These guys are AMAZING!!! I came in to get new tires installed, wheel alignment and tire balancing and everything came out beyond perfect! Beyond nice group of men who didn t take advantage like other places. I had such a blast waiting and didn t want to go home lol. Thanks to Jim at the front that made me laugh so much and made the time go by so fast! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE! Will tell all my family & friends to come here. I have a closer Mavis but I rather do the drive to come here. They took care of my vehicle and I with the many questions I had and answered each and everyone. Place is clean and environment was on point. Will be coming back!

Was lucky enough to stop in at this location recently.These guys were friendly, patient and handled my issue with ease. They are so good that I recently went out of my way to visit again when I needed assistance with something else.Stopping here is a no brainer. Great staff and great service.They will be seeing me again soon!

I recently came in for an oil change and inspection and was greeted by Jim and Pete at the desk. They both were so friendly and knowledgeable. I required 2 tires and they were able to locate them and install them quickly. I was able to have my car by the afternoon! Great service!

Brought my truck in for a new tire and oil change. Mike showed me that I had another tire that had some wear and should be replaced as well. Never pressured me to do so and was very professional. I wound up buying both tires at a great price. Very happy with both Mikes good customer service and the work provided by the shop. Best Mavis location.

I went there to get tires installed and a wheel alignment. The tires I brought with me and that went fine. But then the guy drive my car around back for the wheel alignment and there is no back door for the wheel alignment machine. I was charged $100.00 and they didn t do anything for the alignment. After realizing I got robbed for the money I decided to go somewhere else for it. I was pissed and ready for a fight so I decided just to leave. Do not go there for anything. Thieves that they are. I hope you never make another dollar in that place.

Needed 4 new tires since my tires were shot. Jim and his team did a amazing job getting me the tires I needed and within my budget I wanted to spend. Was in and out within 2 hours. Def worth visiting them..I will be back.

First of all i never write reviews . This time i have to because the district manager was supposed to call me and i waited for over a week. and he still did not call . I brought my daughter Mercedes in for a serpintine belt . i dropped it off on Friday @4pm . i waited all day for a call and never got one . I called Saturday @ 130pm and they said , it should be soon they see the part here.I never got a call until Sunday afternoon that the car was done , He said it also needed a pulley $672 . when i picked the car up i had a engine light come on . That never happen before. so i asked why is the engine light on ? they said it could be a co2 sensor . They said it is for emisson and i could drive the car . When i got home i looked on the computer and they were incorrect . Its for the gas oxygen mix for the engine, if not taking care of it can damage the engine . I asked what should i did they said "we don"t do sensors . i called custermor service and made a claim . they said the district mger will contact you HE NEVER DID . I called back 3 times and he would not get on the phone .after calling 3 time i gave up and told them that my family will be canceling their MAVIS card . we have 3 and mine has a 1000 balance , i will never go back there and i will bad mouth them EVERY chance i get PS now i have another sensor going off too .

I never write reviews but I feel like I have to Maple Ave Mavis is the only location I will go to. Mike and Pete are the BEST.. treat me like family every time I m in there. They re honest quick and always accommodating and I won t bring my car anywhere else. Can t forget about Tony and Pete that work in the garage either all around a great team. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and honesty. Thanks guys.. keep up the great work!

Had a puncture in my tire that was leaking. Had me wait 20 minutes and back on the road for 20 bucks. Shop was really busy and totally expected to be there for hours.

This Mavis location never disappoints. Any time I have had a vehicular issue, the employees are extremely helpful, kind, and hard working. They are quick and detailed when servicing your vehicle. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this location. I greatly appreciate how eager and dedicated they are to always provide wonderful service.

My wife and I have used Mavis Tires on Maple Avenue. They are honest, caring, friendly, and very professional. Their prices are very reasonable and you won't get ripped off! We highly recommend them!

Brutal experience. Scheduled a "reservation" online for an oil change and inspection on a Sunday morning. Upon arrival, someone I'm assuming is the manager says "Not happening, maybe if you came first thing. Come back after 1:00 but you'll be here until 5 PM." Just like that. No apology. No finesse. And he wouldn't even look me in the eye while talking. A real piece of work.
