I REPEAT DO NOT GO HEREI was out of town here and my car broke down got towed here by default. They took 3 days to look at my car and when they did they said it needed a new timing chain 3 thousand dollars. My thankfully my Dad said they are probably trying to Scam you. Took it to Steve's garage and they fixed it for 250 dollars had nothing to do with the timing chain.

Had a flat in Port Bay on Father's Day (Sunday). Prompt tow back to their shop (via AAA) and they patched the tire for free. Got me and my family back on the road so we could get home. Fantastic!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a flat tire in Williamson and called Featherlys for a tow to N. Rose. Driver arrived promptly, was helpful and courteous, and got our car home on piece with out any issues. Price was reasonable for a tow. Would definitely recommend.

We were visiting Sodus, on a Saturday afternoon from Syracuse, and we picked up a bolt in our rear tire. I called the closest garage to where we were and they answered on the second ring. I asked if they could help us and he said to bring it over. We were about 5 miles away and by the time we reached their garage, we were already losing air pressure in the tire. They were very friendly, looked at our car right away and were finished within 15 minutes. Final bill - $14.00. What a great experience and fantastic service! Thank you!Service: Tires

I am experienced in auto repair, but my vehicle broke down away from home. While my vehicle had more problems than expected, Featherly's Garage took care of it. They are professional and fair.

Called featherlys for an alignment they got me in in an hour after calling. sat there for maybe an hour and they had it done for 99.95 was great cause they are 5 minutes from my house. Good customer service and fast work.

Horrible horrible shop. One day I scheduled my car for repair. Sat in the waiting room the whole day. Only for them to tell me that they did nothing because I wasn t on the list . I was. They don t know what they are doing. Then they told me my car would cost thousands to fix. I took it somewhere and got it fixed for 20 bucks. What a bunch of thieves

I took my car here to have the exhaust and a gas leak looked into. It turned out I needed a whole new exhaust, heat shields and a new gas tank as the old one had a hole burned into it from the exhaust pipe. I realize that this was quite a bit of work and that tracking down the parts took some time. My biggest complaint during the 2 weeks I was without my car was the lack of communication from them. I realize they don't have time to call me everyday but multiple times I was told when I called that my car would be ready and then when I was expecting to have it back it still needed another part or the part hadn't come in yet. I understand this happens but no one would call to let me know, I would have to contact them. So finally after I get my car back, I drive it to the coffee cup for breakfast and the new muffler is rattling as its too close to the body of the car. So I had to take it back and have them fix it, mind you the whole exhaust including muffler is brand new. That was an easy fix so I take my car home and the next day my new gas tank is leaking gasoline all over my garage floor. I looked under my car and could visibly see gas dripping onto my floor. So I picked up my car on a Saturday, took it back that day for the muffler and then notice the leak on Sunday. So Monday morning I go back and the guy tells me that the gas tank is defective and they will need to order a new one. I was beyond mad as I had to miss work and couldn't understand how this could happen. So my wife picked me up and I was making arrangements to be without my car for awhile as I was told they didn't know how long it would take to replace it. So I get a rental car and go back to the shop a few hours later as I forgot something and the guy from earlier hands me the keys telling me my car is all set. He tells me it was a loose hose clamp and my car is fine now. So they put in a new gas tank and didn't tighten a hose clamp which let gas drip out. Once again, no call to say its ready so if I hadn't went back who knows when they would have told me. I will never go back there unless something else from the new exhaust/gas tank breaks and I feel like they should fix it. I saw there sign saying leave them a 5 star review to get money off your bill and if you were unhappy to talk to Allan. Well after all this you would think he would have reached out to me trying to apologize for their mistakes. I heard from him once when he was looking for a part, he called me one morning and said he would call back later that day. He never did and that came as no surprise to me at all.

We needed a forced re-gen. The guy came out, but didnt work in it long enough and charged over $1100 for just getting codes.Ended up with another company who got it fixed and charged half as much.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

My mom got in an accident at Slocum Rd rd Ontario,NY , troopers call this towing company. They take the car back to Sodus ,NY and then bring it back to Dean Parkway Ontario,NY, spend two hours charging us $750 insane ,These people ripped off stay away !!!Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Very bad repair shop. At the begging the will promise you quick service and Alan the owner have 34 years experience, but at the end It took them 4 weeks and they made the problem even worse. On top of that, they charge 7k and Alan is no where to be found when the truck only made 50 miles from their shop. Shame on you men that you cant stand behind your shady work.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I have used this shop to repair my 1984 diesel Mercedes. They know how what they are doing and they are honest. One of the times they worked on it, they had to tow it and it was stuck in a really tight spot -- but the technician managed it just fine. It's not easy to diagnose problems in old cars like this, and they are patient with people like me who have lots of questions and a really odd car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sooo all the people who gave this place a good rating, how much did you save since they offer discounts to those who do? This is place is GARBAGE, FRAUD AND will charge you for paid services without asking. Which is illegal. I'd give it less than one star but there's no option.I'd like to add. It seems they "can't find records" of the bad reviews.....

Hands down they are the fastest most proffesional Automotive towing company Ive ever used .I will highly recommend this company to anyone who uses triple AAA .They have the most modern vehicles and they are smoke free cabins with the most proffesioal drivers and dispatchers Ive ever seen Special thanks to Jamie and Chris who handled my call .Again .Thanks to Featherly towing im safe at home now .Services: Side view mirror repair, Auto exhaust system replacement

The guys there were great. I had 2 trailer tires lock up and blow. They had me fixed and moving in an hour. Checked everything, figured out why they locked up and got everything adjusted. Thanks

Horrible over priced they left my key on and drained my battery and they flattened one of my tires and charged me more money for pulling it out of a ditch when me and my buddy pushed it to the road.

I was traveling from out of state, and Featherly's was suggested to me as a place to get my oil changed on my RV. They got me in pretty quick, and it was cheaper than I expected.

This guys are great I was on town and my truck wouldn't start it had lost prime the people at my delivery told me to call Featherly's. They had the service truck to me inside of 30 minutes and me up and running within 45

Over charged me for an oil change. Drained my fluids didn't change oil and then when j went back, they were rude. Talked trash and told me to leave without seeing my proof
