These guys are constantly saying one thing and then not doing it. Every time I call it seems my boat is going to launch "next week", but it doesn't. Despite this, the rates have gone up in some cases 50% per line item... for what? I recommend finding another way to handle seasonal sailboat launches.

I hired them to take my docks out in the fall and back in in the spring. They took them out in the fall and put everything in the wrong place, which was unsafe. I called to have them come move them to the proper place but never heard back. I then emailed John to remind him and was told I wasn't forgotten about they would be over to take care of it, they never showed up.Now it's spring and a few day before Memorial Day my docks still weren't in so I called John who told me they were already done on my lake so I was pretty much out of luck, I would have to wait until sometime after Memorial Day now. Being that it was their mistake you would think they would do their best to correct it, instead he tried to say it was my fault, that I didn't call to have them put in. I specifically asked him when I hired them in the fall if my docks would just be on the list for seasonal removal and install or if I would have to call I was told I would be put on the seasonal list.My docks were supposed to be put in early May so I was more than patient after being completely ignored in the fall. I guess that should've been my first clue that I was dealing with an unprofessional company, not to mention rude.

Tried renting a sailboat a few years ago, and they informed me a week before I was going to pick it up, that they would only sell it to me.This past week, my friend tried renting a sailboat, and we were told, after booking it months ago, that the sailboat would not be put in the water, and we can no longer rent it.These guys are terrible to deal with - I figured the first time was a fluke, but clearly they don't care about running an honest business.
