What a great place! Bobby is super knowledgeable and does wonderful work. Went there to have an exhaust system installed on my Bronco and it came out perfect. Highly recommend!

Bobby is a really nice guy and provided me with excellent service. While some shops put little effort to get your business, Bobby asked me to come in and took care of my truck right on the spot. I was referred to go to them by Bart & let me tell you, these guys are great. Awesome customer service. I went there 1st thing this morning once they opened & they fixed the crack on my exhaust manifold very quickly. I even got my inspection done as well right after. Thanks a lot guys.

Bobby is the most honest hard-working mechanic. Great shop.Uodate-- Brought two cars here now for exhaust issues and my friends car. ALL have been repaired promptly and perfectly. No issues since. Bobby's shop was the best find by far. The "nice guy" close to me doesn't shine a light on Bobby's expertise.

This was my first time using Bobby and it definitely won't be my last. The environment was very comforting, I felt like I was with family. My car had a long time problem of a rotted exhaust pipe underneath and I had no idea because when I first got the car my other mechanic never informed me about it, so when Bobby looked at it and brought it to my attention, not only did he give me a great deal, but he did a great job and he is a perfectionist. It's very hard to come across honest mechanics but Bobby is definitely one in a million. I highly recommend checking him out!!Service: Exhaust

My experience at Bobby s was great, I had some work done on my exhaust for a great price. Same day service, quick and easy. Knowledgeable and professional staff, everyone is super nice and there was no pressure to buy anything. Getting a quote is free. Very reasonable and good people, will definitely be returning for any work I wanna get done in the future.

Great service. Honest mechanic. I went in to potentially have a full custom exhaust system installed on my Chevy Silverado. Bobby told me "I can sell you a full exhaust system, but you are wasting your money. Bobby recommended a muffler delete instead. The entire visit was 1/2 hr start to finish, and my truck sounds amazing!! 5 star service! Highly recommend!

Bobby can literally do it all. Came here to get my catback exhaust system installed on my classic BMW and he made sure it fit perfectly and safely, and made a ton of custom pieces and adjustments as well. He makes no shortcuts and the work he does is high quality and professional, and the price he charges you when the job is done is more than fair. He s quick too and when you watch him work you can see how experienced he is. I will definitely be coming here for all my welding needs from now on. Well worth the drive to Smithtown. Thanks for everything Bobby!

Took my truck there today to get a aftermarket muffler welded on. His Work is great. Welds are perfect. Muffler and pipes are installed properly. Was very happy with the price for the work. Bobby is easy to talk to and a nice guy. Will recommend his work to others. Thx Bobby

Fantastic work & service. I went there to have my exhaust issue fixed since my car began being very loud. They quickly diagnosed the problem, took me under the car to show me the issue, and quoted me a very solid price. Bobby is very friendly and went as far as dropping me off home and picking me up since I couldn't get a ride to/from. Highly recommend.Service: Exhaust

Bobby is an amazing person and very experienced and honest mechanic. He diagnosed that my Lexus GX 470 had 2 exhaust leaks and also he walked with me under the car and he pointed some other things that needed our attention for the future. I pass by Bobby's shop on my way to and from work and had always meant to stop in to look at my muffler issue before it became a problem. I purchased my Nissan Titan with an aftermarket exhaust system that was having some rust problems. Finally, the muffler just dropped and needed replacing. His sign says Custom Mufflers, and he does that well, but he's also a full service mechanic.I stopped in to see Bobby on a Saturday morning. He put my truck up on the lift and immediately identified my issues and what I need to get going again. He ordered the parts I needed and we scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday.In the meantime, I noticed that the headlights in the truck weren't working, and he said he'd look at that as well.Wednesday, I dropped my truck off in the morning, and before the day was through, Bobby called me to let me know the work had been done. He offered to pick me up on the way to his shop the following morning. I accepted.Back at his shop the next morning. Bobby showed me that he fixed the lights. The aftermarket LED lights that the previous owner had put in had burnt out some components due to some excessive heat issues. He replaced them with stock bulbs and redid some of the affected wiring.They were working great now. Bobby put the truck back on the lift to show me the muffler work. Very impressive. The truck sounded much better, but was running a bit rough, which it sort of had been before the muffler issue. I was also getting a flashing service engine soon light, indicating a misfire. Bobby said it probably just need a tune up. New plugs, etc, and that it was something he'd be happy to do, but he convinced me that I was fully capable of doing it myself.I put on my big boy pants and ordered the parts I needed and got the tune up done. I spend an hour on a Saturday replacing the plugs, and I fired up the engine. Still running rough, throwing Service Engine Soon light. I had Bobby look at it with his code reader, and it identified as a misfire in cylinder 1. Bobby said that the coil pack was probably bad. So I went ahead an ordered one, and replaced it myself. The truck fired up and purred like a kitten. I took the truck BACK to Bobby and he cleared the Service Engine Soon light and the truck has been running perfectly since.I also took my 2014 Dodge Charger to Bobby for an inspection, and he got it done for me in less than half an hour. We also talked about some possible exhaust modifications for the Charger at some point in the future.I'm happy to say that I found Bobby to be an incredibly honest individual who does fantastic work. He's not looking to do work and charge me for things he believes I can do in my own driveway. He's meticulous when looking at my cars and is honest with what needs to be done, and more importantly, what DOESN'T need to be done.He's my go to guy now for anything car related and I highly recommend him. Thank you Bobby!!!

Bobby was awesome! Very nice guy asked me what I wanted to do instead of just cutting. Had me in and out within a hour. Welds came out great and overall a great experience. Thanks to Bobby my car sounds like a beast!!!

Super down to earth guy. Bobby did my muffler delete and new resonator on my 2010 maxima and it sounds fantastic. He also was able to install my lowering springs and new oem struts. Straightforward pricing. He even stayed late to finish my car up to make sure it was done the same day, super happy with everything.

Bobby is an awesome and hardworking mechanic. He did a great job on my 2001 Nissan Frontier with the exhaust and sounds brand new again! I recommend Bobby for anyone who needs work on their car.

Me and a few buddies attempted to put an electronic dump valve in my car, came out okay but was left with some choppy work and exhaust leaks. also a large hole in the pipe from the resonator to the muffler from rust. brought it to bobby and he made new pipe, welded it in, checked for leaks and this was all within 25 minutes. Very reasonably priced as well. Great work and great guy. for anything beyond my skillset - will be bringing here. Thanks again.Service: Exhaust
