I went there to have my tires changed and let me tell ya hands down best shop around. Charlie is very respectful and knowledgeable in the industry and his mechanics are passionate about there work..there very thorough and up front with you from the start. Charlie helped me with everything...including how to properly put on tear offs lol. Prices are great! Definitely recommend giving them a visit!

Extremely helpful. I came in for advice on how to extend the length of a minibike chain and Mike and the staff helped out without hesitation and added a link to the chain for me.

That place is the best the guys are really nice and helpful. What ever you need gas power electric scooters anything they are right there to help. Great place and very friendly. they fixed my son s dirt bike in 15 minutes and I was out the door.

I purchased the 125cc Tao Cheetah quad for my 10 year old son days prior to Christmas. CJ and his team of mechanics/workers were incredible during the process. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Phantom ATV shop in Smithtown, NY. I look forward to buying more toys and having my vehicles serviced by the shop. Highly recommended.

Came here with a custom super moto tire setup for my ssr125. Got rejected by 5 other shops to do it cause they said it s not possible. Came here and got it done quick with the best prices around. Would definitely come back for anything.Service: TiresService: Tires

They are excellent and precise at there work and passion, I went in got greeted respectfully and kindly asked questions and they found the answer for each of them with great knowledge definitely recommend getting a bike here or any off road motor vehicle also gonna have my bike serviced there and only there!

Owner Charlie is hands down the most upfront & honest guy I ve EVER dealt with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an off-road toy, parts or service!! His tech Pete did my Kawasaki 1600 Nomad custom under glow lights and the job he does is NOTHING less than amazing! The pride he takes in his work shows! Needless to say I will be a lifetime customer!!!

I was having problems starting my brand new scooter and getting it to stay running after messing with it myself, so i reached out to OnO through instagram, they replied quickly, were super helpful, and within a couple days from that they came to me to pick up my scooter to take it to their shop. Provided periodic updates on the status of the repair, and in my opinion at a very reasonable price. Definitely my go to scooter shop from now on.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Delivery, Tires, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

Charlie is a knowledgeable and friendly guy that really knows a lot about most products out there. I ve spent hours wasting his time pondering different bike choices and picking his brain about tires, suspension, etc. never once have I felt rushed or like I m bothering him. I have had him do some repair work, as well as a few of my buddies, and quality and communication couldn t be better. Any work that I don t do myself will be done by Charlie. Any bike I buy from here on will be from Charlie.

5 star place would give it 10 if I could. The guys in there couldn't be any better we bought 2 quads for the kids from them they didn't try sell us something we didn't they were happy to take the time to explain to us what the pros and cons were for every model in there I'll be going there to get my own quad very soon just a good honest place

Great friendly service and very knowledgeable! I can t say enough about the staff. My kids absolutely love their quads.I would highly recommend Off-Road N Outdoors for any of your off-road needs. They also have service center on premise for any maintenance which is great. If you are looking for an ATV at a reasonable price, this is the place to go.

A++++ I highly recommend this store for anyone who is in the market to buy a quad, ATV, dirt bike or apparel. Very friendly service and great prices and packages. I purchased an atv for my son for Christmas and brought it home. A few days later a wire got pulled out somehow. Maybe during transportation. Without hesitation these guys told me to bring it in and they fixed it immediately without any issues. Great service! Highly recommend them

EXCEPTIONAL BUSINESS!!! Well ran family owned business. Very polite knowledgeable and helpful staff. We got our son a quad for his birthday last week which he absolutely loves and we owe it all to Charlie both Charlies lol. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! We came in on a Monday and had our quad that Thursday just in time for his bday! So thankful for them!

Best shop ever!! I took a Uber to get my flat tires fixed on my ttr-125 turns out you need a special tool for these bikes rims so one of the owners, CJ drove me all the way to fun wheels to get the job done today so I didn t have to pay for another Uber. Nicest people I ve ever met.

Absolutely love this place. Great service, and very friendly and knowledgeable Bought my boyfriend a 4wheeler and they had it ready by Father s Day!!!! They worked over time to make it happen He loves it and is already planning on buying another one from this place!!!!!!!!!

I wasn t really sure what I needed and wanted, but Ryan took the extra time and effort to help me narrow down the options. I ended up getting a Tao Raptor and it s great! I ve been on logging trails and very rugged terrain with it all summer and haven t had any problems. Handled everything excellently. Great customer service, highly recommended.

UPDATE: just purchased a 300cc 4x4 ATV from there. awesome and fast. works amazing.Got a bull200 from this shop, guys were really helpful and put on my aftermarket lighting for me so I could light up my trails upstate. Love the ATV, thanks guys!

Can't say enough about how great they are this is my third ATV" for my children, they have a great selection, great customer service they get back to you right away.They also have great delivery service. And repair department very reasonable pricing.I Highly recommended them to anyone without hesitation

I went there not sure what i was going to buy and ended up getting a tao rhino. Ryan is a great guy to deal with. He answered every question i had and was happy to help with question i had after purchasing. Would definitely do business there again
