Eddie & Dean excel in diagnosing and repairing any issue your car may present. They always put the customer first. No matter if it s just an hour inspection or as in my case yesterday, a complete breakdown, or routine maintenance they are always always dependable, honest, reliable, professional. As a Senior who is often traveling to LI from the Jersey Shore knowing that Eddie, Dean & Staff keep my 2011 vehicle in top mechanical condition is priceless.

Heard very good reviews for this shop I was in the trade back in the 90s . Spoke to Ed on the phone very professional and honest ! I hit it off from the first phone call I live in st James and Iam going to be a new customer. Met Dean as well and my service was performed my Gino. It s wonderful now a days to meet such honest people. I look forward to servicing my cars there. Dom Domino

Great experience from beginning to end! Eddie is quite professional, knows his stuff and does a very thorough job. We don t live nearby but the drive was worth the attention given to this car.

I got my cars front brakes pads done at Meineke, Smithtown shop. Thank you for inspecting my car this l time and I also love that they provided me with 12 moths warranty on the brakes!Thank you Dears

My experiences at Meiineke Smithtown have been consistently excellent for the several years I have been bringing my car here. Dean and Eddie always explain clearly what is going on with my car and what needs to be done. The repairs are always done welll and timely. Five stars all around for this professionally run business!

I went for an inspection but suspected it might be time for brakes which was confirmed. They were able to do the brakes, give a new air filter and do the inspection that day.

Had a custom exhaust done there, i ve been in this business many years and this has been the best exhaust system I have ever gotten. He did it from scratch and explained everything to me along the way this place is above five stars. You pay for what you get remember that.

Terrible customer service.I came in roughly 2 hours before closing timeFor a simple oil change and all he did was moan and cry like a child about wanting to leave on time and told me to come back . Which I didn t found another place for my service needs.

Eddie is very accommodating and helpful and took a lot of care to troubleshoot the problem(s) with my a/c and the. Dean and his whole Team where great. Extremely professional and courteous. They installed a brand new custom exhaust system for my 2019 Ford F150 Raptor. The installation was flawless and highly recommend their craftsmanship.

They were very friendly and honest. While my daughter was up in Vermont the exhaust system broke. She got several assessments and estimates for repair and the costs were outrageous! She brought it home and we took it to Meineke where that gave us a fair estimate that we agreed to and they replaced the entire exhaust system. We would highly recommend them and definitely use this business again in the future.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

I brought my car here hoping to get some minor repairs for a reasonable price instead of having to replace the whole exhaust system for more than what my car is worth. Their quote was fair, they did the work same day, while I waited, and when they were done the car was quieter than it was when I bought it fresh off the assembly line in 2005.
