On point communication via email text and calls. Willingness to make arrangements to meet me closer ( I live in Cortland ) but it was well worth the 1.5 hr trip ! I was able to meet Ryan himself and he thanked me for the thinking of them. A truly down to earth guy. I am recommending anyone to take the time to give them a shot. Because if they can t I would be amazed !

Would definitely recommend Ryan Phelps in sodus. Went on a Wednesday left with a vehicle Thursday. Sam our sales lady was very kind patient and understanding.
