Exceptional service and quality work. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. While on-site having my damage assessed we contacted my insurance company and owner Jason took time to help me create the initial claim. Made what s typically a stressful process, one with ease. Highly recommended if you want things done right and efficiently. Only used OEM factory parts, car is as good as new!!

If you ever have the misfortune of being in an accident, this is the only place you should come. Jason's team handled everything in an organized and seamless fashion and eliminated all my stress! They negotiated with the insurance companies, prepared an itemized estimate right in front of me, arranged for my rental car and even returned my car to me cleaner inside and out than it was when I dropped it off. The worst attitude in the word. Went there to take a picture for insurance and he couldn t find 30 seconds to take 3 pictures of my car. Not 1 car or person in the shop at the time. Definition of a lazy human being. !!!! Stay away from this shop. I wouldn t have them fix my bicycle.

I have tried several body shops on the island over the years but Bobby's is far and beyond in a category of its own. Bobby will give you your car back looking as new as the day you bought it. No rush job here! He takes pride in his work and is a super nice guy!

From the moment I dropped off my car, to the time that I picked it up Bobby was amazing! He was honest, upfront and funny. He even helped me arrange a rental car while mine was in the shop. Bobby followed up with me regularly to let me know how things were going.After the treatment I've received this time, I will never go anywhere else again!

Amazing service! Friendly staff! Great Overall Experience. If you need any body work done this is the only place to go. Handled insurance for us. Got us a rental car. Honest, Knowledgeable, Competent. No frustration whatsoever. Cannot recommend enough.

They treat you like family, so they take care of you like family. You will never get substandard parts and you will have transparent conversations about your vehicle the whole time it is there. Bobby has now fixed 4 of our cars and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Car was towed to this location out of my control which i get that cops decision, but they would not accept credit payment. Owner actually had audacity to say borrow the money from someone or take a cash advance out untill then, 70$ a day. My car wasnt even there 24 hours and he charged 300$ for what??? A toew and not even 24 hours of storage insane. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also quoted to fix my vehicle for 3000$ on top of this so i went to a collision shop more local in selden and they did all the same work i was quoted for only 1400$. This place is a compete rip off.

Do not go if you want a lousy job. Bobby will only fix your vehicle and make it look perfect, never throw it together. His staff follows his lead. Honest, kind and fair.
