I have an Audi S4, and the dealer recommended carbon cleaning service. I decided to try these guys out and they did the job for half the price. The service was friendly and the shop was state-of-the-art, offering competitive prices. Highly recommend them for their quality work and affordability. They really know what they re doing!

My 2016 Audi Q3 was burning oil - I have an extended warranty - Edge came through, diagnosed the problem and dealt with the warranty company - and installed the remanufactured long block engine supplied by the warranty. They dealt with the warranty - kept me informed all the way - and did a great job on the install - quick too

I found these guy over a YouTube video. Which was the best thing that could have happen to me. They will definitely take care of you and your car. You can be certain that they will tell you what it is and not lie to you, they are honest and extremely reliable. They have all the latest tools to diagnose your car and best of that they have the best mechanics you can think of.. Their experience and knowledge is shown as soon as you step into their shop. I have an Audi and they definitely took care all the issues. I recommend them 1000% prices are good too lol..

Just had a full day of labor in repairs and general maintenance done on my VW at Edge Motors. I've had my vehicle serviced by them at their original location in Haverstraw in the past and now in the new Sloatsburg location. Most luxurious waiting room I've ever seen in a repair shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Serge and the other mechanics really seem to know their stuff with Euro-vehicles, which is important for me. Great experience!

Great professional staff and service, always straight to the point and get the job done in a reasonable time and price. Had work done on my S8, swapped bigger turbos and removed the oil screen. Very transparent service with none of the overpriced euro pricing. I d definitely recommend them!

I wish I found these guys years ago. I'm always modding my cars and struggle to find honest and fair priced shops. The guys in the Sloatsburg shop have been taking care of my car for a few months and don't some BIG jobs. I honestly won't go anywhere else. They're almost and hour from me but it's worth the trip to make sure my car will get the same service I would personally put into it. Thank you guys and see you soon I'm sure.

Just used Edge for the first time today to diagnose a problem with drive train and balance the tires on my VW. They charged a VERY fair price and provided good advice. I highly recommend them instead if going to one of the big chain stores or a car dealer.

In response to business response:(1) My usual stop for inspections is a very reputable place and has been doing NYS inspections for years. They did a full inspection per state law (not the obd2 readout as you suggested) and then I had them look over the issue found at Edge and unfortunately it wasn t an issue. (2) I m glad they have updated the info on the inspection wait time to customers. I was told it would take hours, specifically about 1.5 hours, so glad that s been adjusted! (3) I d check in with employees then on manual use because I was invited to look at the screen of the front desk computer as my cars parts manual was shown to me. The employee tried locating the part he referenced and I ended up pointing it out to him as we looked at the parts page together. I m sure that your team is professional but this front desk staff member was not as informed and a manual was Inc act shown and explained to me and a quote for that work was printed out for me.I m sure you handle many cars very well for their needs but I just wanted to share my experience with others.Review:Do NOT get your car inspected here unless it s a high end vehicle. Their speciality and expertise is in high end cars so although they advertise NYS Inspections, they don t know how to do that unless your car is pristine or brand new.I brought my 2011 car in (not high end by any means) since they were closer than the usual spot I go. They were not the nicest in terms of service and seemed annoyed I was there. They told me the inspection would take hours but I knew it wouldn t so I waited. After 20 minutes, the front desk attendant came out and said they were finished. He pulled up the car manual and told me he couldn t pass my car because some part was not perfect and I d need to spend $600+ to fix it so it can pass. I then asked for more details and he showed me the car manual as he taught himself what that part was and what it did. My car is a 2011. No parts on it have been perfect since 2011 so it didn t make sense. I told them forget about the inspection, thanked them and left.I then immediately drove over to my usual shop that does my car inspection and my car passed with no issues. I asked that shop about the part and issue that Edge Motors found and they said that isn t an issue on my car and shows the typical wear of a car of my year. They said there is no need to replace that part and spend that money and that it sounded like they were either inexperienced or trying to exploit someone.Clearly, these guys are still just learning as I assume it s the inexperienced reason but just wanted to put my experience out there for others.

I was so happy that they open new shop alot closer to NJ. Made an appointment fast. Got my motor mounts replaced last Monday. If you own Audi, Edgemotor will be your go to shop. Good staff. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Edge Motors, and I must say that my experience there was nothing short of impressive. My family used Edge Motors for a vehicle we thought was going to be totaled. Granted, insurance from the person that hit our vehicle covered the cost, but we certainly didn't expect our family mini van to come out looking almost brand new and like it's never been involved in a car accident before. We're very happy with the work Edge Motors did and wouldn't think twice about going back shall the need arise! Thank you guys.

Edge motors just finished repairing a company car that was hit by another car that drove away. They did a fantastic job identifying parts needed throughout the process of them having the car and did an absolutely perfect job replacing old parts for new. They gave us the best price compared to other body shops that gave us ridiculously overpriced estimates and I would definitely go back if I ever needed work done!

Last week I was driving from DC to the Catskills when I got a flat tire. So thankful that this wound up being the location we pulled over at because the kind gentleman that assisted us was able to get the tire patched and us on our way within a half-hour of arriving. I was expecting a massive bill but they were very generous with their pricing. Would give 10 stars if I could. What could've been a lot worse was made nice and easy by this place! Thanks again!P.s. - the patch is still holding and got me the final 1,000 miles of my road trip, including safely home. Really appreciate your help!

Best shop for your car. They do everything perfectly and fast. They have installed every part on my 330i and m340i (including turbo swap), and everything works with no question. Gervais is very easy to talk to and is very helpful. Several months ago, Edge Motors determined how to fix my gas cap on my 1999 Mercedes. My regular mechanic was having trouble figuring it out. Actually, the front desk personnel Gervais knew what was wrong and I was really glad I came upon this place. They are a little steep in price, but they do know what they are doing. I would trust them to work on simple and serious problems on my car in the future. Thank you, Edge Motors!

Edge Motors have made this process of dealing with the insurance company very easy. From the initial estimate to getting the car back on the road they handled everything efficiently. The car was fixed extremely fast, when one of the parts couldn t get the shop for a few days they went out of their way to pick up the part. The car runs and looks great again.

I brought them my 2019 golf r for a stage 1 and tcu tune. The service performed was great. Since then they ve done some maintenance and I couldn t be happier. Would highly recommend is you have a VW. Edge just got themselves another customer and I m glad they are close to home.

I m so appreciative to have found this place. Serg, his team and this new state of the art facility in Sloatsburg, NY are absolutely incredible. This is a shop that you can trust to get the job (whatever it may be) done right the first time, with a more than reasonable price tag attached. I was traveling an hour and a half out of my way to have my car s needs met (service, performance upgrades, tuning) because I couldn t find a reliable, honest and knowledgeable mechanic close by. That three hour round trip ended when I was told to go to Edge Motors. Used their Haverstraw location for a transmission fluid and filter service and went to the Sloatsburg location for a timing chain service on my 14 allroad. Their new location in Sloatsburg is easily reached from the New York Thruway and is very upscale and welcoming. We will always recommend these guys.

The best all around mechanic, can fix just about any car, including supercars (Lambos, Ferraris etc ) but also mundane VW, Audis etc.More importantly, honest on what needs to be done and on work done.Honestly I really didn't want to post any feedback. Fearing too much success night spoil my find.Then decided many folks won't understand so it doesn't matter. Point in case I mentioned them to an acquaintance who made the mistake of buying an Audi, looking great, turbo charged etc, from a dealer. Yikes. Have similarly tried to convince some acquaintance of the dangers and scandalous scam the Va..nations were. Okay, gave up, most happily are glad, saying at least they were v..ed when they get unexpected ailments or plain die.The original West Haverstram location is also great, more nuts and bolts but same high quality service and honesty.
